Let me start by sharing the fact that this is the first review I’ve ever left for a business. Dorian absolutely deserved it considering honest work is hard to come by these days. Not only was Dorian super helpful in diagnosing the issue, but also wasn’t out to be paid for unnecessary work. Dorian saved me AT LEAST a few hundred dollars with his integrity and knowledge of the problem at hand, which in my case, was two separate sinks in my home. Dude is legit. And does legit work! I had woken up to no water pressure in my house, a flooded front yard, and a ruptured water main, so I did what the average home owner does and hopped on google.After several failed attempts at finding a plumber who could make it out today, I came acroos imperial plumbing inc and submitted a quote request. Within 10 minutes of submitting the request, I received a call from Dorian. I explained the situation to which he replied ill be there in about an hourDorian arrived in that hour and quickly assessed the situation and provided a solution and had the problem fixed in no time at all!Simply amazing with his skills.Not only was he quick to respond, but he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.He was there for his customer and his pride and integrity prevailed.And you want to talk about competitive prices?! He was able to replace it the next day and set it up so we can replace it ourselves (if the valve ever goes out again). He is honest, personable, and does great work. I’m a property manager/investor, so I’ve encountered more than my fair share of questionable service technicians when it comes to servicing investment properties. Imperial plumbing is definitely a refreshing break from the usual experience I’ve become accustomed to. An hour into waiting for another chain service provider I decided to give a local plumbing company a call to compare timeframe and pricing. Dorian (owner) answered and got my contact info, he then told me he would call me right back to confirm he’d be able to stop by within the next 30-40 min. He called right back and set up our service appointment for a backed up kitchen drain. I decided to use Dorian’s company as he was honest and pricing was much more transparent and definitely fair in comparison to the other company I’ve used in the past. Dorian arrived within the expected timeframe, was knowledgeable, friendly, fair and MOST VALUABLE trait... HONEST!I’m very glad I tried the local guy, I’ll be calling Imperial Plumbing again the next time I need a plumbing service for one of our properties. Thank you Dorian for fixing our drain issue! Discovering early in the morning that water is bubbling up in your front yard is hardly a pleasant circumstance. After turning off the water at the main and trenching to find the leak, I located a broken shut off valve for the irrigation line to the property. Additionally, that valve was clustered in a quagmire of illegal fittings resembling a PVC pretzel, along with a corroded pressure regulator and by-pass valve. I called Imperial Plumbing, wanting to deal with a local business, but somewhat skeptical of all the glowing reviews. Dorian indicated he could schedule me in, but it would be later in the afternoon. When you have a broken pipe and the water is shut off, you are willing to wait.I am no longer a skeptic of Dorians reviews. He proved to be an absolute professional, who is fair and honest. Dorian replaced all of the illegal plumbing with copper pipes, to include a new ball valve, regulator and by-pass. Thus, bringing everything up to code. He completed all work under floodlights, and did an excellent job.This is Dorians business, for which he should be rightfully proud, not only for his obvious work ethic, but also well-earned reputation. As far as Imperial Plumbing is concerned, I am no longer a skeptic. I would not hesitate to recommend Dorian to family, neighbors, or friends for any plumbing needs. Not only will they receive excellent work for a fair and honest price, but they will be dealing with a very nice person. -

I cant say enough about this company. I called with a problem at 7:30pm ant they were at my house by 8:30pm same night. After the repair was done and and done very well, I was expecting a huge bill and when they gave me the price I knew I found my new life time plumbers.Update: I wrote this review 4 years ago and I am more impressed with this company today the I was then. My original plumber never showed up and after calling around several companies Dorian offered the most affordable price for me and even showed up within a couple hours. Not only did he point out other issues with my water heater but he also went out of his way to show me other issues with my water line that I was never aware being this is a new home. I must say this is the most honest plumber I have ever done business with. Not only did he come to my home just hours after he was called. He was fair in his price and also brought things to my attention that could have been dangerous or serve as a health risk to us. I appreciated the time Dorian spent explaining to me what was done by a prior homeowner that was not correctly done and what could also pose a future water leak in an area that was not going to be easily accessible after the contractor was done making his repairs. It was my contractor who suggested we call Dorian to be sure that if we were to rebuild the firewall (had severe water damage and mold). Brien my contractor wanted to be sure his plumber (Dorian, Imperial Plumbing, Inc.) would be able to fix a leaky shower drain from upstairs as the water damage came from the shower pan, bad tile and bad drain. So after Dorian made his assessments I asked him about a few other things down in the area the contractor was working in and he gave me his advice and we made sure all was going to be safe, and not leak again! There was a horrible rigged up pic, to metal to abs pipe used for a condensation Ling for the a C unit that was not set up properly but also was not even glued!!! Not to mention the line was hooked into the sewer line!! Then there were two water lines from a prior wet bar that were abandoned, but were not capped off. They were capped with values that would eventually go bad and leak in that area again! So Dorian fixed that and then a couple other things as well. But its nice to know that I no longer have a Mackey mouse condensation line (rigged together with three different types of pipe) is hooked to a sewer line and going right get next to my pilot lights for my heat and water heater! This morning at about 6:00 we found out we had no hot water. I checked the hot water heater and found the pilot light would not stay lit. I called Dorian Ayala at Imperial Plumbing Inc. He was at my house within an hour and replaced the thermocoupler. He was very cordial, polite and knowledgable. The price for great service was extremely reasonable. If there is ever another emergency, I will not hesitate to give him a call. -

So woke up and theres was a puddle of water coming from behind my fridge come to find out a copper pipe busted and had a pen hole stream after a couple of attempts of trying to stop it I called around for help got multiple quotes that just where way out there nothing under 650 on top that no one wanted to come out to even look at it so I called imperial got a hold of Dorian came gave me a way better deal on top of that he pretty much did double the work cause he was gonna save me some money buy not having to resodder but had to do it anyways and trust me im a do it yourself guy i tried patching it was really hard to work in such tight space but he got it done and then offered me less but I still paid him what we discussed... so two months later hot water heater went out got hold of Dorian need one that day but it was late instead of making me wait and selling me his water heater he told me where to go what to buy what I need to do so I could do it my self walked me threw step buy step ran into a problem with low pressure cold water vavle broke ... so had to wait tell next day to fix it called him back he had alot work he was doing but still came after work im not sure i know another plumer that would come out late at night and not charge you and checked every thing I did and made sure I had hot water and now I do ... i dont think I could of figured it out with out his help and he didnt charge me a thing spend hours on the phone witb me .... guys honest straight forward and willing to help I will always call Dorian when i need plumbing help cause he will answer he will help you and if something fails he well come and fix it and he come fix anything that his done it it were to fail ... i havent had to call him to re fix anything just when theres new problems -

Had a hot water heater that stopped working. Several Plumbing Companies never called back. Dorian returned my call. I was able to describe the problem (Pilot would not stay lit)to him over the phone. Took some pictures with my phone, and sent it to him. Then he called back and we discussed how to get the part ahead of time so that he could come over and get it fixed, instead of waiting for him to finish a job, and then go and get the part. He clearly knew what he was doing, and had the pilot assembly installed in an hour. Reasonable rate, and very friendly. Highly recommended. -

Recently, our bathtub started having issues draining. It went from draining very slowly to nothing at all. Water would just sit there until my husband bucketed the water out into the sink. I called Dorian at Imperial and he came out the following morning, was in and out in 10 minutes, and charged less than $100. Our tub is now draining perfectly!! Amazing service all around, would never go to anyone else now!!! -
