Going into this project not knowing much about renovations, I needed to work with someone who I could rely on and trust. Vaibhav was just the right person for this. His quote was very reasonable, and installation was very smooth. The crew was very courteous and did an excellent job of leaving the place very clean. I found i4 improvements on the Bradford White website in their contractor directory. Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Mr. Sharma called me in a timely manner, came through with the lowest quote (and materially lower than several local, more well known plumbing groups). We had his team do the installation a day later. On top of that, they also replaced a lot of the older plumbing work surrounding the water heater, and replaced the valve / fixtures on an adjacent shower at the same time. The new water heater is blazing hot and shower works great. Terrific job!

When I first spoke with Sharma on the phone, he listened to my needs, made suggestions and explained options, and then he listened again to my responses. He didnt barrel over me and he didnt tell me what I should do, he was polite and respectful and made sure I knew what my options were. He was transparent with everything, from the cost of the equipment to the warranties, to the time it would take to get the work done. And in the end, he went the extra mile to get the equipment sourced at a better price, in a faster time-frame, and he had the work done the very next day (even though we thought it might take a week to get the equipment!).His team arrived after a slight delay due to the supplier, but we were kept informed and when they arrived they got right to work. The gentlemen were respectful, they kept their work area clean, they knew exactly what they were doing, and they got it done properly and within the time they had given us.Sharma and his team did an exemplary job with our task, replacing a hot water heater that was rusted and unwilling to continue its job. Although this wasnt a complicated task, it was done well, and I would not hesitate to work with Sharma and his team again. He clearly treated us like family, despite this being the first time weve worked together.Highly recommend Sharma and his company to anyone looking for home renovations or hot water heater replacements, or any of the work they do.

We had a great experience with i4 for a last minute job to take out our water heater and fix the dry wall in a very small space and put back the water heater. They arrived quickly and finished promptly. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and careful to do the repair while limiting any mess or other damage. Despite cold, snowy weather, everyone was respectful of other spaces they were walking through and kept everything so clean. The service was also priced very competitively and we were able to trust their recommendations and opinions. We will definitely use them in the future for other work.
