I was very happy with the BuildPros Contracting. They are a certified Andersen window installer. I had 13 windows replaced throughout my house and they did a fantastic job. Butch, Jessica and Joe were great to work with. They were professional and finished the job in a timely manner. During the job, my furnace went out and Butch took the time to figure out the problem and got it back up and running! I would highly recommend this team.

BuildPros did a great job recoating the tin roof on our Victorian house. They cleaned and prepped the old aluminum paint and coated the roof with two coats of silicone. We love the color. Damon also suggested adding a drip edge, which gives a nice finish. I highly recommend this company for their professional workmanship and fair price.

Build Pros replaced a metal roof with asphalt shingles on our house. They gave us a reasonable estimate, communicated well throughout the process, and stuck to their price and schedule. They acknowledged that most of our roof was in good shape and recommended only replacing the metal portion of it. They also installed gutters and diverters. Damon and his team did the job in one day and were professional and pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Build Pros. I connected with several companies and got a few proposals before deciding to hire Build Pros to install my new roof. Best decision ever! The price was clear, fair and upfront. The work they did was exceptional and the team was completely courteous and professional. My roof looks amazing and I can see that my neighbors have hired them to replace their roof as well, mine looks that good!The team stayed the entire day, making sure my roof was complete and all of the work areas were clean with the equipment and materials removed. In addition, following day, Dan returned and took the time to inspect and perfect each aspect of the job. Dan did an amazing job making sure the area around the house was free from nails so my dogs were safe to play while making sure the project was completed to my expectations.I will not hesitate to hire them to return for general contracting, electrical, home repair or any additional work I plan to have done on my home. I called Build Pros after a tree fell on my house and garage. After the tree was removed, I needed roof repairs to both. Damon came out to examine the damage, showed me everything he found, even other damage I couldnt see. Took photos for the insurance company that I couldnt get. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He had the estimate when promised, and excellent communication from start to finish. Jeff was assigned my job, he did an amazing job, very professional, polite and you can tell he really cares about his workmanship. Im so happy I called them, and will definitely use Build Pros in the future!

From start to near completion, the team from Build Pros has been professional.We have a very complicated roof line with many angles that over time caused some of our wood to rot. Damon walked with me as we assessed all that needed to be done. He gave me a timely estimate, and once accepted, a start date. Butch then visited our home with Damon and reviewed the project. Butch and Jess removed the rotten wood, replaced, and painted the work in a wonderful and seamless manner. Butch was friendly, honest, and gave attention to detail. Over the past year I’ve chosen Albany Build Pros to give me a new torch-down roof, gutters, cover my eaves and trim, new siding, new windows and shutters, replace a back door and two storm doors, and build me a beautiful new Trex deck to replace my old wooden deck. They also did some electrical improvements and replaced some lights and switches. I’ve found the owner and workers to be reliable, skilled and reasonably priced for each project - making sure I was completely satisfied and standing behind their work on everything they did. I was very impressed with the company, its workers and its owner, Kevin O’Connell. I would highly recommend them for any roofing or home repair or replacement project.

Kevin was great to work with to price out the roof and gutters and the few other items I needed worked on. Joe and Dan did a great job after the roofers completed. I recommend them and also recommend that you verify the gutters are installed properly. Kevin ensured that they resolved any gaps between between the newly installed drip edges and the gutters within 6 weeks. Again my roof looks great and they were very quick to start the service and ultimately followed through with any hiccups I noticed afterwards.

Build Pros installed the roof on our home just before we purchased... Now, 3.5 years later, our handyman discovered water damage affecting a portion of the decking and fascia. I emailed Build Pros to inquire about their warranty, and Kevin replied almost immediately. While it turns out the problem wasnt with installation, he was happy to talk through the issue and even took the time to bring over replacement shingles so I could have a perfect match. If we ever need to replace a roof, we wont hesitate to call them!

Great whole house roofing experience by Damon, of Albany Build Pros, and his crew.Professional, quality workmanship, extraordinary communication, friendly, and attention to smallest of details are a few of the words that distinguish the job received. After an examination of the roof, Damon explained the issues and what was going to happen before the crew set foot on the property. The project started in just a few days and at the promised time. They knew what to do, how to do it well, and were efficient. At the end of the day, not only did the roof look great, the clean up was so good one could not find an errant nail or evidence around the grounds they had been there. The roof looks great and happy to say a good value too.Highly recommended not only the work but also for the ease of working with them.

Butch and his team remodeled our 1984 kitchen. Removed walls, removed the popcorn ceilings, new hardwood flooring, built us an island, installed an exterior door, updated our soffit and end cabinets with framing, built us new stairs with new treads to match our flooring, built us an amazing railing, and overall took our kitchen from 1984 to 2023 without having to replace all of our cabinets and countertops! Butch and his team were professional, flexible, open to ideas/suggestions, and pivoted on short notice when we wanted to add or change something. Butch was extremely accessible and responsive to all our questions/concerns. The price quoted (extremely competitive and fair) was the price paid! We will be using Butch and his team in the future and will recommend them to friends and family!

Build Pros of Albany came through for me in a huge way! I was trying to get my house on the market in a hurry, and I needed a bunch of different types of work to be done: new carpet, replace all the rotted wood and siding on the exterior, a complete bathroom renovation, and painting every inch of the house.Not only did these guys get my urgency, they gave me a great price and they started work ASAP! In the end, I almost wish I didnt have to move, the house looked better than when I moved in, and Build Pros didnt try to take advantage of my position by low-balling me initially and raising prices after the work got started.Never been more satisfied with a construction / renovation job.

Using the last year to reflect- Im very glad I used them.For starters, their price for chimney reconstruction was the most reasonable out of all other competitors. Kevins team (the employees who worked on my chimney) were extremely professional and courteous during the reconstruction.When work was almost complete, per my request- they made nice touch ups on the chimney which really left me really satisfied with the project.Overall, I highly recommend Albany Build Pros. We had a roof replacement and soffit repair due to storm damage. There was an insurance claim involved. There was a sizable gap between what Build Pros charged and what the insurance was paying for the repair. The gap was with the soffit repair. The insurance company was willing to work with us to help close the gap, they just ask for some additional details from Build Pro. Kevin was happy to work with me and give me the information the insurance company was looking for.
