Ismael came to handle a clogged line very promptly over the memeorial day weekend. It couldnt have been more than 1 hour after I made the call that he came out. He worked on the clogged line however the line needed to be hyrojetted because it was filled with muck. The cost was more than we had in our budget, however owever Ismael had another idea and ran a snake down a diffrent line and was able to unclog the line. Thanks to Ismael and his experience, the line was cleared. I would highly recommend using Mr Rooter and ask for Ismael.

Mr. Rooter sent technician Ismael who called me 30 minutes before showing up and was on time, he presented his card and put on shoe covers before entering my home. Ismael was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue in raising up my sink drain line which required him opening up a section of my drywall to which he was very careful being that electrical and waterlines were so close to the drain line. Ismael cut out old pipe and installed new pipe, drilled a nice hole in bathroom wall where drain line fit perfectly for my new sink. Thanks 🙏 Ismael and Mr. Rooter.

Im very happy that I choose Mr. Rooter to come to my house to fix the issues I had with a leaking shower head and a slow draining kitchen sink. First off, the technician showed up on time. That doesnt happen every often now a days. Took the time to listen to what my problem was. After he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain my options. The technician was able to do the fix for the kitchen sink that day, but the shower had more issues the valve that was installed was stripped, so it needed to be replaced. As always there are unexpected things that go wrong, the set screw for the handle had to be drilled out. So, the handle had to be replaced. I called the dispatcher about the status of the order late in the afternoon, he checked and at the same time sent a technician (Ismael) to verify the part was correct. When Ismael arrived, he did the same thing listen to me when I explain the problem I had, he took the time at the end of the day to check his storehouse for the part which he really didnt need too. He could have just said the part is on order! You cannot ask a company for any better service than that. I have not needed a Plummer very often, but I do know that in the future if I do need one, I have Mr. Rooter one phone call away.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of O.C. was outstanding. My interaction with them started with an emergency 2nd opinion request, they took the call late in the evening and were able to arrange someone to come out first thing in the morning to offer a 2nd opinion. Not just any one came to out, it was one of their managers, Mr.Overby. They didnt try to sell me anything, they showed up early and went to work , and then I liked their work and professionalism so much I switched plumbing services for Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The very next day they sent out a team, which again was early, to finish the job cheaply and quickly while still being professional and amazing. Thanks to the plumber that also came out, Mr. Ishmael,( sorry if I got that wrong) he was so nice and help full and made sure I was informed and comfortable with everything going on during and before he left.

John was our service tech. John showed up on time, I received a call when he was on his way. John put down tarps to protect our flooring as the clean out is in a hallway, cleared the drain quickly. Checked the outside kitchen cleanout and cleared the grease from there too. He tried to inspect the lines with a camera but was unable to get very far due to our drain layout with many 90% turns. He arrived on time 11am. Our home has hardwood floors, with a crawl space under the house. He Cleared the sink drain in the master bedroom in 10 minutes. I found Mr. Rooter Plumbing through a Google search and called them asking for a hydro-jetting quote. A person arrived on my doorstep about less than 45 minutes later. John and Rudy were extremely patient in dealing with my parents to come to an agreement on price. They went above and beyond on removing the clog from the sewer drain, and finally got the pipe clear after much work. Afterwards, they located the problem areas and showed us where the likely culprit of the clog was (above ground and through the pipe camera). The friendliness and personableness of Rudy and John especially made a stressful situation very easy.
