We had a new AC/Heat Pump installed in our home. Tyler came out and did our estimate. Was completely professional about everything. He went above and beyond to meet our budget of $13,000.00. We will continue to use them after our warranty period expires. I highly recommend them!The three young men that came to do the installation job were fantastic! They arrived at about 8:45 am and stayed until the job was finished and cleaned up at 9 pm. Now that is customer service! They didnt want us to be without an AC overnight. All three were the most respectful and polite young men, treated my home like they would have theirs or their parents. Covered my hardwood floors so there would be no scratches. When they ate lunch they made sure not a single piece of trash was left out. When they were finished there was not a single screw, piece of trash, or anything left behind. They even used a shopvac to clean the inside floors of all the insulation, dust from the attic or dirt they may have tracked in. These three you g men went above and beyond!

I initially contacted a different business when my A/C stopped working. They placed me on their space available list advising they would come out if they completed another job early. I was advised it would not be that day. The next morning I called the same business and was advised that they may still not be able to respond this second day. I called Bevills about mid-morning. I asked if they could have a technician out that day or the next at the latest. The gentleman said they could arrive between 1-3pm.The Bevills technician, Kyle, arrived at 12:30 pm. He quickly identified the problem and set to work to correct the issue. Kyle had the A/C up and running in short order.We Kyle was courteous, respectful and thorough. The charges were reasonable. We are very satisfied with Bevills’ response, work and staff. I wished I had called them the first day. We probably would have not had to suffer the night without A/C. Bevills is now our heating and air conditioning specialists. If/when I need a plumber I’m calling Bevills.

We had Danny come out with his partner and help us fix our washing machine connection( I dont do a lot of connections like this and in our new home its set up was a bit intimidating) he came explained it to us helped us get it set up and even checked other things out to make sure it was all okay. I was very impressed with how quickly he fixed it/ and set it all up he was very personable and nice about it all. Really made me appreciate him and the company he works for as this isnt my first time having to call them out for assistance. Every time Ive called they have been out as fast as possible to help me make sure things are running well. I would HANDS DOWN recommend them for any plumbing needs, and the prices they give are very fair. Definitely at least give them a call for help with anything you need help with.Theyre very knowledgeable in everything they do for you.

We called this Sunday morning when our air conditioner wasnt working, and the gentleman on-call was very polite and very helpful. They charge by the hour and as soon as he came in he went right to work figuring out what our problem was. We needed a new thermostat and we were unable to afford their product, but he took his time explaining to my husband how he needed to connect a new one and was very thorough. He also replaced our leaking capacitor and didnt charge for the extra 15-20 minutes he stayed over past the hour. 10/10 would call again. We will be needing to replace our unit soon, and will probably use this company based on todays performance.

Hunter was very cordial, polite and professional; went out of his way to answer any questions I had and completed the work in under the time frame he estimated originally (which was already a very reasonable estimate of time in removing the old heater & replacing it). He was also very solicitious about replacing things as he found them and cleaning up after himself for the project. Could not be more pleased with the service I received!

After calling around, we got connected with Bevills Plumbing and were immediately impressed. We called on a Sunday. That same day, the on call plumber came out to look at our water lines. He was very professional, friendly, informative, and told us exactly what needed to be done to fix out water leak in our water line. The very next day, the crew came back out, dug up our whole line and laid a brand new one. I was impressed by their speed and ability to things done so quick and accurately. I was having trouble with my A/C unit stalling and my apt wasn’t cooling inside. It was late at night so the first person I got a hold of was a guy from Precision. The fan motor was overheating so he replaced it. My A/C worked that night but that was it. So he came out the next day with another guy & neither of them could figure out what was wrong and left saying, “Sorry, we tried.”This is when I called Nevel from Bevills who knew exactly what was wrong just after sending a few pictures of my fan motor and unit. It turns out there was a black wire hooked where there was suppose to be a red one which was causing the fan to run too fast and overheat. Nevel then came out and placed the wire in the correct spot and then checked inside to make sure everything was running right and at the correct temp.I definitely recommend this company!

My family and even my parents have called on Bevills Plumbing, Heating & A/C for years. We have used them for a variety of projects. Several years ago we had a hot water line leak in our old concrete foundation. Instead of jack hammering they rerouted our line through the attic. They have installed an A/C unit, hot water heater, unclogged sewer lines and even replaced toilets. If their service technician happen to be running late from another job, they would give us a call. Bevills has always treated us fairly, when quoting us they have never tried to sell us more than what we needed for that project. Very pleased with their service, pricing and professional staff. When people ask me which plumbing, heating & A/C company I use, I tell them Bevills.

In 2019 we did a kitchen and two bath remodel and the plumbing work was timely and excellent quality.We had them out to do our annual service on air conditioning and with the Covid19 virus going on the service man had a mask and used all necessary precautions. I would not hesitate to recommend them for heating/air conditioning or plumbing work.

My indoor unit was damaged to the extent of a bad resistor. The tech was very kind and helpful to help me diagnose the issue to the fullest extent. Since the part wasnt readily available for repair, I was given the option of replacing the module containing the resistor ($650), or replace the motor itself ($1,000). Both were assured the same outcome, and so the lesser of the pricing was chosen, while also having that part available sooner than the latter. Days before expected delivery I received a call that the part [I] need has arrived early. Once installed, the tech contacted me to explain that my new motor was installed and working. This was not my original agreement. There was a $350 difference (in parts cost) in decision that was unfortunately made on my behalf. The silver lining was that Bevills A/C & Plumbing was willing to compromise greatly in cost. My indoor unit was repaired to satisfaction. Bevills contacted me after the job to make certain I was still pleased and confident with their services of my home, and I am. They care greatly about their quality of work and reputation. That’s just who I look for when I’m in need.

I have used Bevills Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for approximately 25-30 years. I have bought 2 heating and air conditioning units for 2 different houses, had a sewer line placed and just recently had a water leak and gas leak repaired at my home by Bevills. The men that have come to my house are always professional and always clean everything up as if they had never been there. All the problems have been completely repaired at a very timely rate. I am very impressed with their knowledge of my problems that I have presented with.
