We love the plans that blue Ox offers and the flexibility in making modifications, as well as the quality of craftsmanship and transparency during all stages of the process. We will be using them in the next 10 years to build our forever home. Timber frames cost more than a typical stick built house, but they are rock solid once in the ground. -
