Mr Kim mounted my television above my fireplace with a rather complex pull down mount that I provided. He was upfront with his prices and very professional. Additionally he is a master electrician so he was able to install an electrical outlet behind the television. Finally, he went the extra mile and zip tied the power cable to the mount to hide the cables even when the mount is pulled down. Truly an outstanding job and I highly recommend his services.

Top notch experience with Michael and John. They showed up on time, took great measures to do a thorough and clean installation on a tiled surface over a fireplace. What a pleasant surprise New TV Mount is!!!I called - in the evening on Memorial Day no less - to inquire about the cost to mount a TV. Not only did they pick up on Memorial Day evening, the price was extremely competitive & they said that they could be here in an hour!! Here in an hour they were!The job was perfect - even better than I had expected.New TV Mount far exceeded my expectations. I look forward to using them again and to referring them to friends. I called Michael for an estimate and he was available immediately to come. I was SHOCKED how nice and helpful he was- above and beyond service. I am in the process of moving and he offered to help me unload all of my belongings. Not to mention did a great tv mount in short time. I will be having him back to hang other items post-move. Michael mounted our Samsung picture frame tv. He came fully prepared with everything needed to complete the job from mounting to drywall patchwork. This project is on the more complicated side as far as tv’s are concerned and he knew exactly how to do it. His pricing is very fair, cheaper than any other company I inquired with. If i could give more than 5 stars i would! I called Michael this morning to ask how much it would be to re-mount my 55 inch tv above the fireplace. I explained that my friend and I were able to mount it but we installed it too low. The estimate he provided was amazing and he came out a few hours later. This had me really happy he could come right out since i was local. Michael is extremely professional and nice and knew what he was doing! He got right to work and mounted the tv and hooked up my sound bar quickly. He even took the time to vacuum/clean up the mantel and used plastic ties to hide the wires behind my tv. Awesome job and I am happy!

Micheal did an amazing job on removing the old TV and installing a new 75” TV. He was very thorough and very personable . He went above and beyond to make sure my TV installation experience was good. I cannot say enough about this company. 5 stars is not enough to express my appreciation for the quality and professionalism. I had an over-the-fireplace TV installation. The quote was more than reasonable and he was at my house within the hour that I called for a quote.He arrived and respected our home and health with a face mask and ensured he maintained his distance. The installation itself was very well done and even vacuumed once he had finished.He was able to hide the cords, provide an extension cord, and extend my cable cord so that I maintained all my services. He even mounted my AppleTV to the back of the TV which reduced the clutter on my mantel.I highly recommend this company and it is a local small business so he should get your support too.

He is very skilled and does the job with care and attention to detail.The first time it was right after a snowstorm under terrible conditions. He came together with his wife, they carefully mounted our super-thin 65 OLED TV. Nobody else wouldve done that!Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Mr. Kim. He answered my call right away and was available to mount two TVs within a few days. One of my TVs was a Frame and I was intimidated trying it on my own, but Mr. Kim hang it with no issue and hid the wire behind the wall. It looks fantastic! He is professional and like others said uses a vacuum to clean everything up. His prices are reasonable and well worth it. I will use him again for future TV hanging.

After trying to mount a 75inch tv ourselves, we realized we needed some help. I called Michael and he came not even 40 minutes later. He had all the right tools and solutions. He was kind, professional, and super efficient. He finished the job in less than an hour and even stayed to make sure the tv turned on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Not only was Michael flexible with my schedule as I had to reschedule, but he got here on time and was extremely prepared. I had previously purchased the wrong mount and he already had one ready in his truck that fit perfectly. He also set up the TV after he mounted it. Additionally, he showed me diff features that my new Samsung TV came with and showed me how to use the remote. I am not very technically savy, so I am extremely appreciative that he took care of everything. If you chose anyone to mount your TV, it should be this company with Michael. Thank you!

Michael installed our 65 inch tv on a swivel mount. He came at the last moment on a short notice which was very appreciated. From start to finish, Michael was such a professional and a perfectionist with all of his steps. I would say that our installation was on the hard side with the TV being mounted above a fireplace and requiring both the electric wire and the HDMI to be fished behind the walls. Despite there being an impenetrable brick layer and instead of just giving up like I have had other installers do before (ahem you know you are if you’re reading this), Michael intelligently thought of a solution. The quality of his work, dedication, and attention to detail were all A+. On top of that, he is a master electrician. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and reliable installation services. He has my business for life.

Fast, friendly, fairly priced…what more could you ask for?? Called at 7:45pm on a Fri night and Mr. Kim showed up 20 mins later to mount a TV. He did a great job, so I asked him to come by the following day to mount some mirrors, saddle racks, and paddle board rack. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He offered to come same day. He price was within my budget, and I had priced three places prior to calling him. I texted him my address and texted me back what time he will arrive and arrived on time. He was friendly and knew his craft. He gave us a preview before mounting our TV and gave his suggestions. Once we agreed he worked independently and finished the work timely. Then he did three unexpected things at no cost. One I didn’t have a covering over my electrical outlet, he installed one. Second he asked if we wanted to cover the cord and installed a covering, lastly he cleaned our screen clean with the appropriate cleaners. Once done he checked for our satisfaction, cleaned up, vacuumed and take away all trash. I am happy to pay for service to someone who knows what they are doing, friendly (I have a family so safety is important to me) and professional. Fabulous! Mr. Park is a pro and very pleasant. He mounted the TV. He also connected the TV to the rooftop antenna, which had been installed by a previous owner. It was difficult to find the buried cables to the antenna, but he very patiently solved the puzzle. Excellent value.

Mr. Kim is worth the call. He installed a mount above a fireplace for me. I ordered a Mantle Mount system for my 65 new TV because I wanted to be able to lower it for longer viewings.
