After inspecting the project, Karl provided a detailed and thoughtful estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and insight as he was able to see potential issues that other electricians had not. He arrived punctually and put in at least 12 solid hours on the first day to ensure that we had power restored before he left. The next day, he worked another 7-8 hours to finish up. The job involved installing a new panel, meter box, mast, EV charger circuit, RV outlet, generator transfer set up, circuit for a mini-split, and two new garage outlets.Karl was professional, friendly, open, happy to allow me to look over his shoulder often, and answer my many questions. He cleaned up the site well when all was completed.I am very pleased with the entire experience and have already recommended him to my neighbors without hesitation.

Karl asked, what electrical panel my house was utilizing? I told Karl the, Siemens panel. Karl recommended : Siemens Surge Protection breaker that came with a 10 year warranty. The Surge Protection is safe guarding my electrical devices and appliances from Surge related damage.I highly recommend Renfro Electric for your electrical issue. Karls the man you can trust to do an excellent job.

Recently an electrical fire almost happened when an outlet failed on me while watching some TV. Come to find out it was a hot wire gone bad because of backstabbing a receptacle. Because of this I started replacing all the outlets and switches in my home, but ran into some wiring issues with a few outlets in my living room. Karl was incredible with coming by in such short notice to help me out and get my entertainment system power again so I can watch the World Cup!

He answered the phone before business hours. I explained my situation and he kindly came out before starting his work day to take a look.
