Steve provided fantastic service to me and my family. He was incredibly responsive and was able to schedule service two days later, when all other septic companies in Abilene either wouldnt call me back or said to call back in a month. Our septic system was full, and Steve went above and beyond expectations. We are officially lifelong customers.

If you want your septic tank cleaned the right way, then Stinky Steve is guy to call! I called Steve on Tuesday morning to have my tank cleaned, and he came out that afternoon. He was efficient and cleaned the tank so that I could see the bottom of it. He also provided valuable information about maintaining both of my tanks. I would not hesitate to use Steve again.

I’ve used Steve several times in the past and his service has always been top notch. But recently we needed him for a problem at our sons house.When I called his number his recording said he was weeks behind so I left him a message so we could get put on the list. Within minutes Steve called back, he was in the area of our sons house and said he could take care of our problem that day.Steve went out of his way to get us taken care of as quickly as possible and did a fantastic job as always!! Stinky Steve’s displayed a honesty and integrity in the business world that I thought was almost non existent anymore. He could have easily made double his money off of me because I am not knowledgeable about septic systems. But instead, he showed me what could be potential issues in the future, explained some simple fixes, and let me make a decision on how I wanted to proceed. Again, very refreshing in todays business world. And if that was not enough, he also showed up on time, was very professional, and did the job in a very timely manner. I will not only use Stinky Steve in the future, but I will also refer him to everyone I know who needs septic service!

Steve was great to deal with. He was having truck problems so we werent sure if hed be able to come out before the end of the week, but got the truck fixed and was at my place earlier than expected (called before of course). Pricing is VERY reasonable, he was very professional, i highly recommend him for all your septic pumping needs (lol).

Stinky Steve came out to our home on a hot July afternoon. Our septic tank had to cleaned out by hand in a 100+ degree weather. The problem was due to our negligence. When he was done, he was covered from head to toe in filth and soaking wet with sweat. I apologized for the mess and he gave me a big smile and said: Your defecation is my vacation! Stinky Steves is one class act! Highly recommend if you need any septic work done.

We had no idea that our septic system ever had to be cleaned out until recently after a good rain and we couldnt flush our toilets. We called and Steve advised us that our tanks were supposed to be pumped every 3 to 5 years, and our house was already 9 years old, and now it was backing up. Steve was helpful and gave us good advice of what to do and what to not do in regard to our Septic System. Thanks a Million Stinky Steve, you definately saved the day.side note- after a lot of rain recently we had problems since our lateral field was flooded, but Steve was there to pump it out. Awesome guy.

We were having septic issues and Stinky Steves came highly recommended to us. I called Steve and he came right over to help with our septic. He got to the bottom of the issues and we were able to come up with a solution. We had a problem with the septic pump so he put me in contact with who I needed to get it fixed. He also followed up with me a couple of weeks later to make sure it was fixed and the septic was in working order. We will definitely use Stinky Steves Septic for any septic needs in the future.
