    Excellent job! Alex Viera and Carlos made quality repairs for a potentially dangerous plumbing issue.     Stanley and Christian and Jordan were our team of service providers. They did an amazing job of keeping us updated. Jordan worked extra hard when scheduling issues arose. He made sure we were in a good place before ending the work day. It was a big job to repipe the crawl space and upgrade the whole system.

    Amazing company and service - we had an emergency pipe block. They were able to send over Kyle in 2 hours to come look at the problem, recommend a solution, and then fix it within a few hours. Very prompt, responsive, professional, and thorough. Highly recommended!

    Jordan did a great job- he was efficient and cleared a stubborn grease clog within 30 mins. He diagnosed it exactly and picked the correct tool - a “knocker” (?) a snake with a rotating chain to clean the pipe out. The clog wasn’t very far down but it was stubborn, a snake by another plumber was ineffective (through no fault of his, snakes can go right through grease plugs without clearing them.)And the price can’t be beat!This was my first time using Rooter Hero and I was very skeptical, but now I’m a fan! The whole process from dispatch keeping me constantly updated to relaying my concerns to the technician was spot on.

    Rooter Hero Plumbing needs to tighten up on their late night/early morning on-call folks, but the tech Malik who finally answered the call and came out to help with my sewage backup was awesome. He was nice and courteous and professional and handled the situation. He also came back the next morning when the backup happened again to power jet the lines. My apologies for the delay in payment from my management company BGAM. If I needed the company again, I would specifically Ask for Malik Willis.

    The guys are top notch. But they run a small blade throw a big pie. Back to back clogs out two times in 3 months. If you are looking to just to get flowing fast they are the best. But I’m not sure if I let it ride, or cam it and run a big blade down big pie.

    Quick response, thorough explanation of issues, and easy/constant communication.Robert came out to do initial evaluation and explained what was blocked, and suggestion to fix (replace old galvanized drain pipes under the house with ABS) I was definitely on a time crunch to get things fixed, as the problem was discovered only days before new renters were scheduled to move in.Christian was the project manager, and he got permits pulled in one day, and the team did the work the next day. I was shocked they could schedule me right away. Additional issues were found with the main drain to the street and additional work was needed. That was also completed super fast and team fixed a couple minor issues with the existing hookups, no extra charge.All paperwork done with electronic signature, very helpful since I live an hour from the house. Team provided lots of pictures and videos to show the problem areas, and repairs. Super satisfied, great experience.

    I had a problem. When I ran the sink or flushed the toilet water and #*## came up into my tub and shower...And just stayed there! Yuck. I needed a plumber, fast! A nice young man answered and told me they were having a special deal all month on a drain cleaning and they could have someone at my home in an hour. The technician arrived right on time. He asked a few questions and went right to work. He did some things in the bathroom, then he went on the roof. In less than an hour all was fixed. I can not say enough about how pleased I am!!     I was Not at my property at the time they replaced my broken sewer pipe. So, I can not tell you how it went. I do know they only took less than 5 hours to complete my $17,000 job. So, I pray thhis sewer pipe holds up at least another 30 years. As they only provide 9 year warranty for $17,000 forOnly 1 Sewer line pipe replacement.Praying my sewer pipe works 30 more years.     Carlos came to my rescue when i was crying at midnight becauze my restroom was all clogged and over flowed. I just came home from work to find this in my house at looking at the hours no one was willing to help as it was midnight. Carlos was really kind and acted as an angel. He did his best to calm me down and with his expertise he cleaned and ran the snake deep in 3 times to make sure it was all open.     We called for an after hours visit. Jeff arrived in about 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional. We thought we had a serious issue, it would have been easy to convince us we needed services we did not, but the issue had resolved itself and he told us so.     All of a sudden our toilet backed up. We only have one and I wasn’t sure what to do so I relied on reviews and decided to try Rooter Hero. Being it was Sunday I didn’t know if we would be able to get it fixed. They answered the phone right away, took my information and said they would get right back to me. Within 10 minutes I got a call informing me that Blake would be my technician and he would call when he was on his way. They indicated he had other jobs first. Maybe two hours later Blake called and said he would be about 15 minutes and he was. He was very knowledgeable about the problem, had it fixed within 15 minutes. I considered the cost to be very reasonable. I will be calling them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

    The overall service was extended as the work required a special hydro powered water pressure machine to remove roots. although the equipment did the job and removed the roots , I felt the final cost was very expensive and excessive. $1940.     Jake and the Rooter Hero team did a fantastic job replacing our sewer pipe. we got a fast same day response as soon as we had our initial plumbing issue. we had a lot of back and forth communication and so many questions. Jake was patient, very thorough and gave us several options and walked us through everything on-site and on phone and text even when it was after hours which meant so much to us since we both work during the day. We changed our mind a few time and Jake was understanding and informative.     Excellent customer service! I was in need for a sewage retrenchment because my sewage was old with clay pipes, and constantly backed up and had roots growing into the pipes. I called Rooter Hero and they came out the same day. Jason was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough with what to expect with the process. He tossed a camera down the sewage line and showed me all of my problem areas and provided me with a reasonable estimate. Jason did not pressure me into the work, and did not charge a fee to evaluate my sewage line like other companies would, especially with the camera. I was able to get the retrenchment replaced a few days after my initially meeting. Jason and his crew definitely went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. Capped off the shower, restored water to the rest of the house and recommended replacing the shower valve cartridge. I asked them to replace the entire shower assembly with a different brand.     We had a clog deep in our pipes that led to a back-up of water into the bathtub. Rooter Hero responded the same day - within hours of my call. Ignacio did a thorough inspection to identify the source of the problem (surprisingly, it was the kitchen drain) and Chris and Alex were back the next day to fix it (it required special equipment). Removing the clog involved a high-pressure clean-out from the roof. During their inspection of the drainage system in our house, Chris and Alex also identified numerous issues ranging from the lack of a clean-out in the kitchen to a corroded wye under the house. We engaged them to fix those problems too. Chris and Alex were completely professional and great communicators. They showed us photos and explained all the issues clearly and what the possible solutions were, step by step. They used tarps to keep the floors clean and were very considerate of our home.

    We had a clogged toilet and requested an appointment via online scheduler. Got a call back within the hour and the service technician came in another 2 hours.Service technician, Julio Septien, was super polite and competent. Wore shoe guards whenever he was in the house and put wheel guards on his equipment to protect my carpet. He didnt try to charge me extra fees for unnecessary services and he was true to what he quoted me regardless of how long it took to fix my problem. He even had to call a specialist with a camera to come do further investigation and there were no additional charges for that. I recommend Rooter Hero and ask for Julio Septien if hes available.

    After another popular rooster company told me their dispatcher would call me within 60 minutes for a same day service I called back 2 hours later and they confirmed that their dispatcher will be here tomorrow... annoyed I re-googled same day plumbing and tried the next one on the list. They were very friendly and I was told that Kevin would call me in 30 minutes to let me know when he could make it. Only took 20 minutes. Kevin got here and was extremely friendly, personable and honest. He told me exactly what was wrong and how easy a fix it would be without having a professional fix it and it would save me money too. He wasnt wrong and although I didnt use the company this time the simple fact that he helped me; especially when funds are tight from Covid, I now will keep this company in my phone for further plumbing needs... And this is an old house with ample issues too. Lol. I hope Kevin is the guy that helps me next time. Thank you sir!

    Rooter Hero was my familys hero last night! Despite it being late Sunday night (7pm-10pm), technician Esteban gladly came to our rescue to fix a massive sewer block in our homes main line (which was causing flooding our house and leaking through the garage ceiling). The service on the phone was friendly, helpful, professional, and VERY efficient. The woman on the phone, Heather, patiently listened to our problem, guided me through some quick problem-solving while reaching out to a local technician for service ASAP despite the late weekend hour. When Esteban arrived shortly after, he also listened to the problem and provided me with information about the house and plumbing as he worked through the problem-- he even drew me a diagram at one point to explain part of the issue. After his hard work, the block was cleared, we could use our plumbing again that evening, and the pricing was excellent. Thank you Rooter Hero!

    Rough job on an outdoor, underground leak that I had partially dug up. Chris did great- he worked really hard to fix the problem in a tight, awkward space. Even though we had to revise the estimate as the work went on and uncovered new problems, Chris went the extra mile to get it fixed without having to resort to digging up more of the yard & driveway. It was a real lifesaver & Id be happy to have him work on my house again!

    Our sewer drain was plugged so that we could not use the toilet, the shower, the sink, etc. Jake Hope, the Rooter Hero Plumbing technician, arrived quickly and as able to diagnose the problem and determine a plan of action the same evening. The work, which required jack hammering a concrete slab and excavating down to the drain line took most of the next day. Everything was back in service by that evening. THANKS!

    Rooter Hero sent Dillan out to my house on a Sunday which was great to being with, they called me and kept me updated with his expected ETA. He arrived and promptly cleared our kitchen drain at the clean out and made sure it flowed well before moving on to our kids shower which he spent a good amount of time getting all the hair out of the drain. Dillan was great to work with and I would highly recommend these guys again if I needed work.
