The washer return pipe got clogged so I had to hope that whatever plumber I called would take care of the problem. The first three acted like it was impossible to give me a quote until they came in person for an estimate 🤦‍♂️. Finally I was able to get a quote from Daniel of JetersnDrains and quoted me for 100 bucks!! And sure enough he showed up, ran the snake through the pipe then the through the roof and 💥 cleared it. Daniel was really easy to talk to, informative and knowledgeable. He showed me a few videos of some of the bigger jobs that they do including a City job that required a 12 inch sewer sleeve. Needless to say I now know who to call next time!!

I called Jetters N Drains yesterday, Sunday, for a pinhole leak because they have done excellent drain cleaning for us in the past along with toilet piping cleaning. They came out first thing this morning. Daniel even picked up the phone while out with his family on a Sunday. . He even offered to come out yesterday, but we just turned off the water for the day and first thing this morning he was here to fix our leak.Daniel is so passionate about plumbing and it totally shows. First he gave us an estimate for our minimum needs and let us know that we might need more after he opened up the drain and could see the condition. Trying to fix my own drain was a no go, searched on google and found Jetters N Drains. Daniel was very responsive. He was then able to get the team to my house first thing and they were able to get the clogged drain all cleared up with the hydrojet service. Daniel arrived promptly and took a look over our situation after I was highly recommended to him from a neighbor. He was very straight-forward and showed us our original cast pipe which had a lot of constriction from wear and tear over the years. Daniel then gave us a few different options at what we could do to resolve the issue we were having. We decided to go with the second option which was the descaling of the pipe followed by relining the pipe. During the whole process his team explained and walked us through every process during the work, allowed us to see how the lining process took place which I was really interested in to see in person. They Answered all my questions patiently and they were fair with pricing which was a big plus. By deciding to go with the trenchless pipe replacement option, no damage at all was caused to the inside of our home. I highly commend Daniel and his team for all their hard work and getting things done in a timely manner. They have some really awesome equipment btw! You can really tell they are the best at what they do. They cleaned up everything after the job was performed and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend!

Weve had major issues with our main sewer drain pipe since we moved in a couple of years ago. Ive had a couple other local plumbing outfits to work on our plumbing drain issues, both of which were overpriced and did mediocre work. Daniel came out to clean the drain, ran the camera (without having to ask), and used his finder tool to determine the exact locations and lengths of where the roots were in my pipes. We had a very large crack on the sewer line under the street due to heavy roots attacking the line. He was on time, easy to deal with, his quote was very reasonable. His team had pretty big job done right in two days. After they were done with pipe lining our sewer line he then showed us the new sewer sleeve which would prevent the roots from growing again. We were very impressed and After helping us with our sewer issues I had recommended them to my parents for a job, and they were happy too. Job well done!

We literally put everything we can down our garbage disposal, so our pipes have seen a lot of build up of gunk over the years. Daniel mentioned to us he could either snake it (but we have done that with other plumbers, seemed to go back to its original problem) but Daniel gave us another option we never heard before which was hydro jetting the pipes and told us the benefits of it. He gave us a competitive price and we are glad we went with this team.

Jetters‘N’Drains are god sent! I will never forget when I called Daniel on Christmas Eve because my water heater decided it was the best day for it to leak, he walk me though as to how to shut off the main, to tell me want to get from the hardware store, even offer to FaceTime me to replace what was broken.Fast forward to today - again we called Jetters‘N’Drains because there was a banging noise coming from the wall when the sprinklers came on, they came on right on time (which I was late for the appointment), discover the issue with the sprinkler valve, in 10 minutes. Our house is elevated from the street sewer system by about 40 feet and set back by about 30 feet, so there was quite a long sewer line to replace. Since it was the original clay pipe from the early 1960s, I wasn’t surprised at all that it needed replacing. I had dreaded this because I thought it would require backhoe work on a very steep slope and damage to the concrete driveway. Not to mention a hotel stay.Thanks to new technology, it didn’t. We chose the trenchless option and the crew was actually able to get the entire job done in a single day.Videos show the finished work.

Jetters N Drains is great! I had an urgent situation, and Daniel and Ivan came on a Saturday. They installed new copper pipes in the bathroom along with a cast iron bathtub and new drain. The work was clean, and they did a great job. When I realized I needed the tub centered, Daniel came back on Monday to take care of it. This company stands behind its work! I was able to stay on time to continue work in my bathroom. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called this company on a Thursday and they were out here the next day. The gabarge disposal at my office wasnt working and the water wasnt draining.Customer service was ok. They answered and let me know ow they had other callers and would call me back. Sure enough they returned my call in 15 minutes and booked my appointment very easily. I was happy they could get me in before 3pm. They text you a confirmation of your appointment which is nice. They also send a text when plumber is in route with a little bio and a picture. Super cute.Felix the umber came out and within 10 minutes let us know that there was no power coming to the outlet the disposal was plugged into. He unclogged out sink and let us know it was draining and good to go. Charged us $95Took me a couple days to get the receipt but when I called Monday I spoke to Danirl who is think is the owner and he sent it to me quick. I like the quickness because my work life revolves around ASAP he apologized for the delay and we had a friendly chat.I plan on calling Daniel back if I ever need him. Thanks guys!
