We scheduled an appointment with Reborn Cabinets after seeing the kiosk at Costco. We were also under the impression that Costco fully vetted any vendor that they allow to sell services in the store. Luckily, we did not have to contact Costco with any issues or problems. Not sure if that’s is true but luckily, we did not have to find out.While in the store we made an appointment for an estimate. That process was pretty simple. They were able to come out a couple of days later. We liked what we saw of the product and our sales guy was pretty helpful.Since we were approaching Thanksgiving, we were told our appointment might not be until after the holidays for measurements and installation. To our surprise, the whole process was competed in about four weeks from sale to installation. The “0” interest if paid in full by GreenSky and the whole process with them for financing was very easy.Our crew was Mario Munoz and Chris.Mario was with us all 3 days and Chris a couple. They did a fantastic job each day. They took great care with our home and our furry boys. We had a couple of things that needed adjusting and they came out quickly for that also.We would definitely give them a call if we need this type of service for our bathroom.

Our shower install was done by Jose Torres, and he has done an exceptional job. We’ve had to make some last minute adjustments to the design and he’s been gracious and accommodating. The shower itself is beautiful and you can see the high standard of materials and installation. We’ll definitely use Reborn again when we redo our other bathroom.

Alberto and Victor were a great team. They kept us informed thru the whole process. Were on time, kept everything protected, and most of all gave us a beautiful shower. Asked us where we wanted things placed and placed everything perfectly. We are beyond pleased with them as the installers and Reborn in general.

See before and after photos. Had one bathroom cabinet done through Costco/Reborn. Wanted to keep everything from the granite counter up so refacing was my only option. The result looks great. Unexpected Issues with the project were worked out satisfactorily (small drawers could not be replaced with new drawers but could get new fronts, handles were too large for the non-replaced side drawers so used knobs instead). The installers were professional, courteous, knew what they were doing, and the results look high quality. Project was completed in about five hours with the installers not taking any breaks. My only problem with Reborn is its pricing. Originally quoted at $6900 then reduced to $5800 if we paid in full and signed off on project that day. When side drawers couldnt be replaced, got a further reduction with manager intervention so total cost was around $5300. A 10% Costco card coming back to me at the end of the project will offset overall cost to $4770, a LOT of money for this project. Brochure describes up to 10 free drawers are included with your project. Seems there should be a different baseline for quoting smaller project. The material applied to front face of the cabinet was only about 1 mm thick. I would ask for any leftover project material as it is cuttable with effort and makes great shelf liner. Rating is for quality of the work and materials.

Reborn is a great remodeling company. Victor and Ray did a phenomenal job. They prepped the work area, the path to the shower, and my bedroom with plastic sheeting and drop cloths.They were very professional and completed the shower remodel in 2 days. They were very neat, professional, courteous and expert craftmenOur newly remodeld shower is beautiful! I highly recommend Reborn.

From the showroom to the installation and follow up I found Reborn to be professional and the quality of the work was outstanding. I have now had two projects completed. First, a tub to standup shower in the guest bathroom. Second, a kitchen and bar area refacing. Both turned out fantastic. The project crews were on time, pleasant to work with and trustworthy. While both projects had minor issues which I understand can happen Reborn followed up and made sure to make it right. I was very impressed with the finish of both projects and the company as a whole. For the bathroom we wanted a more open feel and a shower surface that would be easier to clean. For the kitchen we wanted a more modern look and since our kitchen doesn’t get a ton of natural light we wanted a lighter color to the cabinets. With both we achieved our goals and I feel adds a lot of value to our home. The projects were not cheap, but I feel well worth the investment. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company.

We just had our cabinets refaced by Reborn and they came out spectacular! The transformation was amazing and was done in the time frame estimated. The lead installer was Jesse E., who was not only very skilled and professional, but was on time and super easy to work with. Jeremy A. assisted the last day and was also highly skilled, efficient and great to work with. Most importantly, the final product that was delivered not only looks beautiful, but the quality and attention to detail is outstanding. We highly recommend Reborn to bring new life to your cabinets.

Jacob Stephenson is the best! Having our kitchen cabinets refaced by Reborn was an easy and seamless process. Everyone from Abby to Joseph was great to work with. But to have Jacob in our home to do the installation was the best part of the project. He was very skilled and completely capable, of course. He arrived on time and tidied up every day. He was focused on getting the work done on time and making sure every detail was handled. He didn’t just do the work, but he cared that it was done well and with great professionalism. He has high standards for himself and his handiwork, and it shows. He completed the installation on schedule and cleaned up perfectly. But beyond all those things, he was warm and friendly. Thank you, Jacob, for taking what could have been a very stressful week and making it a joy.

Work was done well by Installers Carlos and David and they cleaned after the job each day. The only issues: (1) Communication issues with materials and engineering to do the job, 2) not letting the customer know that drawer size would change due to soft-close installation, 3) Reborn is short-staffed for the amount of projects they do.Reborn had to re-order 6 doors that were not good, and hinges were not properly noted by engineer so two doors were left open. Took another month for them to fix, but they came through. Also, was not pleased they did not have enough staff for the job. They had scheduled second visit in June (one month later from original job) and John, the project manager, called me the day of, to delay for 5 hours the job til the afternoon. This was not good. I understand the short staff, but the agreed upon schedule should be honored, especially a month in advance. More coordination is need to schedule jobs with existing available staff. Do not overload staff since they have to drive long distances. They should have scheduled Carlos, who lived in Oxnard, to do the job instead of David who had to drive hours to get here. It would be more cost effective to use local staff and better for customers. I give them 4 stars due to Carlos and David, but really 3 stars for Reborn.

Excellent overall experience from sales presentation to installation. My shower enclosure was installed without a hitch and looks very good. The only hangup was the time involved waiting for the County inspections. I would give this a 5 star review, but I think the price was a little on the high side.

UPDATE: 1/14/2022 Nader and apprentice Charles showed up this morning. These two are awesome people! Nader took pride in his work and in his trainee Charles. Both were professional and were very attentive to needs and concerns of the boss! Excellent workers, great customer service. These were the very best installers weve experienced. EXCELLENT, both Nader and apprentice Charles. ONE YEAR after the contract was signed, the THREE DAY job is finally complete. Kudos to both Nader and Charles. You both ROCK! HIGHEST COMPLIMENTS AND RECOMMENDATION TO NADER AND CHARLES.Updated 4/28/2021: Ive had to revisit this review due to workmanship of work being less than adequate at this point 4/28/2021. Its been over three weeks without work being completed. The workers used the counter tops as ladders and broke the very granite we were trying not to harm. Granite was broken in 4 different places.The company sent out a project manager to look at the job. He reordered doors, molding and many other parts. Its like the job is being completely redone!The inside of the cabinets had nails driven through the cabinet walls. A lot has gone wrong - what can go wrong had gone wrong!I will come back to update this review as the job progresses three weeks since the start of the initially quoted start to finish time frame.To be fair, Ill come back when the entire job is complete and update the review. It is our hope that Reborn, Inc comes through with an excellent, properly competed job soon.I cant wait to see the compensation package theyll offer for the inconveniences experienced, along with the stress it has caused the lady of the house. Ill post to keep everyone updated.Reborn was secured through Costco, who seem to have very little control over anything...It is true that they do have a nice big showroom. Excellent customer service willing to help while inside showroom.

Guillermo and Jaime arrived this morning to remove our bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower. We were told that it would take a day and a half to complete the job. They went above and beyond to complete it in one day. They were professional, friendly and very respectful. They did an awesome job and we would definitely use them again.

We had an awesome experience with the company from beginning to the completion of refacing of our 20 years old kitchen. Dean Corbin (sales) explained us in details and answered all our questions. Customer service kept us informed at all stages and scheduled our project 10 ahead of original plan. We had Jeremy Abad & Arnoldo Valle who worked on refacing the kitchen. Both were very professional, arrived on time, kept the dust to minimum by covering all places. Did fantastic work in 2&half days. Kitchen has a very elegant look. We are extremely happy that we chose Reborn Cabinets for our project.

It was the inspector fault but I’m very excited about my new tub and surround.

They immediately brought in their supervisor, Gustavo, so we could discuss our option. They also provided necessary support to 3rd party who had to come remove the roadblock.

Reborn has been professional, clean, and efficient throughout the sales and installation process. We were contacted via phone, text, and email as reminders to all our appointments. We first met the Reborn team at the Victorville Home show. Our installers, Jesus Delacruz and Bradley Gibson, showed up daily on time and ready to work. The were respectful of our property and worked diligently to finish our project ahead of schedule. Each day they would clean-up before they left. I would give the Reborn team, especially Jesus and Bradley, my most enthusiastic recommendation for any future home improvement projects.

Beautiful ! walk in shower. I couldnt have been happier ,they did such a great job.I want to say anyone who is thinking of having a walk in shower installed ,this is the company to seriously consider.first they removed our 70 yr old iron tub and tile . Removing all the debris carefully through our halls and covering our wood floors. Hardly knew they had removed it with no damage on walls or any place in Bathrm.The installation took two days . Ahmad Zada, adrian Mera & one other installer were so courteous, friendly and answered any questions. They did excellent craftsmanship in the install ,everything was perfect down to the out lining caulking . Everything looked Beautiful and everything worked great,drains fossett etc.Reborn staff worked with us on pricing that was in our budget and they were all helpful in choosing colors ,fixtures tile siding .I highly recommend Reborn and would give 10 stars if i could.Dan J.

Reborn re-faced our kitchen last week. It was a great experience working with Reborn and our new kitchen looks fabulous (see attached pictures). Michael C. was the lead installer on our project. He was meticulous with every detail and very easy to work with, always informing us about his schedule and progress on the job, and addressing any questions or concerns we had. In addition, the work area was cleaned up every day before he and his helpers left. The other Reborn employees that we had contact with were also great (Michael Armstrong and Shawn Nichols). Reborns customer service is the best weve ever experienced with contractors. Always on time, always following up, always concerned that we were totally satisfied. Thank you all so much.

Love the new shower! Couldnt be happier with everything we received from Reborn. The initial appointment was with Mitchell and his knowledge on the material and the process was incredible. The initial appointment took 5 hours and Mitchell was very patient and went above and beyond to figure out the best way to get our shower installed. He was incredibly accommodating. Andrew was our installer and he was great and efficient. The one day installation is real and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Reborn installers Shane A. And Ivan R. was outstanding. They arrived within the designated window time and went straight to work. They covered up every item I asked for and even sealed off my hallway. They did everything I asked and addressed all my concerns They were polite and professional. I put off having my kitchen done knowing there may be extreme stress dealing with contractors and such....but I must share how amazing it was to work with Reborn Cabinets! Every person I dealt with was courteous and professional. They patiently explained the process and helped create an absolutely beautiful new kitchen for my small condo. I should have done this sooner. The installation team, Danny Orozco & Robert, were complete professionals and always were thoughtful with the HOA restrictions (time and work area cleanliness); they worked hard each day and thoroughly cleaned up and stored their equipment to minimize being in the way over night. If I could I would give them 10 stars for outstanding work and commitment to providing quality products. Even though I just resurfaced the cabinets -- it truly is like a brand new kitchen! Thank you, Reborn, for hiring and retaining such great employees.

Reborn recently remodeled our mid-1950s bathroom and we are very pleased with the outcome.I would like to recommend a few of Reborns employees who shone in this project...Juan Rocha was the first Reborn employee I had contact with, and he set the bar for the companys standard. Juan was assigned to enlarge the opening for the mirror/medicine cabinet and to repair the dry wall after the contracted electrician had relocated and installed new electrical outlets. Juan took pride in his work, and was thorough, neat and meticulous. He did a great job of patch texture.Jose Sigala, together with Andrew and Jason, installed our new bath (Reborns Bath Solutions) all in one day! They arrived on time, worked hard through the day, and did a beautiful job! They did not mind me hanging around and were most helpful in answering all my questions.Mario was the finisher, you may say, of my bathroom remodel project. He installed the mirror/medicine cabinet, towel bars, accessories, shaved off the door to clear the new floor, etc. He was neat, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every details. A beautiful finish to the project!

Reborn Cabinets is a very professional organization from the sales cycle, through installation, and clean up. They replaced all the cabinet doors and draws in our kitchen. They sanded the outside of the cabinet frames and clued a matching laminate to all cabinets, thus saving costs. Mostafa and David were our installers and they did an excellent job. They were very polite, arrived each day on time, and were very meticulous about their work. They covered many parts of the kitchen, entry ways, and outdoor patio. They were very conscientious about protecting our home. I was also impressed how well they cleaned up which including vacuuming the inside of the cabinets and using a wet towel to remove the remaining dust. After they left, our kitchen was ready for replacing all the dishes, pots, etc. No additional cleaning was required. I would highly recommend considering Reborn Cabinets for your kitchen remolding project.

We would give Reborn 10 stars if we could! From the moment we contacted them for an estimate, we were impressed with their efficiency and speed to return our call. We set-up a meeting, and we were again very impressed with the knowledge base of the representative. She answered all of our questions, and walked us through all the various options. The thing we love most is the excellent communication between the company and the client (and between departments within the company). We were kept apprised of each step of the way, and when it came time for the installation, we were “wowed” again. Sam, Devon and Moses impressed us when they arrived precisely on time (actually a little early) and provided us with a detailed synopsis of what would happen each morning. Having recently worked with an independent contractor who does not have these skills, it was even more reassuring. Reborn has been in business for many years and it shows in the quality of their work. The teamwork was superb with each person performing tasks in a very methodical sequence. Even though they took their time to ensure high quality, they still managed to finish the job quicker than expected. From start to finish, they only needed 3.5 days for our medium to large sized kitchen. They were very respectful of our home and took many steps to ensure cleanliness. They left everything in better shape than when they started. The workers were all very personable and easy to talk with, and more than happy to answer our questions. Again, we can’t speak highly enough for the quality of work from Reborn.

I went to Reborn through Costco to get my kitchen updated. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional. The sales rep, Daniel came to my home to give me the estimate and handled the financials. He was great and always responded to my texts even after I signed up. They originally estimated that it would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to get started, but to my surprise, Reborn called and moved up the installation date by several weeks. I was so excited and pleased. When it was time for the install, the installers were Joseph and Austin. They were extremely professional. They showed up on time every day, were very neat, kind and respectful of my home. They worked diligently each day and made sure I was satisfied with their work. The team was meticulous and made sure no detail went unnoticed. Joseph and Austin went above and beyond to make everything just right and make sure my husband and I were pleased. Contractors Victor A. and Shane A. of the Anaheim location and their stellar team of qualified professional crew did an amazing job on two bathrooms and they completed the work in three days. They work long hours and had answers to all my questions. They replaced a tub from 1926 with a beautiful walk-in shower in one bathroom and they moved support beams to widen the area from 44 to 66 and they added a gorgeous ceiling panel to replace the old drywall that was existing. The work was precise and clean. In the upper bathroom they demod a cubby shower from the 70s that was completely enclosed and dark with a beautiful walk-in shower with all the bells and whistles. They cleaned everything up beautifully. I would not hesitate to hire this crew again as they are so professional and fun to be around. It was clear from the jump that they like what they do and take great pride in their workmanship. I couldnt be happier. I wish I had another bathroom to remodel!

This five star rating is being given to the shower installers Chris and Rico for their outstanding work. The extremely hard demolition of the tile shower and the installation of the new acrylic shower was no easy task. Their professionalism was seen in the way they worked and took great care in protecting and keeping all areas adjacent to their work area always clean. Chris was always quick to include us in any questions regarding measurements of the install before moving on. He also took the time to answer any questions I had which were most likely many. Chris and Rico where fun to work with always keep us informed as to what they were doing at all times. The shower install was on the second story of the home with Chris and Rico always keeping stairways and downstairs areas clean including their work area in the garage. Our home was left very well taken care of and as clean as we were hoping for after this type of work.Unfortunately we had some untimely communication between the office personnel, customer, and installers. We had made a change order regarding the shower pan height which was confirmed well before installation. On the day of the install the wrong pan was sent. We were informed that of course a mistake was mad and the correct pan could now be installed but we would have to wait 9 weeks for the new pan to be manufactured. We had already waited 3 months for this shower and could not wait another couple of months. The finished shower is really nice but unfortunately doesnt have the deeper shower pan as we originally wanted. Reborn did reimburse us some for the mistake but it is unfortunate every time we step into the shower we are reminded of the deeper pan we would have liked to have had.The shower is beautiful and Reborns recommendation of Direct Shower Door for the custom glass shower enclosure worked out beautifully. If at all possible ask for Chris and Rico as your installers when using Reborn Cabinets for you tub and shower installations. You wont be disappointed.

He is very polite, professional, meticulous and a perfectionist. Mario kept our home as clean as he could. There was a lot of dust from the job, but it was kept out of our family room as much as possible. We truly appreciate what Mario did with our kitchen! He is a wonderful worker!!!Our plumbing should have been completed 9/17/2020, but the plumber found some things out when he arrived and wants to do a good job the first time... we of course want that as well and agreed to reschedule for 9/22/2020. We cannot wait to have this complete but feel it is worth the wait.

We had a great experience with Reborn. We were so impressed with every phase of the project from working directly with Steve Leonte in the design phase to Francisco and Christian during installation. Lou was a great project team leader and available to answer every question we had. The attention to detail is what sets Reborn apart from others. Lou made sure we were happy with every detail of the finish product. We love our remodeled kitchen and would highly recommend Reborn. Our project stayed on schedule and was completed on time as promised with no unexpected surprises. All of the staff that worked on the project were courteous and very conscientious when it came to protecting the rest of our home from dust during demolition to final installation. They cleaned the work area every evening before they left. I think the most important comment I could make is that they worked long days to make sure the project was delivered on time and in a professional manner. Great job Reborn! We wont hesitate to use Reborn on future projects in our home.

Today we had the wonderful experience of having our 60 year old master bath shower remodeled and cannot believe the difference! Why did we wait so long?!! We have two beautiful new showers that were installed in less than 4 days total. I had thought that the 1-day installation was probably just a marketing hook, but its actually true. The first shower took about 2 1/2 days, because there was a lot of tile that had to be demod, and a scheduling issue with the city permit process, but the second shower was completely done from start to finish in one day (and not even a full day). The entire team was very thorough, with great communication from Keith, the project manager throughout the process. The installation team of Brian Vasquez and his apprentices Joe Cerrato and Alfredo Serrano was terrific - polite, professional, on-time, and very conscientious about keeping things as clean as possible, and protecting our floors and walls. They came early the first day to bring all of the necessary supplies and materials so that they were staged and ready to go when the time came for installation. The entire process started off with Evelyn from Reborn coming to our home and spending nearly 90 minutes with us, reviewing all of the different design options (and looking at various possibilities in the bathrooms themselves), taking photos and measurements, and explaining everything clearly. Even the scheduling process was handled very efficiently. This was not an inexpensive endeavor, and you definitely pay a premium for the (very) speedy installation and the customer service, but we are very pleased with the results. Thank you!

Nader and Caesar and the Reborn team did an amazing job refacing our cabinets. They were prompt and professional. They worked hard from the time they arrived until the time they left. We were nervous that simply refacing was sort of a shortcut and we wouldn’t be getting the new look we desired but we were wrong. Many mistakes with the work, and many teams came over time to try to fix things. Its still not perfect. But it looks nice/new. The workers were great. The product that the company does isnt top quality, and mistakes occurred over and over. Raymond Gutierrez, Jorge Gomez, and Joseph Gilges also worked on it. Thanks, guys. I had used Reborn Cabinets previously to remodel my kitchen, several years ago, and at that time had a wonderful experience. I decided to use them again for the remodel of my master bathroom.I met with the designer, and he was able to translate my vision. He helped me with materials, gave me more ideas, and was able to meet my budget as well as my timeline.Once the job got started, we were kept abreast of the scheduled contractors and their arrival times, This was done by phone calls to us or messages left if we were not home.Everyone that came to the house was very punctual and respectful so as not to damage anything along the way. They covered the walkways and made sure that everything was clean before leaving. There was a lot of attention to detail.The project manager was always on top of everything making sure that we were satisfied.I am extremely happy with my new bathroom and have recommended Reborn highly.I plan to use them again in the future to remodel the 2nd bathroom.

Amber Chadwick, Reborn Designer, met with me & helped me plan the entire area. There were many variables to discuss & execute. I had 2 different colors for my cabinets, reworked functionality of cabinets, drawers, chose hardware & many other matters that we planned. Amber had masterful ideas, was very professional & pleasant to work with. She did a great job. The installers, Kim Sang & David, worked on all the cabinets & did a great job. It took about 8-9 working days to complete. They were pleasant, respectful of me & my home, & completed the job to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the outcome & would have Reborn complete other cabinet projects in my home.

My wife and I had Reborn remodel our kitchen 3 years ago, and were so pleased with their work, and their professionalism, that when we were ready to remodel our master bathroom, we called them again.The designer, Miles Robby, showed up as scheduled, took all of the measurements, and sat down with us to discuss all of our options. We then met him at the showroom where he was indispensable in assisting us in selecting the tile, granite, etc. The price for the total remodel was very reasonable (lower than many of their competitors).Once work began, it progressed with no interruptions until completed. Each day we were notified as to what work would be performed the following day, and at what time to expect the workers. All of the workers were friendly, totally dependable and helpful, answering any questions that we had. We felt that there was no need to monitor them, and were not disappointed.We were so happy with the results, that we plan on using Reborn again, when were ready to remodel our other two bathrooms.

Reborn recently refaced our kitchen cabinets. The designer, Michael A, at our initial consultation, shared with us many ideas to improve the functionality and design of our existing cabinets. Michael continued to answer questions through emails and phone calls to clarify questions or concerns we had. We cant say enough about Greg and Narvie- the installation team for our reface project. They were prompt, courteous, clean and professional. They took pride in their work which we enjoy every time we enter our kitchen. They were instrumental in negotiating a change with our project manager on two drawer fronts, for a more unified look. Thank you team Reborn.We did have a problem trying to get a sample of the Cabinet color mailed to us. We were told two different people had been asked to mail it to us, but we never received it. We needed to have the walls painted before the reface, and needed the cabinet color so we could decide on a wall paint color. I ended up having to drive to the Anaheim showroom, 120 miles round trip, on the wonderful 91 Freeway to pick up the sample. In this regard, I was frustrated with the lack of customer service.
