Turned out it was a faulty breaker that Cody (technician) was able to find, replace, and verify circuit in about 40 minutes. Wow! Very happy to share that my experience with DLI Electric was amazing! They were sent out to perform a repair covered by my home warranty company. We had lights flickering in the house. Jonathan quickly diagnosed that many of the connections on our panel were loose. He fixed that issue, then proceeded to let me know that while he was here he was going to check several other things - just to make sure it was up to par. He even check a small “honey do” item for me that was surely out of the scope of his initial call. He really just took care of it because it’s the kind of guy he is- customer focused, friendly and helpful. In doing so, they have easily earned continued business from us for future issues (outside of our home warranty). Jonathan is a great representation of quality service!

I contacted Dave at this company to schedule an appointment as some of the electrical outlets were not working. When we tried to reset the switch on the electric panel it would quickly flip itself back to an off position. Dave gave me an appointment within 48 hours but called me back and actually had one of his employees to me the very next day. Brad was the service technician. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He found the problem with the switch and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He further went on to check every outlet in our home to make sure they all worked perfectly. I am pleasantly surprised on the service I received! This business is amazing. Had some flickering lights in my house. First caller troubleshooted me though the basics to make sure I actually needed to pay for a visit. We agreed I did. The tech that showed up checked all the connections in my box and found several of them to be loose, which probably solved the problem. But then he also checked my mains and found that the power company’s connections had been arcing and needed some work as well. Jonathan was very thorough and I’m grateful he kept looking after identifying some problems.

I was surprised by the quality and timeliness of service considering we had been connected to this company through our home warranty.We have an older home that was quickly/poorly flipped by the seller. The outlets on a side of our dining room wall (aluminum wired) were burned and malfunctioned. Jonathan was very prompt with the diagnosis and quick to troubleshoot. He even cleaned up the kitchen after breaking down the steps he took to fix the issues. Recenty I had several outlets without power and Jonathan was able to determine and fix the problem quickly. I would highly recommend them if you need any electrical work done around the house. I called DLI Electric when my oven stopped heating up after a thunderstorm knocked out the power. I spoke to David on the phone and he was very polite and saw me first thing the next morning. He and another electrician arrived on time and they were very friendly. They tracked the issue down to a broken breaker and replaced it, which fixed the oven. David also pointed out some issues with the breaker box that could become future problems. It was a pretty straightforward service call and they got it fixed promptly at a good price. Would be happy to use them again.

The wife was complaining about the ceiling fan wasnt moving enough air in the room. I found out the old fan had a low Air Flow (CFM) rating vs. the 72 10000+ CFM rating. It makes a HUGE difference. Make sure you check the CFM before you purchase it. Anyway, when I purchased the new fan at Home Depot and signed up for the install. They called me with in 10 minutes as we were driving Sunday. David was awesome and we were able to schedule a install on Monday. I definitely will call these guys again.

He installed our master bedroom fan and put in new vanity lights in our bathrooms.
