Needed work done due to an entire bedroom losing power all the sudden. Phil came on Friday and performed diagnostics and was able to fix the problem that day. We found out that most of the house was on one breaker, so we had additional work done the following Monday. Now we have the peace of mind knowing that we are safe. Phil took me around and explained everything both before and after the work was done. They treated our house with respect and cleaned up after themselves on both days. Thank you so much Mr Electric, Phil, and Clayton!

From initial contact, the customer service representative was very professional. She inquired as to what service I needed and when I needed it completed. She called next day and said technician was being dispatched; and would arrive in 45 minutes.Brandon arrived on time and asked what I needed completed. He removed old ceiling fan and installed new one in less than one hour. Very polite, professional service and answered any questions.Will definitely use Mr. Electric for future electrical needs.

Fantastic experience. I needed 3 ceiling fans hung, I called Mr Electric and they had an electrician to my house in 45 min. The estimate was fair and the work began immediately. Great communication and clean up after the work. And Hunter took all the boxes, packaging and old fans away for disposal. Will definitely call again and I highly recommend Mr Electric!

I had an issue with my electric gate and lights on a couple of columns..all went dead. No electricity. Mr. Electric was recommended to me. The ladies in the office are great! Professional, and very nice. Got someone out right away. What was thought by first tech a simple fix turned out a little complicated. Andrew was sent out following day. Andrew definitely knows his profession! Great guy, very nice and caring. Got to work and step by step figured out and fixed. Had my gate and lights working! I will definitely be requesting Andrew for all my electrical needs.

My technician was Clint, he is absolutely terrific!! He had put up fans a couple of years ago, so when I needed my smoke alarms replaced I knew who to call MR Electric. Called yesterday morning and within 24 hours all work was done plus a electrical check on the house. He was on time, neat and very respectful of my home. He is so trustworthy I don’t even go upstairs with him! HONEST! Why not he is one our veterans of the United States Marines!! Highly recommend and would have him and the company work again on anything I might need. Thank you Clint!

The work was completed timely and efficiently. Cody was the representative and he was incrediably considerate. He had a healthy working knowledge and was able to explain in detail the process. I had two outlets installed and it was done perfectly. Additionally, when I forgot to mention I was a first time customer and their was a discount, both Cody and the office manger got involved and issued the discount. The office manager also followed up with a phone call to confirm my refund and asked if I was satisfied with the quality of work provided. This is company has excellent customer service and excellent staff. I would definitely use their services in the future and HIGHLY recommend them.

Jason Crawford was dispatched to help us get our new clothes dryer working. He diagnosed the problem as being the house electrical system was not grounded to earth ground. Previous licensed electricians who replaced the box twice never mentioned the earth ground that is required by code and safety concerns. It is very frustrating that previous licenses professionals would not mention this. Our old dryer worked for almost 20 years without an earth ground so why now?? Well the new dryer has a computer in it that monitors the electric current coming in and decided that it would not run without the earth ground. So several hours and $1,100 later everything is working. This is an honest company that obeys local building codes and does good work. Jason was very nice and said he was embarrassed that previous licensed electricians would not have mentioned the earth ground. It was a lot of money for us but the dryer is working and we feel much safer.

Called late at night and they had someone out first thing in the morning. He repaired the issue I was having and got it done quicker than he said he would. My only complaint and the reason for four stars would be that it was a little expensive for something that ended up being a simple fix.
