Family owned Christian Company with impeccable service and professional employees. Tough job out here in ranch country where several others will not bother to comp out PLUS they have fully equiped trucks!

I was helping my parents with a septic issue (toilet flushing VERY slow, if at all) and we realized the tank was full. My parents called a company (NOT Key City) and the people said they’d be out first thing in morning. By lunch I got I got involved. I spoke to Jo Ann at Key City and she was perfect. It just so happened that they had a cancellation and their crew was there in LITERALLY an hour. Went right to it and emptied the tank…*HERE IS WHY I’M LEAVING A REVIEW*… The toilet still wasn’t flushing. Wasn’t their fault so I said my dad and I would work on finding the problem. I thanked them and figured they’d leave because they did the job they were asked to do. NOPE… those guys got out some other tools and said “We’re here, let us help to see if we can find the problem”. I was amazed. My parents are getting older and my mother is a 2 time BC survivor. They knew that and treated MY parents like they were THEIR parents.When it was all finished these guys had that line like it was brand new and NEVER once acted like it was a bother. I hope this review helps others to choose Key City because they were amazing. They will treat YOUR family like it’s THEIRS. Thanks so much guys.

This is a tough job, and thankful they came out to do the hard labor in the heat to take care of our septic. Secretary staff was helpful in getting it scheduled and responsive to all questions. Thankful!

I called Key City about a clogged septic line to the toilet in one of my properties. I had already tried to unclog myself because I didnt want to wait for a plumber. Jennifer sent someone out same day and they did a great job. Ill definitely call them again.

These guys rock! We were left high and dry with a broken pump and these guys came through. Showed up on time, pumped our tanks. Found out our pump was not working. Went to town and got a new pump and installed it for us. They went well above what they had to. Job well done!

I cannot say enough about this company. I had a very bad leak at my toilet. They were very fast to rebuild the toilet and super nice. Great company. You will never regret using them. They were great at cleaning up also. Pat Woods
