I have had the best experience as an intern at Rogers Electric! My team was one of my favorite parts of coming to work over the summer and the fast paced environment ensured a significant amount of learning for such a short period. The company maintains a friendly environment while still being professional with impressive long term goals. Especially compared to my peers and many other corporate internships, this opportunity gave real hands on experience that led to real initiatives and projects that the company actually intending on using as opposed to simple busy work. I would encourage others seeking employment to check out Rogers!

Working as an intern at Rogers Electric was an amazing experience! I had many opportunities to learn and grow professionally and personally. I was surrounded by people who cared about me and invested their time into me to help me become the best I could be. Every day I learned something new and I will be able to take what Ive learned with me throughout my career and I am extremely thankful for the opportunity that Rogers provided me with! Rogers Electric emphasizes the importance of its core values, and it is very apparent that they stick to those values within the workplace.

Great company, great ownership. Like any place theres room for improvement. A place to help inspire growth & success. There is a lack of accountability, however that seems apart of todays society.May the future stay bright.

Hubby loves this company he says they dont overwork them and wont let them work with live wiring so for him over joyed if hes happy Im happy
