We contracted with Albany Home Improvement to renovate a bathroom. This project involved replacing the walls and ceiling as well as installing mostly new fixtures and retiling the floor. Pavel also replaced the radiator and reinforced the floor with new plywood at no extra charge. Pavel was very professional and polite throughout the project. He is talented in all aspects of home renovation and meticulous in his workmanship. We are very happy with the result. We would definitely use this company again.

We originally hired Pavel to tile our new downstairs bathroom tub and floor. At the begining of our project, he mentally mapped out approximately how long each step would take and where he had planned to be at the end of each day, and he was spot on! Which is extremely helpful considering how stressful home renovations can be. We ourselves have a schedule and having a contractor over to do work affects our daily life. So it was nice to have these daily checkpoints and see him follow through on things.We were shocked as to how quick, professional and efficient he was as our project progressed. So much so, that we asked if he was willing to also tile the ceiling of the tub as well as re-tile our kitchen backsplash (both of which were not a part of the initial agreement). Thankfully he found time for us in his already busy schedule to add these (not quick or easy!) projects to the bill and make it happen.I consider myself pretty handy when it comes to things around the house or small renovation projects, but Pavel is on another level and a true master of his craft. His attention to detail and work ethic really shows off at the end of the project. He was attentive to our needs and didnt hesitate to ask our opinion on certain details of the project such as small design features or how we preferred something was going to look at the end.We cant thank you enough Pavel! He did an amazing job and we look forward to hiring him again for our future projects. His prices are extremely fair given the scope and quality of work, he is a true professional in all senses of the word.

I needed some wood clapboards replaced and power washing done before I could even start the exterior painting on my house. I called Pavel for the clapboard replacement, and discovered he was able to do the power washing and painting as well. It was a real advantage to have one person who could do it all, especially when additional wood rot was discovered in less visible places as he painted. He was reasonably priced, always got back to me right away to answer my questions, and arrived on time throughout the process. His workmanship and professionalism was exemplary.I was so pleased with his work, and his work ethic, I have recommended him to family and friends, and had him back for additional projects.I would highly recommend him.

I searched for 3 weeks for a company to come look at one window for possible repair or replacement and no one would come out since it was one window. This company not only came out but was honest and advised that they dont make the repair kits anymore since they were older windows. He was great with response time and customer service so I decided to replace not just that one but the other window in my bedroom. He kept in contact once the windows were ordered and received. He did excellent work and cleanup. I would highly recommend this company for any of your house projects and I will be using them again in the future! Thanks!
