We knew that we just wanted our 1980’s fake wood kitchen cabinets upgraded. We liked our quartzite counters that we had installed years ago. Mr. Cabinet Care’s team made it all work. After 6 days, the job was done. Everything was well coordinated and communication was very good. Our installer, Jose Ortiz was a master craftsman and extremely good at explaining the next steps. The team of Kevin, the expert at measuring and Juan Agame, who got the ball rolling with our initial visit were all great!

We are admiring our new and refaced kitchen cabinets and are extremely pleased by the work done by Mr Cabinet Care. We had our existing maple cabinets refaced with new mocha cherry wood, and had a new bank of matching cabinets built to fit with the existing group. We were impressed with all of the individuals sent to our home by Mr Cabinet Care and how well they coordinated their work. The office and showroom we visited in Anaheim, CA were also very valuable showing us samples and managing our account. We were especially impressed with David Z, the finish-work carpenter who did all the installation and carpentry. The attention to detail on this job exceeded our expectation; hire them.

From start to finish the kitchen remodel/installation went quickly and without any major issues. Whenever a minor issue did come up, the team did whatever they could to fix the problem. From the design, measurement and installation phases we were always at ease with each stage and confident that the finished project would be exactly what we wanted. Everyone was courteous and extremely capable and professional and it shows-we are so pleased every day in the look and functionality of our beautiful new kitchen!

Having our kitchen cabinets refaced with Mr Cabinet Care was one of quickest, easiest and most rewarding home improvement projects we have ever experienced. From our initial meeting with Kevin, through the measurement process, installation and final inspection, everyone we had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and on time. After Priscilla scheduled our project and the materials were delivered, Javier arrived the first morning precisely on time and explained in detail everything he would be doing. Each afternoon he he cleaned up the area and rolled back the plastic so we could enter the kitchen and use our oven and dining area with very little inconvenience. Before leaving, he let us know what time he would be returning the next day and what part of the project he would be completing. On the final day, he brought Saul with him who was equally competent, efficient and friendly. Upon completion of our kitchen, Javier walked us around, pointed out each feature, showed us how to remove and clean everything, and then asked us to inspect every detail. Everything was exactly as expected, although the overall quality, design and appearance was much more than we imagined. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Mr Cabinet Care!

We have a twenty year warranty on our kitchen cabinets from Mr. Cabinet Care. They rebuilt the entire kitchen area cabinets when we had our kitchen remodeled and did a great job.17 years later, out of our entire kitchen cabinet work, 2 drawer fronts and a cabinet door started to peel. We contacted Mr. Cabinet Care and they came out, took a look at the issues, took pictures and came back a few weeks later to install replacement drawer fronts and cabinet door. The replacement work by Edgar took less than an hour and the cabinets and the workmanship looked great. Thanks to Mr. Cabinet Care for the warranty work and taking care us. We would recommend Mr. Cabinet Care and greatly appreciate their attention to service and most of all warranty.

Our Mr. Cabinet Care experience overall has been a good one. The sales representative was fantastic and she sold me on the process. The installation was smooth and our kitchen looks so much better than it did before. We had the cabinets re-faced and unfortunately the laminate has peeled away in several different areas on the inside of the cabinets. The nice part is that Cabinet Care has been very responsive to my calls and has fixed all of the problems under the warranty.

Mr. Cabinet Care redid our kitchen cabinets some years ago and the work was excellent and the price reasonable. A few weeks ago, the runners along the floor (and only the runners) showed signs of warping. We called to ask about replacing them we were very pleased to find that they would replace the damaged area under warranty. A few days later, the work was done. We are very pleased with this company.

Mr Cabinet did a great job on or kitchen refacing, new sink, countertop and peninsula. The workers were all courteous and showed up on time. All parts of the job ran smooth from the initial meeting, contract, survey to completed job. I would recommend them and hire them again. My wife and I wanted to give our kitchen and powder room a new look. We scoured the internet looking for the best providers. We finally settled for Mr. Cabinet because of all the positive reviews. And they were right. Scott came out, did a survey and gave us a time frame along with a quote. Next Nathan came and double checked everything to make sure we were good to go. The scheduling team was superb with timely and accurate updates. And then our remodel started. They showed up (Michael and John) and demolished our old kitchen. The next day our new cabinets were delivered. Frank showed up the next day to install the cabinets. What a fine and meticulous he did. Then the counter top specialist did a complete measurement before fabrication was done and later installed the next week. Finally we had Jose who did the back splash tile work and Edgar who did the final appliance installations. What a fantastic job the entire did to create and finish our new kitchen and powder room. We are thrilled with the out come. Thanks. Oh, I almost for got to mention all the special in our cabinets: pull out draws and Super Susans that will make out life easier.

What I really liked about Mr Cabinet Care was not everything went 100% according to plan; however, in life everything rarely works out 100% the way you plan. There were a couple of curve balls thrown at my project and I was really impressed at how Mr Cabinet Care stood in there and eventually knocked it out of the park. Mr. Cabinet Care gave us our dream kitchen and we couldnt have had a better experience. We are truly grateful for all of the people we worked with during the process.We started with Kevin who worked with us on the estimate and design (which was much more reasonable than every other estimate that we received and never changed throughout the process) - we really appreciated his multiple trips out to our home, answering every question that we threw at him, and giving us the time to make our decision. Each team that we worked with after that was incredibly efficient - the demo team was in and out in a day, the installers (Tony and Daniel) worked hard for 4 days to bring everything together perfectly and making sure everything was exactly as we ordered it (even having to reorder and reinstall new cabinet doors). Countertops are beautiful, the backsplash - from Anaheim Hills Tile Supply - looks amazing and only took a day for install, and the last crew (Edgar and Aurelio) reinstalled our appliances - everything looked clean and new, and made sure every detail was finished perfectly. Thank you Joe, Elsa, and the rest of the team that handled operations/communication along the way, too.We would recommend Mr Cabinet Care to anyone looking remodel their kitchen, youre in good hands - it was our first home reno and it was worth every penny. We opted for a cabinet reface and quartz counters (we had someone else do our tile). From the salesman to the installers, we had very knowledgable and communicative people to walk us through this process. Our cabinet installer, Renato, was always on-time and easy to work with. He did the work cleanly and quickly. If I had one complaint, it was the delay between the cabinet install and the counters - everything was ordered at the same time and they seemed to have a very set time frame for everything, so having no work done for a week while waiting for the counters was confusing. But, even that is a very small complaint - These counters were worth the wait!. Everything came out beautiful and and the materials are top-notch. We are VERY happy with the job. Mr Cabinet-Care comes highly recommended.

My only concern is that the microwave is not level and the garbage disposal is lower than the drain causing the water to pool and slowly exit the sink. Aside from that we still trust that they will fix or repair the problems.

We had Mr. Cabinet Care install new cabinets, countertops and backsplashes, sink and faucet in our kitchen about a year ago. At the same time they also installed cabinets, sinks and fixtures in our master bathroom. We were very pleased with the process and rooms once they completed the work. The price was reasonable and the quality first class. Things we really like are the slow closure drawers and doors, under-counter lighting, the sinks and kitchen faucet and the countertops. They were very accommodating in finding the door handles that we found online. They also recommended a general contractor that was able to do the majority of our house remodel who was fabulous.Just this week we needed some adjustments on a few cabinet drawers and doors. They coordinated with us for a good time for a technician to come out. They sent a guy named Kevin who did a great job and showed me how to make the minor adjustments that he was doing.I highly recommend using Mr. Cabinet Care for kitchen remodeling.

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced by Mr. Cabinet Care in 2017. The entire kitchen came out stunning and I could been happier! However, in the years since I needed some very minor repairs done which were caused by normal wear and tear. They were of course, covered by the excellent long term warranty.Mr. Cabinet Care was quick to respond, were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction, and scheduled a repairman to come out on a timely basis and very good at communicating with me.My repairman Fausto, arrived within the time frame window and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. He completed the repairs in a very timely and even found an issue that I hadnt noticed and repaired it for me!In this day and age its not always easy to find companies who truly stand behind their products and service. We couldnt be happier with our condo kitchen remodel from Mr. Cabinet Care. Even a small-scale remodel is a complex, multi-stage process requiring coordination of many specialists and tradesmen. Everyone we encountered at EVERY stage -- from design to installation to customer service -- shared the same excellent attributes of being friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous -- and being skilled in their particular field. There are so many individuals to acknowledge for their efforts I could not possibly list them all here (Jose, Miguel, and many others). But for his patience, knowledge and professionalism, the first to clearly stand out was designer Juan Agame. Hes not only great making customers feel comfortable and valued, his clever design opened up a TON more usable space in our relatively small kitchen space. We had cabinets refaced and couldnt be happier. Our installers name was David Zepeda. He was fantastic. Always professional and polite. He covered everything to eliminate dust going everywhere and was a perfectionist in getting the job done. I highly recommend Mr. Cabinet Care. After about 15 minutes we decided to let him go on so we could have a conversation. Once that started, together we made a number of important decisions before committing to Mr. Cabinet Care.Robert came by a few days later and took not only all the measurements, but more importantly made some great recommendations to us. Though Robert’s recommendations added another $1000.00 onto our bill, we’re very glad we got him to do our layout as his constructive ideas and feedback was outstanding.Finally, if you decide to go with Mr. Cabinet Care be sure you insist upon Fausto and Cameron doing your installation. These two guys are so in-sync with one another that every day major accomplishments were achieved. You not only will not find two nicer people to work in your home, but they were very professional and respectful of our home. They sealed off the kitchen area so no dust or debris could escape, and their daily clean-up said a lot about how they felt about being in our home. Twice, unforeseen issues required on-the-spot improvising and both times they made great decisions and achieved excellent results. After over 30 years in our home, we’d always thought we’d like to do something to lighten up our interior kitchen dominated with dark cabinets; but we’d never really taken it seriously – especially after retiring – until seeing the updated kitchen in the home our daughter & her husband bought with an updated kitchen – when I started thinking how nice it would be and that we should at least get an estimate. Mr. Cabinet Care was not the first company we called – we didn’t even know who they were, until I did a Yelp search and read so many amazing reviews; and after reading reviews on Yelp, we didn’t even call the company whose name we’d seen the most over the years. Mr Cabinet Care was the only contractor who could give me an estimate during the initial meeting. After getting 3 other quotes, they were very competitive. They were also the only company who provides a 20 year guarantee. The cabinets are custom made in Anaheim for my kitchen, not ordered from a ware house outside of the US. They were always very responsive, communicated well and showed up when scheduled. There is some down time between cabinet installation and counter installation, but the complete project from demo to final was exactly 1 month. Sergio, the contractor they suggested for the additional work that MRCC does not do, was great as well. Very good at communication and keeping me informed throughout the process. I love my new kitchen. Its high quality at a reasonable price.

Our initial contact with Mr. Cabinet Care was very good. Our sales representative was courteous and helpful. The only thing we did not like was that when measuring was done and details were discussed, we were not informed that we could have made some minor modifications which would have allowed for larger pull outs on our lower cabinets. This would have been so much better. As a result we have four pullouts instead of two large ones. Definitely disappointed when we found out this could have been easily done.Our other negative was the back office. We were surprised that the change in door style resulted in a $500 change order fee. We had to push to get an explanation of how cost had increased (keeping in mind that production was weeks away). We actually thought the cost might go down for a single piece door versus one with multiple pieces and mitered joints. We did get a call the day before Christmas asking for payment for the change order. Things got busy and then at the end of the year we took off to SE Asia for a month. While in SE Asia we received a phone message where it was stated that unless we paid that $500 immediately our job would be placed on hold. Via email my husband explained that we would be happy to pay but due to the fact that we were half way around the world, we would not be able to make the charge on our credit card as we were using that card on our trip and for some reason Mr Cabinet Care does not accept American Express. This demand for payment and threatening of holding up the job seemed ridiculous given we had already paid $8,168 in deposits for the job. We found the policy and the way it was handled to be less than desirable. It was all about policy, instead of good faith. Thankfully, in the end good heads prevailed and we agreed that we would pay the change fee when installation began.The most positive thing about our job was Saul. He was amazing. Always on time, super clean work and a job well done. Additionally, Jose who came one day really helped to move the project ahead. Also we are extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and product.Overall we did have a good experience but really felt that modifications that were possible should have been discussed and the change order payment could have been handled in a more professional way.Follow-up - 9.24.20 - We were told that if anything broke on our cabinets for any reason in the first 12 months, it would be repaired at no cost. We broke the trash bin and called to have it repaired. They repaired it within 10 days with no questions, no issues and no problems. We were very happy with this.

The job went longer than expected but they worked with me to get it largely completed to a more manageable point. So overall I was pleased.

I am still thrilled with the cabinet refacing and improvements completed by Mr. Cabinet Care in my kitchen in April 2020. My overall experience has been great as I detailed in my reviews and pictures posted on Yelp. Last week I had them out for warranty work due to some minor settling that caused a crack in a small section where the backsplash meets the countertop. Edgar, their Technician came to my home as scheduled and expertly took care of the matter. He was very professional and helpful. He found another small spot I was unaware of. He then went the extra mile and re-caulked all similar areas to help prevent any future problems. I appreciate his thoroughness. He advised me not to hesitate to contact them should it reoccur as it is covered under my warranty. I first met Edgar several months ago during the refacing job when he reconnected my kitchen sink plumbing, garbage disposal, installed my new range hood and installed a new lighting fixture in the ceiling. We have hired contractors in the past and the experience with Mr. Cabinet Care has been amazing. Imagine a company that does what they say they are going to do and within the time frame promised! I cannot say enough about how wonderful our refacer Renato was. He showed up every day on time or even early and cleaned up his work area every day. I couldnt believe how respectful Renato was of our house and our time. We love the job Renato did and our beautiful new kitchen! We may end up doing our bathrooms sometime in the future and if we do, we will want Mr. Cabinet Care to do the work, especially if we can request Renato! The whole process from salesperson Rick on through to installation was great. We are now just waiting for our countertops. We cant wait to enjoy our new kitchen! There are three people that me and my wife needs to recognize for the amazing and excellence work and patience they showed us. First is the cabinet installer Arnoldo. He is a perfectionist to a fault. Second is Jose J. Who installed our backsplash. And last is Mo our project manager. He was patient with us explaining the process and taking care of any issue we had. Mr Cabinet Care is a wonderful company and I get to say proudly that our cabinets were built Close to where we live. We did a full kitchen remodel with Mr Cabinet Care and everything turned out great. Rachel, our designer worked with us and listened and took the time to find out all the little extras and special features we wanted. Since we were going down to the studs, they worked well with our contractor regarding all the planning and large scale changes. The few inevitable hiccups on a project this size were taken care of immediately and a small repair 6 months later was fixed right away. Always on time and neat, the workmen were friendly and pleasant to have in the house as they did the kitchen.We priced high and low and they had the best estimate and great quality. Questions were always answered in a timely fashion and their drawings and mock ups were great at giving us peace of mind for such a huge project.

Remodeling our kitchen was no exception.Rick Cole from Mr. Cabinet Care almost had us breaking that rule. Ricks shop was the very first quote we received and by the end of his presentation, we knew we wanted to go with Mr. Cabinet Care. Rick was very methodical in his presentation and patiently answered the same question which was re-worded five different ways to get a better understanding. We did not feel any pressure and Rick really put us at ease with his effort. When it came time for our installation date, the Customer Service Representative laid out all the expectations for work and time frame. The Supervisor, Fausto and the installer Edward were always prompt, methodical and took pride in their workmanship. Whenever they took a break or finished for the day, they would explain what work had been done and always communicated to us what they were doing. Expectations were exceeded with work done in a very timely manner and an attention to the clean up.In conclusion, Mr. Cabinet Care did an excellent job, with work performed falling into our budget. While Rick the Sales Consultant provided us our first quote among several estimates, all other presentations and estimates fell significantly short. We are grateful we went with Mr. Cabinet Care and highly recommend this shop for cabinet refacing.

Our only hitch was the miscommunication between MRCC and the subcontracted tile vendor that made us hiring an independent tile installer for our kitchen ‘island’. The surveyor did not know how to measure properly which created problems from the start. Damage to interior finishes by careless salespeople who run into walls with their roller bags as thg hey walk down hallways?My work started in February and is still not done!!Surveyor did not measure correctly so stone company installed a backsplash that was too high to accommodate mirrors. Mirrors are still sitting outside since February waiting to be installed?? Stone company had to come back, tear our backsplash to return to the shop to cut down . Then reschedule to come back and re-install. This company wanted to compromise a bedroom wall by cutting it open to install plumbing until one of their workers explained it was best to not cut into the wall?? This company wanted to put both bathrooms out of commission at the same time which I said No to. One hand does not talk to the other!! Now my bathrooms are still not done and I have to find repair people to fix all the damage that Mr. Cabinet care does not fix???My husband and I have taken time off from work onlyfor minimal progress to get completed!Not only does the work not get done correctly from the start, we have to clean up the work area of all the debris as you stated they do not remove the boxes, old items etc.This has not been the worry free experience I had when your company did my kitchen.

Very happy and satisfied with our new kitchen. Initially we were going to repaint our existing cabinets but Kevin came out gave us an estimate and designer suggestions which we loved. At installation there was a small issue with new fridge door panel. Marcos personally took care of resolving it quickly to our complete satisfaction. Excellent quality cabinets, very professional and timely service from the designer, demo crew, and installers. Would definitely recommend Mr. Cabinet Care to family and friends.

The entire experience has been smooth and efficient, from the in-home estimate, scheduling, and the excellent refacing work done by Javier. Javier was pleasant to deal with, explained each step, impressively hardworking and did quality work . Highly recommend.

The overall end result of our kitchen is amazing. Kevin and Marcus that came out to help design and then do final measurements were wonderful to work with and understood our needs (handicap accessible). There was a little bit of a mis-understanding about one cabinet and that is on me as I was focused on some other major requirements needed to ensure the accessible items were met. Changes are to be expected and nothing that wasnt corrected prior to installation with extra $$.The demo/delivery/prepwork crew, were amazing. (Manny, Miguel, Steven) Good energy, understanding and very easy to chat with. We stayed out of their way and trusted them completely. They answered all questions and helped to calm my nerves of any concerns I had.David the lead installer is nothing but an artist. He kept us informed where things did not line up (no walls or ceilings are completely level/plumb) and worked with us on solutions that would trick the eye into not noticing these imperfections. He kept his work area and tools in a meticulous fashion.The countertops were done by Superior Stone. Mr. CC uses an outside company for countertops and that company uses MSI Quartz. I would suggest you ask to use your own countertop company. The countertops were installed and the seam did not match what was on the approved drawing. This is fine in hindsight as it appears to be a common cut but the countertop people should have told us this was a possibility upfront so there were no surprises. The crew clearly did not get along as there was a lot of yelling in our home which was not comfortable for us. They also did not tells us in advance what to expect. So expect very strong odors from the chemicals they use and a very long day. When I finally came out to see the finished install you could see the seam from across the room. They used a very bright white product for the seam and the counters are not bright white. When I told them this was not acceptable they had already packed up for the day so they rushed to mix a color and redo part of the seam. Well that made it worse. It was sloppy and looked chipped and dirty. after they left I found acetone soaked rags left behind along with used razor blades. When speaking to our contact Christine at MrCC she ensured us the seam would be repaired. I did call MSI Quartz myself to get the recommended seam color for the exact quartz that we have installed. MSI is amazing... Go directly through them if you can and cut out the middle man. Superior stone came out and redid the seam with the recommended product. It looks ok. No seam will be invisible but it should be inconspicuous. Ours is now that. Also - if you can have a say in how the slab is cut I would have put one of the bigger veins in the seam near the back and it would have been hidden by an appliance. Just one of those lessons learned.Anaheim HIlls TIle: These guys are amazing. Edvin and Uber are artists as well. Just like David they were meticulous and perfectionists. The backsplash is one of my favorite things.Final items. - Do not have Mr. CC install your chimney hood. They do not have the right expertise to do it correctly. We had to have it reinstalled (it was obvious it was installed wrong the first time) but Mr. CC made it right and reimbursed us for that cost. Save yourself some stress and have it installed by your own appliance people.Look at every cabinet with a bright light. We noticed a very faint cut on one side that could only be seen with the morning sun. Mr. CC was great about having it repaired.Christine, our main contact was very empathetic which is hard to do dealing with emotional homeowners. She handled all our concerns quickly and professionally.In conclusion: I would highly recommend Mr.CC to anyone. I took off one star for the countertop and hood experience. The cabinets are incredible. Now that its all done, we have our dream kitchen and we love it.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They are knowledgeable and provided many options and solutions for our kitchen. The work was impeccable. The installer, José, was extremely skilled, kept a clean work place, and was enjoyable to have in our home for a week. Everything the company promised was fulfilled - timing, quality, and finished product. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

Mr. Cabinet Care has totally remodeled a beautiful kitchen for us! The whole team from start to finish was helpful and patient. Communication throughout the project was excellent on all levels. Any issues were promptly addressed and remedied.We were well pleased with all workers from demolition to finish work. They were skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, prompt AND cleanup at the end of each day was exemplary! Although Im sure Im missing some names, Fausto P, David Z, Jose G and Miguel C were great! Clay was an artisan with the backsplash:)There were many options through Mr. Cabinet care i.e. cabinet styles, counter-tops, colors, but we also had the option to go outside to a couple different vendors for more variety in tile and flooring.Thank you Mr. Cabinet Care!
