Adrian responded skilfully to all of my questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable, very polite and friendly. The first thing he did before entering my house was put on his shoe covers. I liked that I didnt have to ask him to do that as it can be awkward at times because some are not prepared to do so. He addressed all of my electrical needs quickly and professionally. His work was clean and neat, again, showing respect for my property and home. He made recommendations for upgrades to my electrical system without being pushy. I recently had Modern Electric run new underground electric lines to my garden office. Adrian was great! I was able to receive a detailed quote quickly and scheduling my service was easy and no pressure. During the install Adrian ran into a few oddities with my old house/box that wasted a bunch of his time, however he was still able to finish on time and the quote remained the same.The work seems to be of good quality and the aesthetics of the work is great as well, which is usually not expected of electricians.I plan to use Modern Electric again in the future.
