Christopheros arrived on time, was very professional, pleasant, and knowlegeable about the issue. He wore a face mask (maybe N95 or KN95) and maintained social distancing, which I really appreciate. The repair only took a few minutes. He provided a detailed background on the cause of the issue and patiently answered all my questions. Everyone I spoke to were pleasant and very professional. I will definitely contact PSE again if I need some electrical work to be done in the future. -
