Chris (unit#9) ThriftyRooter @ Yuba city, you are the best:I had a clogged kitchen sink, I checked there are no clogs in the p-trap or the air return or by the grinder, so this clog is somewhere further in the pipe. After trying to snake using 25ft Drain auger for a week to unclog my kitchen sink with no luck, I tried contacting Plumbers, they were quoting $300 for just a visit. One plumbing company was quoting $1500, they said they are going to use camera to find and fix the clogged pipe. Coworker suggested ThriftyRooter in Yuba city, so I called and got a quick appointment on the same day within few hours. The price is $95 per hour, I was happy to hear that. Chris (unit#9) showed up on time, listened to what I have done so far and went straight to snake using 60ft drain auger. He worked few times, testing it over and over, finally ran the water for 10mins. He completed his job within 30mins which was very impressive and he guaranteed his work for 30days, if it clogs again within 30days he would do it for free. I am writing this review after 30days and I can definitely say, he did a great job. The things that Chris (unit#9) impressed me is, patiently listening to me, very respectful, kind, understanding the situation, completing the task quickly and explaining me everything what could have caused this clog. During a very stressful time for my family their professionalism got us through it. Chris , and Larry ,or Bill (I forgot his name , did I mention I was a nervous wreck ) fixed my septic tank problems in about an hour . These guys really care about customers. My toilet and bathtub were plugged they sent two guys out and they couldn’t figure out the issue, they also left poopy water all over my bathroom floor, on my carpet going out the front door!They then sent another guy out David and his little crew! Fixed it immediately and were super professional! Respectful, talkative, and they also put a bag over their tools so they didn’t get poopy water all over 💪! If you go here ask for David and his crew!!!

We were in an urgent situation and I did not call Thrifty Rooter first and that was a mistake. The other company came out said it was one thing and were suppose to come back but didnt for TWO days. They STILL said it was not a clog but my septic tank or leach line. So I called Thrifty Rooter to empty my septic tank. He took one look and said it WAS a clog in the line. He not only called his guy to fix it but within 15 minutes he was there AND the clog cleared. I had them empty my septic tank since it was open anyway. He did a wonderful job and then gave me an education of septic tanks that was amazingly useful. Their price was very fair and it was a Saturday. Most companies add huge charges when its after hours. Very highly recommended.

Our sinks have been getting really bad over the last few years our landlord didnt want to take care of it so we called thrifty yesterday they made us an appointment for first thing the next morning, they were due between 9-11 they showed up at 9:30, the men were extremely nice and knowledgeable and he got right to work and in about an hour he had the drains cleaned out! They will be our go to plumber from now on and I would highly recommend there services!

Have used Thrifty Rooter for years and always get Ed to do our work. He has always done a great work on many different jobs. However I recently referred someone to them to remove an ice maker line and cap it off because it was no longer used.They were told they dont do that kind of work....so if you need a line like that serviced they arent the one to call, otherwise they are the company to go too!

3/14/18Thrifty Rooter worked their magic once again. Huge roots clogged up the toilet from the tree outside.Last week they also came out and had to snake the pipe on the roof, it connects to the washer and kitchen sink.__________________________________________Thrifty Rooter has been coming out to our house for 6 years. We have issues with tree roots clogging our toilet up. BTW we rent, and if it was up to me the tree would be gone. Theyre fast, funny, polite, always going the extra mile to make sure theyve done their job right.One guy a few years back even came out on his day off to fix a broken pipe that burst in our garage. Every 2-4 months they come out snake the pipe on the roof, pull the toilet up to get the roots out, unclog the sink, and tub. Ed, Jack, Jerry, Mark, and AZ, all are great to get the job done.Weve had emergencies late at night and a few early mornings. Instead of getting an answering machine, and leaving a messages. We spoke to someone right away, and within in a few mins they had someone here to fix our problem.Everyone that weve spoken to at the call center are nice and friendly. If the plumber is running late, we get a call explaining whats going on, and how long itll be. I like the fact, we get those calls instead of waiting around for hours not knowing whats going on, and when they might show up.Mark even fixed my gate that had a lose screw, so my pup wouldnt get out.

My office had an issue with our toilet on a Saturday, which is our busiest day of the week. Matt, went over and above and worked on it until it was fixed. He did not give up and after hours of working on trying to fix the issue, he went and got more line and ultimately got our toilets working again. He could of said enough is enough and gave up but he didnt, he seen that we needed our bathroom working to operate our business.
