The estimator Joe Nevil is very knowledgeable and gives instant written estimates of projects. The team we had to replace pipes from 1939 were very courteous and thoughtful, plus they cleaned up the worksite each day. Saúl and Ramon are hard workers and helped us coordinate with their office.

Power Pro was one of five companies that I had come out to the house to quote a replacement for a water service line. Arnulfo Rivera from Power Pro was the technician who came out and quoted the job. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge for the best solution. In fact, it was because of him that we made the right decision to go with Power Pro. On the day of estimating the job, he did more than all the other companies to ensure and pinpoint the problem. We were so impressed by his approach and willingness to educate us on the solution. When he told us that he would be the one performing and supervising the work, we knew we had to go with Arnulfo and Power Pro. He arrived on the promised day on time and immediately went to work on the replacement line. They performed the work exactly as described and when they hit small bumps he knew how to overcome it. He made sure everything was operating as expected, leaving us satisfied and pleased with the work performed. I would recommend Arnulfo and Power Pro Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional, honest, skilled and affordable plumbing contractor!

It was a wonderful experience with Alejandro. He came out for the heater safety check. As he was working we discussed life span of the unit, the availability of parts if needed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. As it turned out, there was a component that was drawing current out of specifications that needed to be replaced. I had inquired if he’s was able to get the same part from the manufacturer. Alejandro made the call and learned there was one part left. This is when I found out American Standard furnaces were made by Trane. He left to pick up the part from the manufacturer and promptly installed the part. Then he checked the airflow coming out of each heating vent to insure the system was operating properly. A detailed service. Alejandro would have changed the filter also, but I had just replaced the filter the week before. Very thorough.

Mike V showed up to do our yearly Air Conditioning maintenance/service. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that was going to be done with the HVAC service that day. We have 4 different air flow returns with different size filters. Although Mike did not have some of those filters, he took the time to go to a local store to purchase them and bring them back for me at no charge. Thank you for providing wonderful service, for being patient with all my questions and doing everything in a timely manner. I will definitely request for him next time.

Adam and another young man was very knowledgeable and explained to us that the pipes were bad and took pictures to let us see exactly how bad it was underneath the house. And as for their customer service top notch i called for a copy of the invoice and Z was very helpful in emailing it to me. If we need anymore big plumbing jobs they are first on the list.

Luis was excellent. Although he showed up 2 hours after expected there were multiple different people reporting when he would arrive. Once he did he was very courteous. He was thorough in his explanations and his inspection explaining what he was doing. Installation of water heater clean and tidy and appraised me of issue with water pressure which I declined for the present for financial reasons but will likely proceed next month. He was kind and courteous enough to help me remove the filters from my stove vent hood for cleaning as I am unable to do so due to recent shoulder surgery. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

Your crews showed up at the time they said they would. The work site was always clean. when they finished for the day, cautions tape and protection plywood were applied protecting the area. We had several crews during our pipe relining and it was like watching a well orchestrated drill. Each crew showed up to do their part just as the others finished. Even our neighbors told us how impressed they were with the performance and work ethic of the crews. It was a point of relaxation knowing that they had all the insurances and equipment to do the job right.We will happily recommend Power Pro to anyone who needs a plumbing job done, as well as them now becoming our go to plumbing company for any of our plumbing needs.

We had leaks at 2 points in our house. Darryl the Power Pro serviceman came out and solved our problem. Darryl was nice, efficient, and fast. He was able to pin point and take care of the problem quickly. The receptionist at Power Pro was also very helpful and nice. Very good team.

The first attempt to repair the plumbing problem was a total disaster.The second plumber sent was not a success, either. He waited for another plumber to come and lo and behold he had the key to solving the leak problem. Instead of opening up a long stretch of the wall, as the second plumber suggested, Luis Ramirez, rightfully said that it was not necessary. He and his assistant took over the job and very successfully, so far. ( I had the hole patched up, so far everything is dry in the Sarmientos living room; and everyone is happy.)
