Excellent electrician near me! A real quality no nonsense guy. Angel installed HDMI cable for my home theater and managed some challenging wiring issues. When I am looking to do my upcoming remodeling, lighting and EV charger (electric vehicle charger), electrical panel replacement project, ;) Guzman Electric will be my go to guys. They also do commercial electrical work so residential electrical is easy for them.

I had an exceptional experience with Guzman Electrics! Angel Guzman responded promptly to my request and came out the same day to address my tripping and overheating main breaker. He was incredibly professional, replacing my electrical system efficiently and even installing an EV charger and external outlet, all for a very fair price. Angel’s attention to detail was outstanding; he upgraded my breaker box from 100-amp to 200-amp, and meticulously laminated and labeled each breaker, transforming a chaotic mess into an organized system. Angel installed some stair lights for us up to our roof deck and we would highly recommend him! Before, we didn’t have any lighting so the stairs were quite treacherous at night. Angel and his team did a fantastic job renovating my entire 1400 sq ft condo. They added recessed lights and a ceiling fan, updated the panel box and some of the old electrical wiring, put up drywall and soundproofing in the ceiling, and painted everywhere. When we lost power to half of our house, including both refrigerators and our furnace, Guzman Electric was able to send a technician within hours of my initial phone call. The technician was able to accurately identify the root cause of our power outage and walked me through the non-functioning areas of our electrical cable lines. He even offered to discuss the issue with Dominion Power. Between Guzman Electric and Dominion, they fixed our outage within half a day.

My brand new stove shorted out and blew the circuit breakers in my house. Since the electric panal was original to my house, the breakers were no longer available. Angel Guzman came highly recommended to me by my plumber, so I called to arrange to have him replace my box. I can only say that you cannot do better than Guzman Electric. He not only meticuously replaced the whole electric panel, but identified a very serious situation involving a dangerous splice of copper and aluminum wiring from a supposedly professional installation of my replacement HVAC system that could have literally burned my house down.Guzman Electric does precision, thorough, professional electric work and goes the extra mile to provide clean, efficient, safe electrical services at a very reasonable price.

Absolute professionals. Conscientious, professional, FAIR pricing, no b.s. contractor double-speak. Angel gave me an estimate, explained his procedures, and even alerted me to potentially hazardous conditions under my house in the crawlspace while doing the work I hired him to do. He pointed out specifically what was wrong and how work done by others in the past showed signs of mistakes, runaround solutions and frankly poor workmanship, all without expecting me to hire him to fix the issues. Just wanted me to know. But I will indeed hire them again as he and his team- all family members- were exemplary workers. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future for any projects.
