Jacob at Rooterman just finished a shower drain clean out at my home. What can I say? He is simply the best. Super clean, respectful, diligent, and most of all got the job done in a timely manner. The company calls in advance to let you know what time of arrival the service tech will come and keeps you posted. Jacob was beyond wonderful, and I will defnitely be using this company again, and especially Jacob. Thank you for a job WELL DONE Jacob. Started with a clogged cloths washing drain and ended up with a new lining to the street on our sewer. Went with RooterMan great folks, we worked with Robert Sandoval and stayed on the whole project start to finish. Robert is easy to work with, knowledgeable, fast, and did I say expensive. Well worth it in my opinion, we have had problems with it since we purchased the house. Always knew and worried about having to dig up our porch to the street with a huge 4 story tree in the middle, new technology caught up with us and saved us probably over twice this amount and time and mess!! All I have to say is FINALLY I find a plumber. Ive had not so good experiences with the plumbers in the past. I called this one this morning told them my kitchen sink was clogged and I needed their service. I was blown away when they asked me what time is good for me. I was like today on Saturday? I was like no way this is awesome. They were scheduled to come at 3pm Edgar the technician called and informed me he can come sooner if I like. Wow he was here at 1:30 from the time he walked up to my I then agreed to have them perform the work to solve my issues. They are professional and very neat. I am very happy with the work they did. He was very professional and very neat. I am very happy with the work they did. Now I have a plumber! I will most definitely use again.....

My kitchen sink was backing up and I called Rooter Man. They have done a variety of repairs at my house over the last few years (including major work on the sewage/drainage system). I really appreciate the great communication with updates and schedule changes.Prior to doing any work, they always give a detailed report, estimate and timing/scheduling and then a complete report of everything that was done to correct all issues. Jorge was my service professional today, he rectified the issue, did a great job, and luckily, it was covered by my warranty. My first call with any plumbing issue will always be to Rooter Man.

Juan was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our kitchen sink wouldnt drain, even after we tried to snake it our selves. When he met resistance in the line, he said, i woudl like to stop here and test to see if the blockage has been cleared. I have met resistance, and i am afraid i may do more damage than help if i push to hard. Luckily for us, the blockage was clear and further work was not needed. We are mid renovation, and he asked us if he could make a recommendation. He suggested, that since we have the floors ripped up anyway, that we should go ahead and replace the lines. In a 1960 house, they are at end of life and cast iron, so the bottoms are likely rusted out in places. He was in and our in 30 minutes. We had a port(?) outside our house, so he was able to access our plumbing externally.My only annoyance was with scheduling, they didnt actually have open the time we wanted online. So their system doesnt actually align w/ their availability. We requested a 6pm slot. They called me within 5 minutes, but said they werent actually available until 10am the next morning. So, very responsive in their Customer service, but misleading with their availability.So Juan was amazing, the company could use a more accurate scheduling tool.

Our bathroom ended up draining really slow/slightly clogged that we were only able to take 30 seconds-1 minute showers which made it very inconvenient. It was Friday night when it started happening and I worried that no one would be able to come because it was the weekend.I ended up looking around Yelp and found a few. The previous location we had used before was quoting us $192 for a snake ($175, but after tax wouldve been around $192), and even insisted we hydrojet which wouldve cost us even more. Then I found Rooter Man which had a special for $49, but when I called the operator specified its only $49 if our drain was easily accessible via a cleanout, and $125 if there wasnt a cleanout access and a normal snaking would be done. I honestly wasnt even sure what a cleanout was and assumed maybe we had one and the snaking process was the cheapest one quoted so far. I was getting desperate since it was already late afternoon. I really wanted things fixed/cleaned before night time (where people would be showering and heading to bed) so I decided to go with them and scheduled a same day appointment of 3:00PM.I was glad that the operator was very helpful as she had attempted to explain all the plumbing lingo and their system was also very on top of keeping me updated with calls of when our technician, Jesse, would be arriving. Jesse arrived on time and was very friendly, he told us that since we had a standup shower, those dont have cleanouts and a regular snaking would be done instead. I dont know if the no cleanout for standup showers is true or not but he was here already, I mind as well just regular snake it.It took about 30 minutes, but Jesse was able to clean out a few balls of hair that was clogging deep into our drain. We tested it and water was draining perfectly again. Before he left, Jesse gave us tips like: buy a shower drain hair catcher (especially for women with long hair) if we wanted to prevent hair from collecting in the drain too often.Thanks again for the prompt and friendly service, Jesse!

Called this business because it was the weekend and both toilets and showers were stopped up. They showed up and after trying to unclog them told us that the pipes were old and rusty and needed to be replaced.After getting over the shock of how much it was gonna cost we decided to go ahead and have the sewer system replaced.Edgar, the head guy, got to work right away and we had no problems or complications. The job was done professionally and quickly. The only bad part was having to wait for the city to come and do their inspection of the work.Overall it was a good and comforting experience with Edgar stopping and answering all my questions.I would certainly recommend this company.

Easily the best experience Ive ever had with a plumber. Called Rooter Man Plumbing OC because a urinal at our office isnt working, Daniel immediately came over on site within 3 hours. It ended up being a more complicated fix (he had to remove, snake, and remount the urinal), but Daniel tried everything he could to address the issue before progressing to the more expensive option. Finished product looks nicer than it did when he got here and the entire restroom is draining faster than before. Daniel was extremely friendly, professional and provided me with lots of good information. He is truly an asset to your company! Highly recommended.

The technician was extremely professional, he explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. Their prices were reasonable.Also, they left us some recommendations to replace our lines; we shopped around but I have to say they had offered the best prices.
