Mr Rooter worked well for our clogged laundry drain. Customer service was very responsive. The team that did the work were very respectful, very professional. Chris communicated everything well, including the original quote, then all the possible diagnoses and potential remedies as they got into the work. In the end, the original quote was what it cost, drain is unclogged, and Im wondering why someone dumped a bunch of paint down our drain before we moved in.

Owner, Team Members and Office Staff were Very Professional who diagnosed the plumbing problem, collapsed root infested sewer lines out to the city main line. Replaced 100 plus feet with new PVC Pipe and tapped into the main city line. Working beautifully now! Very caring who worked with a stroke patient My Sister and made it affordable for her and inconvenienced her not at all! I would give this business 10 Stars if I could!!

Their office kept me informed of their expected arrival & each set of workers let me know what they were doing & how their actions would fix my problem.Chris Torres fixed the water leak under my sink, which then turned into a blockage where the water would not drain.Chris & his assistant, Emmanuel, put shoe covers over their boots & laid a protective covering on my kitchen tile to keep muddy footprints from making a mess; I ready appreciated that they took precautions Not to leave anything for Me to clean up.Chris is a professional, knows his profession very well & Knows, not only how to fix your problem, but how to talk & explain everything. His customer service skills are excellent!Because Chris saw & explained a couple of contributing factors to my water leak, followed by a blockage, I had him fix those as well. I feel confident that all the work that Chris did will keep my water leak & stoppage from reoccurring for yrs.My home warranty didnt cover much (they never do), but Mr. Rooter twice gave me a good discount & a 90-day warranty on one fix & a years warranty on another fix.Unlike a couple of other local plumbers Ive dealt with, Mr. Rooter & their employees are welcome to return. 😊No one likes to pay for repairs; but, if you need a plumber, I strongly recommend Mr. Rooter.

American Home Shield couldnt cover the cost of plumbing issues because it had to be done from the roof. Mr. Rooter gave me options, explained the differences, and provided quote on the spot. Luckily they had the equipment and were able to clear up the problem within a couple hours. We were even given a 90 day warranty if a blockage happened again.

Even though they had no obligation to do so, the business owner sent his team back to our house to add caps. Called and Anthony came out next day to find the original cast iron pipe had rusted and was leaking in the crawl space. 3 days later Anthony came back out with Jayair to repair the leak. Once repaired they found another leak near the clean out and didn’t hesitate to repair that while they were here. All in all it was a great experience. They ran a little late on repair day, however, made sure to keep in contact to let us know with plenty of notice.
