Dynasty Plumbing, with Isaac Mailhot at the helm did an absolutely gorgeous job on my master bathroom. It was a total gut job and Isaac and his wife helped me pick out the perfect tiling. His tile man, Corey, is really, really good at his job and has such a great attention to detail. The plumbers were amazing and worked hard to get every possible leak. I have had no problems, only compliments on this job. The bathroom looks amazing.

We needed a zero threshold shower and both Home Advisor and a friend recommended Dynasty Plumbing. Isaac is professional, but friendly, easy to work with, and understood our needs. He and his team, Eddie and Scott, etc. were on time each day, worked hard, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. Demo to completion in 10 days! We love the final project, functional, yet so pretty! Thank you!!

Saw the reviews and called. Isaac is VERY responsive. Always answered calls/texts/emails promptly, showed up when he said he would, works with a great tile guy, and finished the job promptly. I had had new shower put in before in another home and the company was a complete nightmare and did a sub par job with many call backs to fix things that were done poorly. Isaac is very professional, very personable, very helpful, and very reliable. Our shower came out beautifully. Our house was left clean. You want this guy to do your job!

Isaac and Dynasty Plumbing is absolutely the best! We have been remodeling and in need of many of his services. He updated both my bathrooms and has updated my plumbing where necessary and hooked up many appliances and we added a tankless water heater! He has helped us with many last minute issues and has done so professionally, quickly and with a smile. You can’t go wrong hiring them.

Character filled and immaculate workmanship. Isaac does his work with precision and pride. Dynasty plumbing has remodeled 3 houses for me and continuously exceeds my expectations! As a real estate agent, investor and home owner I wouldn’t trust anyone else with mine or my clients homes. Professional, honest, integrity, fair, great attitude, the list goes on. I have always known Isaac to put the same amount of effort and energy into everything he does. From luxury remodels to a quick fix and anything in between. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my work. If I could give this company 10 stars I would cause this guy always goes 10x above and beyond.

Isaac and his crew did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. We had them take out the old fiberglass shower and build a custom tile shower with glass door. We also had the toilet and vanity both upgraded. Although the demo can be messy they did a great job keeping things clean and respecting our home. We couldnt be happier with their work and the outcome of the job. We will be hiring them again when were ready to remodel the downstairs bathroom.

Just wanted to give major kudos to Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing. I was at the Home Depot in Beaumont because I was having a problem with the toilet anchors breaking off. Mr. Mailhot overheard my question with the Home Depot guys (who were steering me in the wrong direction), and not only did he give me advice, but told me how to resolve my problem, showed me what part and tools I would need, and gave me his number in case I had any problem. Instead of discouraging me from doing this task myself; he indicated that I should be able to handle this project (and I did). This gives me great confidence that Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing is not only a professional & knowledgeable plumber, but an honest man with integrity. Called to get a check up for my RV not draining properly. After talking to Issac, he let me know he would try to stop by on his way home to check it. Best news I got was when he called and let me know it was a simple fix I just needed to pull the release for the drain. Thank you so much Dynasty plumbing. I definitely recommend these guys. This review is long overdue but my husband and I wanted to make sure we give kudos to Isaac with Dynasty Plumbing. Our house was in need of a re-pipe and after a lot of searching we came across Isaac who provided us with the most reasonable quote and came to our rescue right away. Isaac completed the re-pipe quickly and delivered top notch quality work. He was very communicative, friendly, and did some extras for us. I had a filter to my whole house water system, I couldnt replace for a year because it was on so tight, due to a previous plumber, who over torqued it. I called Dynasty Plumbing and Isaac asscessed the situation to the filter and found that the manufacturers instructions were written backwards. I had two previous plumbers come out and could not do what Isaac did, which was fix the problem and replaced the filter without damaging the wall or the blue cartridge that held the filter. If you are looking for a dependable, down to earth, reliable, and reasonably priced plumber that does an outstanding job, call Isaac at Dynasty Plumbing. Isaac is a dependable and down to earth individual. Also is cost effective. He replaced all water pipes and my water service line. When he replaced my water service line, he said removing and reinstalling pavers wasnt his thing but he did an amazing job! Also installed my tankless water heater. He replaced all my faucets and one was super stubborn he had to revisit it on different days. He didnt give up! He also made our wash room more space effective. Not only did he adhere to our time crunch and punctual, he was communicative through and through. We havnt moved into our home yet, so he has been so generous to also put our mail in our house, take the garbage bins out to the street, let us borrow a lock box, changed our code when asked, i mean is this a normal plumber/contractor? You wont be dissapointed hiring him. You would love him! Hire him!

Issac and Ron were extremely helpful in suggesting and installing my new Takagi A.O. Smith tankless water heater and pressure regulator. The quality, professionalism, and friendliness made the work stress free. Will definitely be calling them back out for some other plumbing work in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone whos looking for a plumber.P.S. the plumbing of the new unit doesnt drive my OCD factor crazy.
