Brandon from Kolb just finished a panel replacement and installation of an EV charging station. We were super pleased with the work Brandon did. He was personable, considerate, and above all does excellent work. The panel looked great, and I am amazed at the very minimal amount of dry wall damage for such a significant project.

Had a surge protector catch fire .. Keenan from Kolb came out within the hour and correctly diagnosed a lost neutral wire at the transformer. He patiently explained what was going on and that he could come back after necessary work from Dominion Power. Kevin was a extremely helpful with scheduling visits.Isodorio came back after Dominion repaired service line and replaced fried outlets and repaired circuits, he was terrific, and very friendly.Highly recommend Kolb

I highly recommend this company. As a single woman who owns her own home, I deal with a lot of contractors who treat me like Im dumb or gullible. Kolb never did this, was extremely responsive, consistently on time for jobs, very reasonably priced, and when there was a problem with one of the pieces of equipment I had installed, they did their best to fix the problem quickly and did not try to charge me more even though it did take extra work on their part. Id use them again in a hot second, and Id suggest them to friends without hesitation.

I had an emergency situation and Kolb came out first thing on a Saturday morning. The electrician was great, he explained everything to me and fixed the problem quickly. So thankful for Kolb!

Had a complicated electrical issue at home. Called it in the night prior and they were there by morning. It was a weird issues that took two technicians and 12 hours. Though it took a while, the company only charged me for about 7 hours work which I greatly appreciate. Would recommend.

We had an electrical issue that I could not fix. Kolb Electric responded promptly to us on a Sunday morning, assigned us a technician, and that technician resolved the issue within two hours.The technician, Sean, was very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend Kolb Electric, and Sean for any emergency electrical issues.

Had a wonderful experience with Kolb tech Paul today. He fixed every thing we needed done (kitchen, doorway, 2 outlets, and 3 way switch) in a reasonable amount of time and at a great value! No more calling our old company who ripped us off ever again...Kolb is our electrician from here on!

At 5:45 pm, there was a loud pop and we smelled smoke in the basement coming from the panel box. We turned it off and called Kolb. Gerber came out about two hours later and told us we would need to replace the panel. He gave us the name and number of his manager and told us if we hadnt heard back by 9am, to call to ensure we were on the schedule as we didnt have electricity at all. The following day Gerber and Izzy arrived at my home and did a spectacular job replacing the panel, vacuuming up the mess AND FILLING IN THE DRYWALL. I have NEVER had an electrician who did that for us. Will be using Kolb for all our electric from now on. Thank you Gerber, Izzy and Kolb for getting us power back.

The service I received was excellent! Called on a Saturday afternoon for a bad breaker in my pool control box on the hottest weekend (ugh) that was overheating and tripping causing my pool pump to shut off, and they sent someone out within the hour. The tech (Gerber) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly and checked the rest of the breaker panel for any further issues just to be safe. Definitely recommend this company!!!! I will be calling them in the future with any and all electrical needs we have!

Always on time, very polite and quick to fix any problems. I believe listening is very important for a service person and have never had a problem with anyone in this company.
