I’ve contacted JMJ, on Saturday with regards to my situation and Joey is very professional and responsive to all my queries.The price quoted is very reasonable.This morning, he send a plumber, Melvin, to do the job.He is just as courteous and professional as Joey.The job is nicely done with superb workmanship and professionalism.Well done JMJ👍👍👍

JMJ has helped us out before, always prompt and courteous. But tonight Bob is my hero! At 3:00 a.m. I found the new ice maker in my refrigerator was running water non-stop. No button visible to turn it off! I could empty the ice tray but it would fill again in about 5 minutes. I already had a pretty large puddle in the kitchen and the freezer was a mess. I called JMJ and Bob helped me find the water valve to the ice maker so i could turn it off! (It was in my garage ceiling). 5 min. and the immediate problem fixed! JMJ has helped us out before, but those werent emergencies like this. I will never call another plumber, Im a customer for life. Oh and give Bob a raise :) :) :)

We called JMJ about our hot water heater. They came out the same day we called and had a new one installed that afternoon. We were back up and running before we knew it! Everyone we spoke to, on the phone, via e-mail, and the people who came to our house, were very professional and kind.
