The representative Rocky came out from Alpha Enviro Tech. Rocky explained the product and the program so I could understand. There was even a short video for me to watch.When it was time for the work to start, they arrived a few minutes early. I found their punctuality refreshing. Most companies start late or are no shows because they arent ready to begin your project. They also called me on the phone to let me know they had arrived early and gave me the option of them starting early or on time.Everyday they cleaned up after themselves and would let me know that they were ready to leave. They finished their work and I am very happy with the beautiful coating on my home and garage.Joyful Janet

We recently had our entire home exterior repaired for dry rot and then painted with texcote by Alpha Environmental. We also had 5 windows replaced. The initial meeting with JJ was long but informative and he addressed every question we had. While he worked with us to get the best price possible, we still feel a bit overwhelmed at the amount of money we financed for this project. We had a bit of a scheduling hiccup as our initial meeting was on a Saturday and some miscommunication resulted in us taking time off work to meet someone on Monday for measurements who didnt show. However staff was very apologetic and explained the mix up which was understandable and we were glad to know the gentleman was not a no-show, the scheduling had just been mixed up. From then on, communication and appointments went smoothly. Kacie kept us up to date on every step of the process and worked with our schedule to accommodate dates that worked for us. She always had a positive and cheerful attitude and talking to her was always a good experience. Amazingly, as they said, both the exterior house project and windows were completed within less than a week. The paint crew came and did a power wash on a Monday, then they returned on Tuesday do the dry rot repair, and painted the entire house on Wednesday. Window installers came on Friday and put all the windows in. In just one week we had a newer looking home. Crews were all very professional and cleaned up. I did find a few minor pieces of trash later but no big deal. Hoping to have my home insurance premium adjusted but still have not called to find out if this new coating qualifies us for that. I highly recommend Alpha Environmental. They are knowledgeable, communicative and very helpful. Maybe in years to come as the texcote becomes more common the pricing will not be as high. For us, we are hoping it will be the investment we are counting on it to be. We will definitely consider Alpha Environmental for future projects for our home, and have and will continue to refer friends and family to them.

Alpha Enviro Tech is a FANTASTIC company to work with. We only had ONE very brief hiccup about whether the project would proceed on the original terms. The details of that are not important. What IS important is that When I addressed that one hiccup with John, the owner of the company, he immediately agreed with me and committed to proceed on the original terms. That kind of commitment to doing the right thing, regardless of the cost, is EXTREMELY rare in todays world. That speaks well of the personal integrity of the owner and his company. More important to me, though, is that it shows a TRUE CHRISTIAN WITNESS! Alpha Enviro Tech is a company you can work with in absolute confidence that the quality of materials and workmanship is excellent and that they will not cut corners but will follow through to give customers the best possible experience!Meagan is an absolute joy to work with. Her voice and attitude are always upbeat. If youre ever feeling down, it would be worth calling her, just so she could cheer you up!Ive said all of that without even addressing the quality of the materials. Several years ago, we had our house painted. We immediately noticed that the slightest touch on the stucco walls knocked the paint off, allowing the original color to show through. NOT SO WITH TEX-COTE COOLWALL! TEX-COTE COOLWALL is much thicker than a simple coat of paint. I love the thickness and the texture of the material. I can tell that we will not have the same issue that we had previously with simple paint. So, even though it is more expensive than simple paint, it is WELL WORTH THE EXPENSE! First, there is the savings on utilities, which will be substantial. Second, there is the 25-year warranty, which means 3-4 painting jobs I wont have to do in the future. We live in the hottest part of the country, the Low Desert of Southern California. Its worth so much to have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the quality of the materials and workmanship will stand the strain of our extremely hot and excessively dry climate.So KUDOS to Alpha Enviro Tech for a job well done!Dale W., Indio, CA

Very pleased with how our home turned out! Beautiful. The workers were hard working, and did a nice job. Please be aware though, to be diligent in reading any contracts you may sign. I agreed to have rain gutters added, & I assumed the entire house would have rain gutters. So when they came to install they told me they were just doing the front. I looked at the contract & sure enough it said front of the house. And I signed it. That was my mistake. So dont do as I did. That being said, we are very pleased with how the home looks. I would highly recommend this company, just be sure to read every word in any contract you sign.

We ordered 4 windows to be installed and the window installer they sent out got the job done in 6 hours. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking this job should have a team working on it, but the guy proved me wrong and really impressed both my wife and myself. Would 100% do business with them again for our other windows we need upgraded. Hopefully they send the same guy out to do the job too.

The Alpha team experience is top notch. They recently replaced all of my windows in my home and I could not be more happy. The salesperson explained everything about the windows (which are superior quality), but also walked me through each step of their process. And each step happened exactly how it was originally explained. If they tell you something, you can take their word for it and they will follow through on all promises. The installation team was the fastest crew I have ever seen, but, their work is of the utmost high standard. The only thing that could make my experience replacing my windows better would be if everything was free.

Alpha Enviro Tech installed a new energy efficient HVAC for us. The salesman was helpful and answered all of our questions, Kacie the coordinator got us sent us with an installation appointment and everything proceeded smoothly. Just as planned my HVAC was dropped off the day on installation Alex the rockstar walked me through how the replacement was going to go. Our HVAC is on the roof and they got a giant crane to lift it up there. While Alex was working on removing the old HVAC and installing the new one, Todd was cleaning the air ducts in our house. He explained what he was doing, gave is advice on getting cleanings in the future and even installed a new air filter that would last six months! Alpha Enviro Tech was very professional, but also very friendly. The work went quickly and smoothly.

My wife and I were very impressed on how quick the 4 teams worked together. The solar team lead by Angel had 28 panels done in 90 min. When the were called back in to reinstall the system it was up in 2 hours. We did have a problem with one of the optimizers, but Angel was quick to contact the company and get a replacement utilizing our warranty. Josh who supervised the removal and install of the roof was proffessional and quick, taking only a week end to finish the work. Like clockwork the the next team came in to install the seemless gutters. They were engaging and professional. The last team replaced my broken french doors with a glass slider, they too were engaging, answereing questions and were knowledgable. In and out in less that 4 hours. Kacie, who worked in the office at Alpha Enviro Tech , kept us up to date on each step of the project in or out of the office. She had answers to our questions, and when she didnt, she would ask and research for the answer, returning our phone calles in a timely manner. If you want a one stop shop to handle many of your home improvment projects at once, this company is your company.

I recently had a new ACunit installed by Alpha Enviro Tech. This was a quick and smooth process, much quicker than expected. Everyone from sales to installers were professional, friendly and helpful. Installers helped me by moving a shed from the work are to another area of the yard, and once the installation was done left the area clean. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. To start off Brandy was very helpful with getting us set up and making sure plans were moving as scheduled.Once everything was ready the team came in and worked very quickly. We recently just had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Alpha Enviro Tech. The entire process has been great. The initial installation went quick and smoothly. Everyone from the company from scheduling to those performing the work were friendly and knowledge and easy to work with. Even when we ran into issues getting the city to sign off on the inspection, the people from Alpha Enviro Tech were very responsive to make the necessary changes. The new system has also been performing great. My wife and I have found ourselves not needing to run the system as much because it quickly and efficiently gets the house to its setpoint very quickly. I have been very pleased with the entire project process and performance of the new system. I highly recommend Alpha Enviro Tech for the installation of a new heater/AC unit.

Our house has been in need of stucco repair and new paint for years. It was done with Alpha Enviro tech by one month after our first meeting to get an estimate.When the initial estimate proved a bit too costly for us they helped us figure out ways to make it affordable. When we were very indecisive about color they were patient and even involved our kids in showing how the chemicals in the paint worked.Once the work started it was all done over the course of a week, with very little interruption to our routines. The financing team and home office in Anaheim (though were in the Bay Area) was also very communicative and friendly.

Alpha Enviro Tech painted our home with Texcote, intended to reduce heat transfer and be somewhat more fire resistant. The painter, Vadeem, did a great job. He and his team were friendly, professional, and arrived at the worksite when they said they would. They also installed a screen door and replaced the front door deck and steps. The door was a challenge but they did a great job of making it all fit and look good. When they finished all of the work, they cleaned the area extremely well and there was nothing that I needed to do after they left. It is too early to say how well the Texcote will reduce the heat signature on the house but the paint makes the house look new and beautiful.

Alpha did a really great job we were very satisfied with there work. The crew was very professional they introduced themselves they asked before they moved things they were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile. The windows have been installed and they look really great. they did really good work they cleaned up after themselves they move things that needed to be moved so we were very pleased with the windows. They were very careful to explain to us that we had to wait 16 hours before we could let our blinds down because the materials had to dry. over all we’re very happy with their job

We had them replace our A/C unit. They came out on one of the hottest days unfortunately but still spent the time on the roof replacing the unit. We noticed the air would come on for a few minutes and then shut off but it would still be over 80° inside the house. They came out for a service call to find the issue. Turns out there was an issue with the coil inside the unit which had to be replaced. It took some time for the replacement part to come in but as soon as it did, they came back out right away to replace it. The A/C has been working great since.

I received a phone call asking if I was in need of home improvements such as hvac and heating. I was quickly interested because our family had been talking about an upgrade. The young lady made an appointment for the following day to have someone come talk to us about what opportunities there were available. At 5 p.m. we sat with Rick. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took a look at our ac unit outdoors and sat down to talk about American Standard and the savings we’d see in upgrading our units. Our furnace had already been shut down due to it being old and noncompliant to code. He gave us a reasonable quote and we were sold to proceed forward. We were able to qualify for a loan and signed a contract the same day, then arranged a meeting with our project manager. A few days later, Nate and Kyle arrived promptly to our residence to take measurements and check the units both outside and in the attic. The pair were friendly, courteous, and worked diligently (despite our chaos of having family visiting for the Fourth of July!) Soon after, we were contacted to make an appointment at our earliest convenience to have the new units installed. On July 12th, they promptly arrived. Ricky, Matt, and Efrain worked diligently throughout the hot summer day. It was in the high 90s but they worked hard to install our HVAC and furnace. They cleaned thoroughly once the job was completed and explained how to use our new thermostat. He explained what was done and showed us the final job before having a Q & A. I have had nothing but great experiences with Alpha. The initial presentation was professional and well presented. The Anlin windows are an exceptional product and really sell themselves. Larry was the project manager for my work with them company. We originally had them install windows on one of our properties and a few on another. We loved the product so much we had them return to do the remaining windows. We just finished an installation on our 3rd property with Alpha. The windows are absolutely fantastic and the installation was quick and well done. They windows look perfect and function as promised. This company and crew did a wonderful job installing my windows. The office was very cooperative and communicative through the whole process. The moment this company called me they are already warm people on the phone thats why I listen to the marketer. I was interested in replacing our air conditioning system so I made an appointment. Alex, the consultant came and right away we felt the honesty and knowledge about their system and we felt they want to help us with our problem and just not to sell and make comission out of the sale.There were previous consultants that came here already before but we felt they just want to make money and the concern about our problem we didnt feel. I love the new Tex-Cote paint on my house. The texture is great, its almost like a composite finish and feels smooth to the touch. The process was very easy and not a detail was missed. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. Each step, from the power-washing of the house to waterproofing my foundations, to patching the existing cracks, priming and finally painting was explained in detail and the staff made sure that every detail in the job was seen to. The process took a full five days and before they left my property, but when they drove away, my house looked brand new. I would highly recommend Tex-Cote. It is an outstanding product.

I just had my house painted by Alpha Enviro Tech using the Tex-cote coolwall paint, and Im so happy with the results. This was my first big project as a home owner, and it has been so easy and stress free. The entire process, from meeting with Drake the representative who came out to give a demo and provide information about the company and services they provide, to working with the project manager Josh, the painter foreman Ed, Megan from their main office who was super nice and helpful with getting everything scheduled, and even the workers who were friendly and had a great attitude - one of them made my day when I could hear him singing while he worked, which to me is a sign of a happy employee. My home looks beautiful and fresh, I feel reassured that the work has a lifetime warranty thats transferrable if I were to sell in the future, and I am so excited to see how the coolwall paint lowers my energy bill in the summertime. Ive already told family and friends that they should check this company out - Ive had nothing but great things to say about them.

I LOVE my new windows! A few of my old windows were starting to leak in heavy rain, so I decided to replace them with Alpha. Their sales person, David, came by to show me their product. He was great - explained everything and demonstrated how the windows they install block sunlight to significantly reduce heat in your home. I live in Southern CA so this is huge! Ive already noticed a difference in indoor temperature on sunny days, its much more comfortable during late afternoons when the sun used to heat up my family room and make it stuffy. I expect my electricity bill will go down this summer as a result as well. The double pain windows also reduce noise, and they are a breeze to open inward to clean.Installation was super fast! I had every window in my house replaced (19 total) and the team - led by David (a different David) and Marco - did it in 2.5 days. And they did a great job!! It was noisy, no doubt, but the team was friendly, courteous, and very respectful of my home & property. They cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure any trash was hauled away. My windows look so good! I was hesitant to do this because its a big project and expense, but it was so worth it!The windows Alpha uses are specifically designed for CA weather, are reasonably priced, measured to fit your windows, and as mentioned above reduce the amount of sunlight blasting into your home in addition to reducing noise. I love them!! Thank you, Alpha - you did an amazing job!!

I had new windows put in my house. The guys that did the measurements and explanation of what the programs are was great! The installers were amazing! They originally told me two days to install 17 windows. When the installers arrived they told me they would be able to do them all in one day. I was shocked! They did a very detailed job and so fast! They were friendly professional and thorough. They cleaned up and kept us informed as to how it was going. The office staff was very helpful and responsive. I’m very impressed with this company from start To finish!
