Ive been working for lewis electrical for little less then a year. starting I was a little skeptical about it but thats in any new environment I start working at; with time speaking to my project manager and getting more hands on, i started to feel more at ease. 2 months in I was gaven control of one of the projects alone, and I was able to show what I was capable of doing and since then I felt like Ive gained some trust within the company. The company Over all is a great company very understanding when it comes to family and personal life so their is balance. Only one bad thing or something Im not to much a big fan of; the temp electrician company we use, but thats my honest opinion.
