I used L&L plumbing for a propane leak at my residence. Technician Matthew arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided several options on how to deal with the leak (trace the line, cut and cap, pressure test, ect). Once the suspected leak was located, he preformed the repair quickly. In my case the suspected leak was coming from a gas line that was no longer in use. Instead of wasting time tracing the line which would no longer be used anyways, Matt cut and capped the line. The service was pleasant and I would definitely use L&L Pluming again.

Matt went above and beyond to sort out the mess with our toilet situation. What started as a small leak on 1 toilet quickly uncovered issues with all 3. Limited height shelf height restricted our options for replacement of the old units, as well. Matt was swap and replace the units while dealing with supply issues and made sure not to disrupt our holiday budget in the process. We already have plans for more work in the near future.

I want to share my recent experience with L and L Plumbing, as I highly recommend their services. While I was on vacation, a Pex B pipe burst in my attic. Prior to this incident, I had a negative experience with Pride Plumbing, who wanted to charge me $1,600 for an emergency service call. This included a $400 store open fee on top of an after-hours fee. Worse, they showed up unprepared and unequipped. After this fourth plumbing issue, I was referred to L and L Plumbing. L and L charged me $350 for the emergency service call and provided a quote to replumb my entire home. They completed the work in just two and a half days. Unfortunately, I had the Canadian cheap recall Pex, so multiple cuts through drywall were necessary. Despite this, when the job was done, my home was left in perfect condition. Their drywall repair was impeccable—truly some of the best work Ive ever seen. The team at L and L Plumbing is highly professional, clean, and trustworthy. If you’re looking for reliable plumbing services, I can’t recommend them enough.

Talk about an honest company. L&L came out and saved me over 3 thousand dollars from a company who tried to charge for work not needed Top Notch Rooter and Plumbing located in Beaumont, CA stated I needed a shower valve which would cost $1600 and also a new drain piping connection at around $1200 to $1400 not to mention cutting through my ceiling downstairs for access upstairs. Well L&L showed up and tightened the tub drain which was loose and changed my valve for less than $500. Sad because Top Notch Rooter is within our community. Thank you L&L for the great job and most of all for the honesty 👏 and because of that L&L Plumbing landed my bathroom remodel

I have an elderly dementia client who had a penny stuck in her garbage disposal that jammed it up. My client gets nervous around new people because she has memory issues. He also has fixed a few issues at my residence and was always on time with a great attitude and explains everything before and after he finishes a job. We came across L&L October of 2021 when we located a leak within our home. The leak turned into a repiping of our entire house of 20 plus years. This caused much stress and upheaval for our family of five and doggy. Throughout the last 13 months, L&L has taken care of our basic human needs -- access to clean water. The remodels of bathrooms and other add-ons are privileges that we can afford, but the bare bones of a home, the drinkable water, the needs of our existence was taken care of in a timely manner.
