    I wont use anyone other than Midway from now on. They responded quickly and were extremely professional. The communication from the scheduling staff is spot on. They explained all the issues, we talked them through together, made a plan, and they did the work over the next two days. Not only is the work superior, but the price is competitive. I could not be more pleased with their staff and the work at my home.

    Our hot water heater went out on December 24th. My husband checked circuit breakers and some basic possible problems. Noted there was a lot of rust inside tank. Called Midway. They had someone out in an hour diagnosed problems and gave us a repair quoted. Confirmed there was a lot of rust and said we should consider getting a new tank in the not too distant future. I asked how much a new tank would cost. He gave us two options. My husband and I discussed the situation and decided to go ahead and replace it. They brought one out and got it installed. So greatful.to get it taken care of on Christmas eve day!!

    We recently experienced a slow water leak at our home. The source of the leak was unknown, and was believed to be underground. We contacted Midway Plumbing in Abilene, TX to set up an appointment for them to come out and help us with our problem. When we called the office, the person answering the phone was very courteous and friendly - and we were glad to get an appointment for the next day. They arrived early the next morning at 8:30am; exactly on-time per the appointment. Our plumbers for the job were Caleb and Alex. They were very professional, and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had to get this problem fixed. They quickly performed troubleshooting to narrow the problem down to our outside main water shut-off valve area feeding the house. Per their policy, they quickly wrote up an estimate for the job, so that I knew what the anticipated cost would be before they started. The cost was very reasonable and acceptable, so they continued with the job. They immediately got out their shovels and dug down to fully expose the shut-off valve area – only then could we actually see the slow leak which had been hidden underground. They were 100% correct, and the water leak was near the valve as they had expected. Without their knowledge and skill, this leak could have gone undetected and could have been a problem for a long time. The job was completed much quicker than I had expected. They both explained exactly what they were doing all along the process of performing the fix. Also, they used high-quality parts during the job – replacing the cheap plastic valve with a much better-quality brass ball-valve. They had all the needed tools and parts on-board their fully equipped truck. The entire job was completed with no problems whatsoever. And they spent the time to fully clean up the job site upon completion.Both Caleb and Alex were outstanding throughout this entire process. Very professional and answered all of our questions. We were fully aware of what was happening the entire time. Both of them are a true testament to the integrity of Midway Plumbing. They are a great asset to their entire team. We would fully recommend Miday Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

    Midway plumbing has great integrity. They lined my drainage pipes and my toilet was a bit wobbly afterwards. I called them about it and within 3 hours they sent a technician (Alex) out and it is rocksteady now, free of charge!

We tested the corrected toilet valve to be sure it was satisfactory before he accepted payment for the quoted amount and left the job site in great shape.     Midway Plumbing is the absolute best. We had a slow leak due to a poor job done by a contractor, so our water was turned off to our house. We live about an hour outside of Abilene, so we had a local plumber come to the house initially (this was on a Sunday) and look at the situation. He said he was not able to repair it, and he immediately recommended Midway due to their professional and honest work. We called Midway on Monday, and Russell was at our house on Tuesday. He went over everything that was done incorrectly and what needed to be done, and he did not try to do anything that was not needed.Russell was so helpful and did a great job. He made what was a very stressful situation for us good again, and we know we will not have to worry about water in or under our floors again because of his excellent and knowledgeable work.Thank you Midway!

    Main drain clog. Very Professional, helpful individual and quick service. Whitin 2 hrs of calling for help they were here cleared the drain and showed us video of the finished job. Great service start to finish. Something I could not do without spending loads of money for the tools to do the job myself. I Definitely recommend this company.

    Midway Plumbing came on New Year’s Eve within an hour of calling them and had a 72 year old faucet repaired (it would no longer shut off) in a few hours after finding the necessary part.     Tristan was very professional. When he arrived he did a thorough inspection of what needed to be repaired. He contacted the main office about parts needed and when to expect their arrival. He repaired what could be repaired today and he explained everything very clearly. I have requested that Tristan be the technician who installs the new parts when they arrived. He was also very careful to keep everything clean. He also wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean.

    Very prompt polite service, even tho our plumber wasnt able to fix our problem right away he helped us a lot with plans for fixing it in the future! Even wore shoe covers in the house (very kind gesture) and had been very informative on costs, reasoning for costs and what would be more/or less price wise. Made multiple quotes for us to look at and figure out what would work best for us financially. Definitely appreciate the information and help!

    Our problem with little water pressure in back yard has been fixed. Vance came, checked out the situation, explained what he found causing the problem as well as his best solution. However, he checked the issue just to verify and it appeared to have water pressure. He explained the line must have had trash in it and the testing jarred it loose. The regulator was functioning correctly and soon clean water was flowing.His attention to details as well as a final check before starting the regulator replacement process saved extra cost. Sweetwater is lucky to have Vance in our service area. He is knowledgeable, efficient and a great communicator.

    Shout out to Vance Williams from Midway Plumbing. After a week and a half of no water we finally have water!!! Vance did an awesome job finding the leak & repairing the leak.     Michael Wilcox at Midway was just beyond fantastic. I am a first time home buyer with a huge 1980s fixer upper, and he went above his duty to answer all of my many questions with a happy heart, was so respectful and professional, and even helped me understand how each and everything worked inside and out of the house. I run marketing + communications for high tier companies, so his attention to great customer service + detail was not heard by deaf ears.     Midway Plumbing office staff are extra professional - I called Renee late Friday afternoon and she was able to set a Monday appointment! Then she called Mon. with a more precise time and sent a text and an email with our technicians photo - a wise idea in this day and age. Glen shared some tips beforehand that made the 4-hour service call flow more smoothly. Before starting his work, he gave us a breakdown of charges AND discounts. He installed a new lavatory faucet, and he and Doug installed a new hot water heater. They also showed me a leak but were able to fix it by replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet. Glen, who is very experienced, was very prompt and clean, as is required of all their technicians. Other companies charge less, but Midway stands behind their work with a 10-year warranty on water heaters as long as the owner has them do yearly maintenance, at no charge. That is worth a LOT. I highly recommend Midway Plumbing!

    We had a hot water line leak under our slab that was leaking water into our house and needed service right away. Gary M. from Midway Plumbing was very friendly and very competent. He listened to what was going on, diagnosed the problem with the leak detection equipment to make sure there werent other hidden problems, and got everything fixed in one day. Gary went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, and stayed into the evening to make sure the job was done right. While Midway is a little more expensive than some other plumbers, they do a professional job quickly with excellent customer service.

    The company kept me informed of when the people would be at the house. Wayne kept me apprised of the status of the project several times a day.The company does rather overdo the automated customer service notices. I got a text AND an email only minutes before they rang the doorbell. That really did not do much good as a reminder, since they arrived shortly after (and sometimes at the we same time). I also got a text AND email asking for a survey. This was a week long job; I got the texts and emails every time they came and went, even when they left for lunch. So, at least 4 times per day, I got texts AND emails. This overkill was not helpful, and was very annoying. Early on, I was also getting phone calls; notably, the calls came about 15 minutes before their first arrival in the morning, while I was still getting dressed. It was useless as a reminder, as, if I had forgotten they were coming, it would be too late to be home to meet them. All it idi was interrupt my preparations.Good customer service is rare these days, and I appreciate the companys attempts to provide it. But this was definitely overkill.

    I definitely recommend Midway plumbing, these guys took care of our hot water leak under our foundation in the laundry room area epoxied all of our pipes ( theyre over 50 yrs old needed to be done anyway ) Got our estimates with Tristan very easy to talk to explained the process well. Decided to hire... we paid half out of our account and got the other half financed. Zach and his partner did the job swiftly and very professionaland easy to talk too. I have an old home on Elmwood drive with 3 bathrooms and in 2 old restored viintage tubes. This 12 degree weather knocked out all my hot water and I never did have great water pressure throughout the home. I prayed and called Midway Plumbing and eventually spoke with Shannon Renee and Andrea who eased my stress. because I was stressed.They sent the best plumbing technician I have ever met in Abilene. Mr. Mark Hartranft. This humble man did not try to sell me a new water heater. He restored the original water pressure, hot water in every faucet throughout the house including my vintage tubs and showers. He restored what other techs had done wrong that I had used in Abilene.I have been in total shock since he repaired the vintage tubs. RESTORED GREAT WATER PRESSURE AND HOT WATER IN EVERY FAUCET. I DID NOT HAVE TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM WITH MY GREAT INSURANCE COMAPANY FARMERS IN SAN ANTONIO..I woke up this morning with my usual cup or coffee know that thousands of dollars had been added to the value of my home due to Mark and Midway Plumbing. This man is humble knowledgeable and discerning. HE WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WHEN OTHERS HAVE NOT.

    These guys were amazing. Russell and Ryder were very thorough and explained every bit of what they were doing in great detail. Russell respected my situation and did everything effectively and in respect to cost. I couldn’t have asked for better service and work. They stayed till the job was done. They double, triple and quadruple checked their work to guarantee it and showed great confidence in their knowledge of gas lines and gas fixes.

    Vance is knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get our gas pipes hooked up to a new meter this time. He also was able to hook up our dishwasher over a year ago when the guys Lowes sent out were unable to. We will continue to use Vance and Midway for our plumbing needs!

    I was faced with a water leak under my house that was causing structural damage. Once I found out how bad the leak actually was, I called several different plumbers, just to be told that either they don’t crawl under houses or the water had to be completely dried up before they would come or that they don’t service my area. I called Midway and was put on a “first available” list, fully expecting it to take at least a week. Since I had to have my water completely cut off to stop the leak, I was not looking forward to imposing on family just to take showers for a week. After being very stressed out, Midway called the very next day and told me they could have a tech out within the hour. They sent out Vance Williams, who I knew of through mutual friends. Vance was very friendly and professional. Once he discovered the problem, he was very up front about what the repairs would cost before he even started the job. I appreciated this very much. The repairs were completed very quickly. Vance was very careful to take care of my home and took precautions to keep from tracking mud through the house. All in all, I was very impressed and pleased with the rapid response and quality of the repairs. I hope that I won’t have to require their services again, but if I should, I won’t hesitate to contact Midway.

    I was impressed with Midway Plumbing!Vance Williams worked professionally and efficiently--as always. He kept a clean and neat work area. He wore gloves and shoe coverings. He cleaned up as he progressed through repairs in two separate locations in our residence. He was well-mannered and congenial the entire time. He was careful to make sure the cat didnt sneak out the door!The charges for labor and the plumbing parts was perfectly in line with the quality of the materials and Vances excellent professional workmanship.I owned and operated many rental houses before my retirement. As a result, I have employed many workmen in all the trades. Vance Williams is the best worker I have ever employed, bar none! :-)

    I had an amazing experience with Midway plumbing and Zach Sims. He and the young man with him spent several hours trying to confirm the source of water coming into my bedroom along the wall and entrance to the bathroom. They determined that the shower pan was definitely leaking, however could not rule out a possible water line leak in addition. This could be determined with a fairly costly procedure that I choose to put on hold at this time to see if not using the shower solved the water issue. Zach was very professional and courteous and, although he did think it would be prudent to do the test, did not attempt to talk me into it. Zach took the time to educate me on what to look for in the next few days that might signal more problems.Although the young men spent hours in my home and the repairs turned out to be construction and not plumbing at this time, I was not charged anything for the service call. Pretty much unheard of customer service as I was not a current customer. Obviously, I will be using Midway Plumbing for any future needs.

    Gary did a great job for us! He was prompt and very thorough. He gave us a detailed estimate at a very fair rate. When we decided to go ahead with the work he was once again prompt. He had extensive knowledge of the work that was necessary. The work he did was very complete and done right. I feel assured that Midway will stand behind their work should any issues arise (which Im almost positive they wont). Cannot say enough about this experience. The best without a doubt!

    CJ was called out on Sunday before 8 am and was at the house in a very short amount of time. A pipe had burst and we had very soggy carpet and 2 bathroom floors. My family here in Abilene, has always used Midway Plumbing and have never been disappointed. CJ has been over to our house 2 or 3 times for different problems, and he is always polite, informative and nice! We will continue to keep using Midway Plumbing!
