I cannot say enough how great the guys from Wally Blanton are. From Sean and Larry coming out late on a Saturday to investigate our issue and coming up with a fair price for fixing it to the wonderful team that came out to fix it. The service was amazing. They explained everything, were courteous and professional. They found another issue along the way and fixed that too without charging us extra. And dare I say it, they left my basement cleaner than it was when they started. I would hire these guys again and again.

I called and requested the plumbers come back. Austin and Larry came the next day, in 8 degree weather, to resolve my issue. They crawled under my mobile home, which a lot of plumbers wont provide service at mobile/modular home parks. My first service was almost a year ago, so it was still under warranty. Austin took the time to explain the original billing to me and my warranty; he also made a recommendation on what to do to keep my plumbing clear in the future. At the end, Larry and Austin completely cleaned up and removed any evidence they had been there. The dream team went above and beyond for me and successfully fixed my issue. Customer for life - see you next year for maintenance routing!

The filter on my smart toilet needed to be cleaned for general toilet maintenance. When I tried to access the filter myself, I discovered that I didn’t have the proper sized screwdriver that would allow me to remove the filter on my own. I had to call a plumber for help. Max and Scott from Wally Blanton Plumbing were nice, honest, and direct, and helped me understand the nuances of my smart toilet. They fixed it and my bathroom sink, which had a slow drain. I will call them again without hesitation.

These guys were awesome. Unfortunately my sewer backed up on Christmas Day evening. What a lovely end to our Christmas. Lol. I got a hold of these guys the morning after and where out to the house by 10:30 and had the ball of roots cleared out, drain opened, and cleaned up in just under an hour. They did a fantastic job of showing me exactly was the problem and getting it resolved quickly. These guys were very fair on the price which is greatly appreciated after the holidays. Codey and Brad are life savers! Our hot water heater started leaking yesterday morning and I was so worried it was going to fully crack and destroy our finished basement, and that we (me, my husband and toddler) would be without hot water for days. Codey came by in the evening to confirm the leak, and he and Brad came in the morning with a brand new water heater and installed it (along with an expansion tank, and drip pan with drainage so we don’t have worried about a flooded basement in the future). Everything looks and works wonderfully, they cleaned up so well I couldn’t even tell they were here, and they are extremely personal, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more, and will definitely be using them again the future.

They did an excellent job preventing unnecessary mess by using disposable shoe covers on their feet AND on the wheels of the rodder. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Charged a fair price and guaranteed their work. The other plumber did not.

We had a sewer pipe burst late Sunday afternoon with sewage backing up into our bathroom. Wally came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, set us up to be able to use water Sunday night and had his crew here fixing the pipe first thing Monday afternoon. He also was here to help talk to the insurance claims adjuster. Having never dealt with anything like this before, he was super helpful in putting everyone at ease and walking us through what needed to be done. He really helped make a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. Ill be using him for any future plumbing issues that arise.

Absolutely amazing experience! We had a terrible time with our home warranty company, being unable to find someone to come out and clean the clogged drain. Expensive, did not show up on time, the plumbers did not talk to each other - the one that gave the quote did not tell the plumber what needed to be fixed, did not get a contract before it was fixed, did not fixed the problem, so we had pay to get it fixed. The plumber did not come with the proper tools to fix it,they had to use our tools. Please tell me how a new outside faucet fixed would cost 769.50 when the problem was low water pressure with onl y this faucet is what we needed fixed. I will not use thus company again. After talking to the owner, Wally, he ensure me that the price was comparable to other business. He was sorry that the estimator and the plumber did not communicate to each other so he would not want he is coming to fix. He was going to talk to the plumber to make sure they come to the job prepared. He also agreed to come out in person to fix if needed. The water is good now 😀 . So I am changing my review from 1 to 4. The owner is very understanding issues I had and fixed them

I decided to attempt to install a bidet toilet and well lets just say do not attempt this at home it was the whole toilet not just a lid. Wally and his team were great. At 10:00pm on a Saturday night we had our main back up. I called them by 12:30am and Debbie had them booked for 7:30am Sunday. Two weeks later our little one flushed things she wasn’t supposed to and I called at 8:00pm Saturday night. Again, 7:30am on a Sunday morning they were back to Rod it again. After spending some time on it, we all agreed that the 80 year old main needed to be jetted. Wally credited me the rodding visit towards the jetting. We got it to the point that they could return Monday (again first thing!) because the jetting uses special equipment (a monster trailered water tank!). Within an hour Monday morning the main was jetted and Robert showed me the camera screen of the line. He then took the extra time to explain to me the why’s and how’s. We discussed a preventative maintenance plan for a few years from now (the jetting comes with a 2 yr warranty!). It’s important to me to support local small business and Wally and his team did not disappoint.

I would definitely recommend them. They were here in a timely manner. Very friendly and easy to work with and would use them again.
