Gonzalo came over with a camera to help us figure a leak with the sewer clean out. Gave us his professional opinion and helped to troubleshoot. He was very helpful, patient, and respectful. Would use his services again.

I love these guys! They are great at their jobs, punctual and trustworthy. They have solved plumbing issues at my mothers house three times. Each time they have been courteous, clean and dependable. They do not try to oversell! We have never needed to call them (or anyone) to redo what they have fixed. I 100% recommend this company.

Gonzalo went above and beyond to unclog our kitchen sink/pipe. We previously used all star plumbing, they came out to snake the pipe but were unable to clear it due to grease/calcium buildup that had hardened. They suggested to hydrojet it but wanted an arm and a leg. I found Gonzalo on yelp. Made an appointment and he came out the next day on time. We have an island sink which made it a bit more difficult for him but he managed to find a solution to bring his equipment in through our back door. He is professional and very quick to solve our problem. I will definitely be recommending Gonzalo and his team to whomever has plumbing issues!

Gonzalo saved us from another week with no gas! As the second company sent out by the insurance company, Best Rooter & Plumbing really shined heads and tails over the first company! They were immediately available, not afraid to put in the work that was needed to solve the issue, and nice on top of it. I was SUPER impressed with Best Rooter & Plumbing! Gonzalo was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. We had multiple breaks in our gas line and he tracked them down and repaired them all so that our home is safe and we were able to get our meter turned back on. He traveled all the way to Twentynine Palms from Yucaipa and didnt complain about the distance, after he had to make two separate trips to diagnose and then repair the problems...one on a Saturday! I would recommend anyone with any type of plumbing need call them! The best experience Ive had with a service company in a long, long time! AAA+++

Heman came in to install my new toilet and was punctual and very professional. He worked very efficiently and was done in under two hours. He even hauled away my old unit so I wouldn’t have to carry it down myself. I’m very happy with his work and will definitely hire him again.

We had a major clog in our main pipe causing backup issues with our tub and toilet. We called Best Rooter Plumbing. Gonzalo came over fairly quickly and Hydrojet main through roof to septic tank. He totally cleared the Line. He cleared all the build up in the line. Gonzalo was attentive, polite, answered all my questions and was honest. He had great prices and didn’t try to over sell other services that weren’t needed just to make a bigger profit like I had experienced in the past. I feel I can trust him and will definitely use his services in the future. It’s hard to find honest plumbers now a days. I highly recommend Best Rooter Plumbing for any of your plumbing issues.
