Best service I’ve ever had from a plumbing company. Their response regarding inquiries is very reasonable even when they are busy. They have been able to provide services in a very reasonable time frame with excellent results. Nathan is wonderful at communicating what needs to be done and making sure it gets done at the best prices I have found in Abilene thus far. Will never use anyone else. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service and treating me and my properties so well you’re AMAZING!!

Great service, called their emergency number on Saturday for sewer backing up, Nathan had someone at the house within the hour. Jayden diagnosed the problem right away. Very transparent with their price, knew what it was going to cost before they got started. Living in a hundred year old house, always need a plumber for something - Denny’s Plumbing is the only plumber I’ll be using from here on out!

We have had excellent service every time Denny’s has come to our home for repairs or replacement. This time it was our AC unit that needed replacing and of course, the weekend was approaching with 90* plus weather. We were planning on a long, hot, miserable few days. But to our surprise, they acquired a new unit and installed it in less than 24 hours, which is astounding!Denny’s has very friendly, reliable and knowledgable service technicians and we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any job, large or small.

Can’t express how pleased I am with this company. When our furnace died, it was several days before the new furnace could come in and be installed. Julie called and offered to bring my family space heaters on a night where it got extremely cold.Bill and his team are always professional, friendly and patient. Bill is always willing to take the time to explain things to me in detail and in a way I can understand.The work Bill has done is always thorough. He also always gives us options, so we can decide what is best & most fitting for our style of home and for our budget.Outstanding service!

Our AC went out. Mark showed up earlier than expected. He was very thorough. After servicing (cleaning) the unit he found that our blower motor was not working. Afraid we’d be without air for days waiting on a part...nope he returned about 20 minutes later with a working motor. Part was in stock at Denny’s office. Thank you for your time and professional attention.

Our central AC unit was not functioning. Called after hours and indicated not an immediate emergency. Next morning got call to set up a service visit for that day. Arrived and assessed problem (luckily not major). Took time to advise us on options we should be considering going forward based off of age and model of our unit. Answered questions we had in an easy to understand and comprehensive manner.

Great customer service they are fast. Efficient and knowledgeable. I called them this morning and they were there within 30mins. Very polite technician. If you are in the Abilene Is. Area and need help with your heating cooling or plumbing I highly recommend the folks at Dennys to get you going. And they didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Im truly satisfied with the service they provided. When I need help again ill be calling them!

The fan motor on our Trane/Standard central AC compressor unit stopped running. I called Trane Air Conditioning National number to find a Trane Certified repair agent close to me. They referred me to Dennys Plumbing and Heating in Abilene, Kansas, about 30 miles from our home. I called Dennys to schedule a service call and expected an appointment a few days later. When I mentioned our AC is a medical necessity, we were set up for same day service. Bill called me back within the hour and I gave him the model and serial number of our AC unit. He arrived at our home an hour later with all parts that might be needed. He had our AC running within an hour. I was surprised how reasonable the parts and labor cost were for a short notice repair. Bill and his staff are professional, understanding and very cordial. I highly recommend Dennys Plumbing and Heating. Thank you for your outstanding service.
