I recently had the pleasure of working with CAT Exteriors for a window replacement project in my home, and I can confidently say it was one of the best home improvement experiences I’ve ever had. They took the time to walk me through the different options available, particularly the top-notch Anlin window products that are specially made for homes like mine. UPDATE: I am beyond words at how impressed I am with CAT Exteriors! We are in love with our new windows and sliding door. The first day of install we could feel a HUGE difference in the temperature inside the house. We even added a new window and it has made a world of difference! UPDATE: We are in love! We feel like we have a whole new home (we went from a dated mustard color to Florida White with Mountain Gray trim) and we can already see the energy benefits. Our home is so well insulated now that we haven’t had to run our AC system all day. I was asked what I wanted in the steps of installing such as where I wanted the columns, where I wanted my fan.I was helped in getting my financing and got a great interest rate, payments I could afford. Just note they are pricey, as I found out after the fact.

I had CAT Exteriors install 15 windows in my house which badly needed to be replaced. The experience was very professional and very friendly. From Mike M (sales) to Tim A. (Project manager) to Aldo and his team, everyone was extremely professional and nice. I was quite amazed by the speed at which these guys operate. All the windows including a new construction large window were installed in 2 days. The craftsmanship of the installers was excellent. The quality of the windows are excellent. Our biggest appreciation here is the sound insulation we now have. We are sleeping so much better. I definitely plan on using CAT exteriors again. Great group of guys.

We are getting a patio installed by CAT exteriors and WOW! What an experience it has been so far. Mark showed up to give us our options and go over financials, when I say he made things easy I might consider it an understatement. He showed us all of our options, from the patio to fixtures to financing. He then set up our appointment with Juan and his team for a couple of DAYS later. They showed up, measured, had the whole plan done in an hour or so, and even took time to play with our puppy. They are professional, honest, and very kind. We can’t wait to report back once the install is complete, but so far we are over the moon with this entire team!!

We were ready to get our house repainted as it has some stucco damage and hasnt been painted since the house was built in 1970. Mark came out, did measurements, showed us which repairs CAT Exteriors could do and explained how Texcote paint works. He was able to get us a great price on the work so we decided to go w it as the ROI is excellent. This was last week.Today, Jesse, the project manager came by and confirmed what work will be done and helped me to choose great colors for the house. Hell be back this coming week to do a lead test and schedule the work.Im excited to get my home repainted and get a nice fresh look to my home. Will update when work is completed.

Had been thinking about replacing my old A/C units for a while. CAT Exteriors called me out of the blue and said they were offering programs to help homeowners replace old A/C units at a discount. Figured I would give them a shot. John A came out and talked to my wife and I about the programs. Didnt throw out any sales pitches and answered all of our questions with no BS. Was really friendly and even took a look in our attic to see whether we needed to have our existing ducts replaced or not. Worked with us and calculated out different options to help us come up with a financing plan that would fit our budget. So far... really impressed.

We usually dont answer the door when a salesman rings the doorbell, but this time we did and are so happy with the results. Set up an appointment for Kal to come out and give us an estimate for front yard landscaping, which included a large front lawn and 100 foot slope. We wanted artificial turf and werent sure what we wanted on the slope. A few days later, Tim, the Project Manager and Angel, the Foreman, came by and finalized the plans. We changed a couple of things based on their recommendations. The next day a crew showed up and spent the next 3 days (7:30-5:00) working on our yard. We also had them replace the artificial turf in our backyard which was over 20 years old. We were so impressed with the professionalism of everyone. Every night before they left, the crew cleaned everything up. From the time we met with Kal to the finished product was two weeks. The yard looks beautiful and we are beyond happy with it. Thank you to Kal, Tim, Angel, and the crew for the beautiful work. We will definitely refer them.

I have found it can be very difficult, tofine trust worthy help on my home repairs. Big or small. So fellow homeowners, Id like to give a A+ for salesperson Chalmer Lumary. His presentation was thorough and clear. He was patient with my many questions. No question was a bad one. He never made me feel pressured to buy right now! He was glad, and prefered that a second person was present to listen and advise. Even after I Oked the sale for new windows, he paused and asked both of us if we were happy with this decision. I appreciated that pause. My daughter and I took that pause. We were given more time to think about it. Most salespersons would have you sign the dotted line as soon as you said yes.Let me add this. CAT Exteriors replaced (10) of our existing aluminum framed windows from 1973 with the Anlin Delmar windows . Removal of the old gutter system, Premier coated the home, applied their Texture Coat, painted all the wood trimming and installed a new gutter system. I had the pleasure of starting off my home improvement project with John A. and he was amazing. Very informative and honest. He showed up on time and things went very smoothly. Rolando was who we worked with once the projected started not sure if his title is project manager, but it should be. He made sure we were aware of everything that was happening along the way and always available for questions and the best part of that was his honesty. If he didn’t know the answer he would let that be known and he would be sure to find out the answer and always got back to us in a timely manner. Working with these two men was awesome and such a relief. The last person I want to mention was Joe . Joe came to do the installation part and he was on time and friendly and he made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone based off my contact and the work alone from these three men mentioned in this post.

Zoe and Tim were amazing to work with. We had 4 windows done and they arrived early, installed in 1/2 the time quoted and left the place cleaner than they found it. I can’t argue this was an expensive project. But you get what you pay for. Since install our energy bill has fallen 22.7% and it is MUCH more quiet. Over all the experience was so good we have contacted them for an awning and possibly more services.
