    By far the BEST plumber I have come across in all my 20+ years selling real estate! I have seen and used countless! We had a mainline water leak on our personal rental property and JP answered my call on a Sunday, gave us advise on how to contain and what NOT to do, to contain it until the following morning in which he met me at the property to evaluate it in person. I was given a very fair price and he even went as far as to call the supplier to show me the price comparison on using copper and schedule 80 PVC. I had an estimate within an hour of his visit. Fast forward a day and he arrived on time at 7 am as promised to begin the work. The work comprised of installing a new shut off at the water meter, trenching and installing new piping all the way across the yard, 2 new faucet risers in copper with a turn off for the house (we did not have one before), moving another exterior hose bib, and a few other items I can’t explain well in writing. The entire job was done within a day with a crew of very hard working and polite men. I have never seen a job site after construction of this magnitude look so clean! My husband and I can not express how grateful we are for JP and his crew! Amazing work, honest, prompt, ethical, hardworking, fair pricing, and an all around great person and crew! We will never need to call another plumber again as long as he stays in Cali!!! Thank you!

    John is the BEST!!! I called John yesterday afternoon because I had a backed up shower and sink. He came first thing in the morning. I appreciated immediately how professional and polite he was. Having kids especially boys you never know what the’ll shove down a drain or flush down the toilet. Once those kids even clogged the mainline causing a huge mess.     Great plumber, very knowledgeable of the trade, works in a timely manner to get the job done. Good at communicating the issue and only fixing the problem.     We called JP Plumbing to schedule an appointment to address our water leak in our upstairs guest bathroom. John came to our house that day. During his evaluation, he listened to all of our concerns and kept us informed on each step he look to locate the issue. John spent over two hours to determine the source of the leak. He was very thorough. The next day, John fixed our water leak located in the wall. He took photos and a video during each step of reconstruction. John was very professional,knowledgeable, honest and very reasonably priced. As far as we are concerned he’s our plumber for life!

    Let me just say I love John so much he’s an awesome plumber! My experience with plumbers hasn’t always been the best. However, John is friendly, affordable, accommodative, and knowledgeable. We needed all the plumbing in our bathroom ripped fixed and repiped as our insurance was not going to cover it and John really came through coming in below our budget cost. He was honest, affordable and timely. He is still working now and I have no doubt it’s going to be beautiful when finished! ( I’ll post pics!!)     I was in a bind. Water regulator went bad and blew a line under my slab and sprinkler system. Another plumber I was working with took too long to return my calls to replace the old regulator.     I had a possible slab leak during a bathroom remodeling. I called John (the owner of JP Plumbing) and he guided me what to do till he arrived the next morning. He assessed the problem quickly, a slight but damaging leak and he was able to fix it perfectly at a price that is very affordable. He had to remove some concrete and drywall but minimal damage.Other plumbers wanted a Leak Detection service before any repairs FIRST and JP Plumbing was 25% less for a complete repair w/o a Leak Detection. Other plumbers wanted to recommend an entire re-pipe for the home. Could not afford that. Clean, professional job. Ive had drains cleaned as well as extensive work done on a rental. I also had John install a garbage disposal. Very neat work. Would recommend everything time!

Last year when me and my wife opened our salon John came right down and did all the plumbing for our bowls, hair traps and installed brand new water heater.     John installed a pressure regulator, installed a hand press shut off value and insulated the pipe. My pressure was at 100 before regulator, after its 70.
