I have used a number of contractors in my home remodeling project in the last two years and while all areas are important, plumbing and electrical are for experts or can cause major issues.I’ve used Meer Electric twice in my home to do different projects. They have worked on changing regular outlets to smart outlets, added a new electrical connection for a tankless heater, ran electrical to the crawling space for a few dehumidifiers in that area, and installed several fans and lights to new electrical connections throughout the house.They have been prompt to provide me with quotes, and they were great at adjusting charges that didn’t take place, or weren’t needed and I didn’t even have to bring it up to their attention.They are not cheap but not over the top expensive either. I have hired more affordable electricians in the past, and ended up having to call someone else to fix the affordable labor I got.I have very much like dealing with this company. They offered true expertise, and they have been very reliable and professional with all my projects.

Over the weekend a lightning strike left us without power in half our house, including wifi. I was worried how long before I might get someone out, but Ryan J., stepped in first thing Monday and got a crew out to our home that same day. Meer Electric came out yesterday to repair the landscaping lights at the front of our subdivision. This is my 4th time using Meer and every time has been a great experience.I initially called and talked to Brian Meer about the job and what was needed - some broken wires and replacing the bulbs on the lights. He asked me if I had the bulbs - letting me know that they don’t stock them on the truck. This step alone saved us a lot of money. I was able to order them on Amazon and saved more than $100 for the same bulbs (LED outdoor) as opposed to buying them at Home Depot.The electrician who came out (Irvin) was polite, efficient and knew exactly what to do. I showed him where the power source was, gave him the bulbs, and an hour later he called me to return the bulbs he didn’t use.It’s great to work with a group of professionals who are not only good at what they do, they are also ethical and transparent. I highly recommend Meer Electric.

We are new homeowners and had never hired an electrician before, but Meer was recommended by a co-worker of mine so we decided to try them out. Rick was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was able to send an electrician out the next day. Alfredo came out and was very professional and efficient. We have a ceiling fan on our 15 living room ceiling that stopped working, and we assumed we needed to buy a new one - but he was able to fix our current fan and save us the money we would have spent on the new fan/downrod. We were very pleased and felt like they had our best interest in mind. We will certainly use them for future electrical issues.

I have worked with a couple electricians through the years and recently have had james come out to do some work inside and outside my house and he and his partner (James, Eric, Jesus, assistant) are both very very friendly, intelligent, professional, and skilled. Also, I have worked with Ryan as an office based manager to discuss upcoming appointments and get information related to work done and he is a pleasure to work with as well.The coordinator Ryan is professional and calm, respectful. The electricians they’ve sent out have been great. Extremely thorough, really good communicators, personable. I missed a guy who came out a few times 5 years ago or so and missed him. I have had a couple since then and I recommend them all but one group slipped my memory. I had james for second time yesterday and he was knowledgeable, explained everything, remembered me from a prior time. Professional, skilled and customer service. Can’t ask for more. Recommend.
