I had a kitchen flood in February. I had never experienced anything like this in my 20 yrs of owning my condo and I couldnt have pulled through without Corey and his team. Corey was so professional, detailed, and most of all patient! If I thought I was asking the impossible of him, he connected with my insurance claims adjuster and was able to get me what I needed. He responded to my texts messages in a timely manner and always took my calls (even when he knew I was going to be in a panic).His crew (who I think was Ricardo and I cant remember the other two guys, this is what I get for waiting this long) were all just amazing. Walked me through what was going to happen, what to expect, how long it would take and they left my house so clean after each day that the worked! Literally cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen spotless. Thank you all.I always check reviews for any type of establishment and always find that people will only review a company if they feel they had a horrible experience or to complain. My husband and I always make an effort to always review the great experiences too. Thank you Corey and Team, we will definitely recommend you to family and friends

I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Leblanc and the ATI team on a few occasions during my days as a commercial property manager, and their service was outstanding. I once had an industrial property that suffered the loss of over 100 skylights during a hail storm that hit the west valley late in the evening. I called ATI, and, despite it being after-hours, they had a team on site inside of two hours with all the needed supplies, and they had the 800Ksf building completely dried-in by the next morning. I was impressed beyond what words can express. My client was equally impressed as they had millions of dollars of inventory that was vulnerable to water damage had ATI not acted so quickly. I will be forever appreciative of their efforts. Thank you ATI.

ATI Restoration - in the middle of the night, of course it was a Friday night when everybody went home for the weekend, a water pipe connection on the 21st floor of the 26th story tower in downtown Phoenix failed and started to flood the building....Colleen LeBlanc and her Team of highly trained professionals came to our rescue, stopping the flood and minimizing property damage all in one night...! The insurance inspector/adjuster upon inspecting their work the following day, could not have been more pleased with their herculean efforts.ATI Restoration moved heaven and earth to complete this work and restore this beautiful building to its full operating splendor.They earned our respect and have become friends for life...!Congratulations to ATI Restoration and to their Team of Professionals...!
