    I had an excellent experience working with Chris and the team at Nancy’s Plumbing. They are always professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. This is the second time I’ve used Nancy’s Plumbing’s services for something plumbing-related, and the level of care and attention to detail is never less than stellar. Since I had back-to-back clients the rest of the day, Chris took the time to text me detailed instructions and a video guide to help me get everything started with my new water softener. His clear explanations and proactive communication made it so easy to follow the steps on my own. I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provide—I won’t go to anyone else!

    Got my 3 sinks and disposal done in less than 3 hr with Ricardo and Marlon. Very thorough and professional installations, including taking care of frozen connections which would have made me crazy if I had done this work. They supplied a high quality Insinkerator and sink stopper assemblies that I didn’t have to order or shop for. More $$ than I expected but I haven’t had this much plumbing done for a while. Quality work, on time, good cleanup and leak testing. I will use Nancy’s Plumbing again. Btw, it’s Nancy the owner who answers the phone!

    Extremely pleased with the pleasant experience of working with Nancy’s Plumbing from booking, corresponding and updates, to the quality and care of the work, couldn’t be happier!     I am very pleased with the bathroom faucet replacement done by Nancy’s Plumbing. I had a faucet that was dripping in the basin. It was a faucet from the original build in 1991 and needed to be replaced. Their customer service was excellent from the beginning, speaking directly with Nancy to scheduling an appt., then working with the tech Ricardo (Ricky) who is very polite and knowledgeable, to the finish of the job. The response time, scheduling, free estimate and completion all done within the same day. Thank you! I will use Nancy’s Plumbing again!

    I got so lucky with Nancy’s plumbing, I saw they had a few good reviews on yelp and I was desperate to get someone out that same day, I had water running down my wall. They showed up super quickly, Chris my plumber found the issue and explained everything to me so I knew what was going on. He even helped speak with the home warranty people.He did kind of a big fix in my opinion late in the day so I was very grateful. He immediately scheduled and followed up with a wall restoration appointment so I wasn’t sitting with holes in my walls for long, I truly appreciated that.I couldn’t have better things to say about this experience and I would use them again, 10 out of 10 recommend. Oh yeah and the plumbing fix turned out great, only the most important part.

    I was very impressed by Nancys Plumbings quick response. We had experienced several days of on and off rain and all the plumbing companies were very busy, so I was glad they were still able to come out within 12 hours. Their technician Ricardo was courteous and proficient in his work. He was able to clear out our plugged sewer line then ran a camera down so we could both review the footage and make sure there were no other issues.Will call on Nancys Plumbing again when disaster inevitably strikes.

    We ran into a problem with the drain line to our dishwasher and called Nancy’s Plumbing. We’ve used them twice before and both times received quality and prompt service along with a very reasonable quote. Ricardo (Ricky) arrived early which was great and got right to work. Once finished, he tested everything he had repaired and mentioned a small gasket that was cracked so we would be aware of it. He said it was nothing serious and could wait but we decided to go ahead with that too. Because he didn’t have the part he ran to ACE hardware, picked up the part, and finished the job quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They do quality work, charge a reasonable rate, and are prompt and friendly! Next time you need a plumber try calling Nancy’s Plumbing. I know you’ll be glad you did!

    We had a great experience today with Nancy’s Plumbing. Chris was our technician, he was on time (actually early), very knowledgeable and professional. He serviced our tankless water heater and got it working again. He wasn’t pushy and explained what he would be doing to me & my husband (over the phone).     I highly recommend calling Nancys Plumbing in Antioch if you need a plumbers help. An old outside spigot on my patio began leaking water at a fast rate, and I wasnt able to turn it off. Nancys sent their young man Riccardo out within a half hour of my call. He provided excellent customer service and care. He was able to drive to Lowes right away and purchase a new modern spigot, and install it. I was so relieved to have the repair done so I wouldnt worry all night about the huge volume of water that was being wasted!

    It was a Saturday afternoon and our shower value began to leak heavily after attempting a diy repair. We had to shut the water off to the whole house. After calling about 6 or 7 different companies, Nancy’s was the fist to confirm a technician was available and ready to be sent out. Chris showed up right on time and was extremely polite and professional. He confirmed the problem was the valve, then went to pick up the necessary parts, then came right back and completed the job with no wasted time. Water to the building was fully restored. I would hire Nancy’s plumbing again and highly recommend them. Great service. The phone representative was great also. Great customer service. Thank you guys again. You saved our day.

    We have successfully called upon Nancys Plumbing in the past.Service once again was fantastic.Response for service was quickly acknowledged and next day appointment was set.Chris arrived on time and we reviewed with him what we thought was the issue (sluggish tub drain, likely a hair clog.However as we couldnt remove the drain stopper, professional help was required!).Chris quickly removed the stopper and cleared the clog.We are so appreciative of what a professional, with the proper knowledge and tools, can remedy in quick order.Thank you to Nancy, Chris, and the team!     While fiddling with the water main, I managed to mess up the water for the whole house. Chris was able to come out within the hour.     I can’t speak much to the value because I’ve only used Nancy’s but they are always responsive, on time, professional, and do excellent work. Marlin was fantastic when he came out the first time. Christian was attentive, listening to the problems we were having and quickly fixed the problem with minimal interruption to our water use. I will call them again the next time an issue arises.

    Today they repaired a leaking shower valve and spout fixture. They are always kind, knowledgeable, prompt, timely. They also are opened on Saturday and will return this Saturday to install a stripped shut off water valve outside. In the past they have unclogged our master bath toilet and sink. Both still working beautifully months later. I am happy with their prices charged and feel comfortable around Chris, a very nice young man.

    I called Nancy‘s plumbing because I was driving behind a cool truck on the freeway on my way home to Brentwood. They were able to schedule me for two days later, and the representative was honest and very thorough as he was trying to deal with my long list of plumbing concerns for my new old home. Their estimate for my outdoor faucet repair was actually less than previous estimates I’d received from the bigger companies, and the technician/plumber was very candid about my options and ways to reduce costs. I am going with him for this repair because I appreciate his honesty. Chris was awesome!

    Nancy’s plumbing responded quickly to my voicemail request for a whole-house water filter installation.Their plumbing technician, Marlon, was very willing to install the G. E. cartridge system that I had purchased through a local hardware distributor. He discussed several options and designed a method that would work with our water supply connection and narrow wall face.The installation date was scheduled for less than three days from the estimate.The job was completed within four hours, and included a bypass valve system and the workmanship is excellent.The price was very reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing assistance.

    Our water heater died early in the morning and I contacted Nancy’s Plumbing after searching for a local plumber. I was able to see the pricing on their website and was quoted the same and they were able to replace the water heater by mid day. The on-site person (Chris) was very professional and answered a multitude of questions I had while continuing to work on replacing the water heater. I will definitely use this business again when changing out my toilets in the next few months and any other work that arises.

He figured out what it needed and pointed out that the parts were in warranty and how to contact the manufacturer to get them ordered.     Toilet shut off valve stared leaking and I wanted a new toilet installed too. I contacted Nancy’s Plumbing this morning at around 7:30 through their online booking. Within two hours I got a text to schedule an appointment. They came to inspect and install a new toilet and shut off valve same day! New toilet looks great!

    Last Friday evening we noticed our water pressure was low and saw that our front yard was flooding. Saturday morning we called several places, Nancy was the only one that picked up. Scheduled an appt for Sunday Even though they’re usually closed.Marlon and his team came out that same Saturday afternoon started the work. Found out our main water line was cracked and replaced the PVC pipes with copper. Finished the work on Sunday. Nancy and Marlon were excellent!They saved our Xmas.     They are so helpful! I have had the hardest time with installing this water machine, so i called Nancys and they were able to send someone out that same day! They provided a time frame, and a text when on the way. The gentleman arrived on time, and was friendly. I showed him what my issue was, and he informed me of a tool I could purchase very cheaply at the hardware store. And I wasnt even charged. My huge headache over this is finally over with, I am very grateful for them, I will definitely use them in the future.

    For someone who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing I wasnt sure what to expect for my kitchen sink leak. From the time of call to the end of service, it took less than 3 hrs. The customer service over the phone and in person was excellent. They use a house call home texting app that was very helpful, it alerted me when Chris was on his way, when the job began and ended with a price breakdown and total. Chris was on time, very respectful, knowledgeable and quick! The price seemed fair for the job and I am beyond satisfied with Nancys Plumbing services. Next time I need plumbing services Ill definitely be giving them a call.

    We had a leak in the wall of our garage. Nancy’s plumbing came out right away and did all the work the next day. Chris was our tech. He was really kind and explained everything to us.
