Ive worked with Bob for many years through the company I work for and he has been nothing but professional and has great customer service. He is very busy and may take a little time to get appointments scheduled, but thats not what I consider poor customer service. Its a reflection on how busy his company is and that speaks volumes. We have used Radon Technologies for years and have been extremely happy with his work, and we have never had anything to complain about. I highly recommend them!

Dan is highly knowledgeable and designed a system that met all of our criteria, including aesthetics and quietness of operation. Dan and his team installed a radon remediation system in our van patten home in clifton park ny. initially i had some concerns about some of the gaps, openings, cracks, and slab being on sand, in my basement and how the radon system would perform. Dan reassured me that it shouldnt be an issue. they installed the system professionally and did a great job! i had scores ranging around a 5-7. I checked this weekend and again today and they were able to reduce the score to a 0.1! They were able to remediate 99% of the radon without sealing a gap! Thanks dan and team! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new remediation system.
