    Called about a leak in the line to the dishwasher at our church. Richard and Trevor arrived in less than 30 minutes and had the issued rectified very quickly.I appreciate the customer service, from Breanna who took my call to Richard and Trevor who I met in person.     The Plumbing Doctor installed a tankless water heater in our home last year and we also saved up for a whole house water filtration system for our very hard well water. Last Monday David from The Plumbing Doctor came to the house and gave us the job estimate and three days later our filtration system was installed. Both systems are a superb additions to our home and are working excellent. David is a real asset to the company. He is very professional, trustworthy and really knows his stuff. He went over and above to make sure our system was properly installed and even did little extra stuff to make it look beautiful. I am a 74 year old woman and he patiently answered all my questions and went over everything he did and even instructed me on how to maintain the filters. He is honest and thoughtful and has well deserved pride in his work. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Thank you David and The Plumbing Doctor team.

    The Guys from Plumbing Do tor (Paul and Mike)were great. When they open the boxed sink that I had got from a big box store,we found that with no damage to the box ,the sink inside was broken and unable to be used. This is where they went above and beyond. They waited as I called the store for a replacement that I could exchange and go pick up ,they then flip their work day around to give me time to go pick it up(30 minutes both ways) and then came back at the end of the day and installed it, so that with a house full of kids. I would not be without a kitchen sink overnight. They were great at getting it in and it look fantastic. They also very kind to my kids and answers their many questions. I am now look forward to having them come again for the next remodel (2 bathrooms).Moving on to the next upgrade.Paul as always did a great job. I had a glitch and they were back out here the same day I called to show me my user error and get it and me back up and running. Thanks Guys

    I have to say a HUGE thank you to David. He was amazing. My whole overall experience was incredible. I was dealing with a clog and I was able to get an appointment within an hour of calling. From the phone call, to in person overall the best customer service I had ever dealt with. David kept up to date with me, explaining to me what was getting done.     I cannot recommend this service enough. Richard and Paul saw my plight on Facebook concerning our ability to not locate a cleanout port and ended up calling the team same day to help me out. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on a service that a local plumbing company our American Home Shield had sent out. It went from a 4-5K dollar major project the other company was trying to sell me to less than a $200 simple snake cleanout.I was stressing so much and days went days without plumbing, so I am a forever customer of The Plumbing Doctor. If you have ANY issue, they should be your first call!!

    The follow up on the job was superb.I understand that sometimes, it takes time to gather all the right items. In my case, there was a tankless water heater, proper piping (and additional electrical) required.     I reached out to Plumbing Doctor because my bathtub was not draining. This had been an ongoing problem since I purchased my house two years ago. I explained that I had another company come out and unclog the drain a few months ago, but the problem continued. Paul, the technician, identified that the old cast iron pipes under the tub needed to be replaced with plastic pipes. After accepting an extremely fair quote, Paul got started the next morning. A few hours later, they were done and my tube is draining perfectly. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, determined the root of my issue, and provided a long-term solution.     We had a leaky inlet for hot water at our kitchen sink. Not bad but something we didnt want to let sit too long.     I highly recommend the Plumbing Dr. I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called at 8:30am and they told me they had an opening between 12 and 2pm. David called me around 10:30am and said he could be there in 10 min. I left work and he was there just after I got home. He unclogged the drain in about 15 min. Did it without making a big mess and cleaned up what littke he made. David was very friendly and professional. He put booties on to protect our floors and even had booties on the wheels of the power snake. Thank you for the outstanding service.

David Suarez made sure to explain in detail what the issues are and what to look for in the future. Gave us different options on how to fix some of our problems.     Called because we couldnt get the main to our house shut off so my husband could fix the shower. Within an hour David and Nathan were here for a free quote when other places wanted 49.95 to come give a quote. They were reasonably priced and explained it to us. Replaced all the pipes surrounding the main gateway valve and the sprinkler shutoff valve within a couple hours. We called them back the next day when we realized the shower was not as easy to fix as we expected. They were here. Fixed it. And left it clean like they were never here. Highly recommended.

    I contacted the Plumbing Doctor at 7:47am and spoke with the owner who assured me he would have someone call me back in 15 min. At 7:56am I received a call from a lovely lady, Brianna. Who set up an appointment for me between 8am - 10am. The techs (Richard and Paul) arrived around 815am or so. They asked me questions and immediately knew what to do. They gave me a quote and got to work. They were, prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They completed the job from start to finish in less than an hour or so.     We are careful about what goes down our kitchen sink but it completely stopped draining...dishes started piling up...on a weekend! Called Plumbing Doctor and got a 6PM appointment. Richard and trainee Paul finished early and called us to ask if they could come over and they arrived 3 hours ahead of schedule. Richard and Paul are a stellar team and explained the issues and solution as they proceeded step by step to clear the drain. Richard explained why my internet maintenance solution was insufficient and how to supercharge it to avoid blocked sinks in the future. They are very professional and happy to share their expertise.     I needed the pipe to my water meter fixed and my water heater fixed.. two separate leaks. Ladies in the office scheduled a same day appointment. They gave me a two hour window.     My wife and I recently bought a new gas range for our kitchen and needed to have the gas hookup moved so that the range could be pushed back against the wall. I was told they would be at my house between 10 and Noon the following day.The next day, Ron and Jess arrived 15 minutes early, which I appreciated. Wasnt forced to wait around for two hours. They gave me a very good quote and told me they could do the job right then. I didnt have to schedule another appointment. The work was done in about an hour and they did a great job. They were both very friendly and helpful. Im glad I called Plumbing Doctor and will certainly do it again.

The plumber gave me his diagnosis and we scheduled for repair just two days later. Tanis and Marco fixed the leak and did a great job on patching the hole and even texurized it. No more leak!     I have done business with this company for drain line clogs a few times now, and I have signed up for their customer care program for discounts and priority service. Yesterday I discovered that our kitchen sink line had a clog that was beyond the P Trap and called to schedule a service call. They were very busy and it was only two sinks and the dish washer that were backed up because they are on the opposite side of the house from everything else, so I agreed to a next day appointment. Today, I had to be at work, so my wife had to deal with the plumber. I was surprised when I saw that we had been charged $235 for snaking the pipe, which had been a service I paid $98 for in the past, so I called the company. I had to call twice before I received a return call. Ron explained that because he ran the snake through the sink line instead of the clean-out, it cost more, although it should have been less than what we were charged because he did not take into account the customer care membership at the time of service. I argued that the extra charge was ridiculous for the level of service required and that he could have gone through the clean-out anyway. He did not agree with me but did agree to adjust the charge to keep my future business. All other times Ive dealt with them were simple and quick and I confirmed the cost before the service. In the future I will make sure that I speak with the plumber before the service is performed instead of allowing someone else to handle it.

I requested an AOSmith water heater. It took longer than expected because the water would not drain out due to all the settlement in the tank and because they had to buy a new part because of a leaking valve. They were courteous, efficient, and did not get mad when I turned on the hot water in the house. Ron said it was OK to turn on the cold water but I did not ask if it was OK to turn on the hot water. By turning on the hot water, water ran out since the pipe was not yet connected. I will be hiring them again to check on other plumbing issues

    Im giving the service that I received from the Plumbing Doctor a 5 Star rating! It was the best service Ive ever received by any service oriented company!! We had an emergency at 6:30 am and I remembered seeing one of their service vehicles in the area in the past, I looked them on the internet and called...the emergency operator was extremely pleasant and within 20 minutes I received a call from the technician. He said hed be here asap i asked what did that mean and he said approx. an hour...sure enough within that time he was here to address the problem. Ron the technician was extremely personable, courteous, efficient and extremely informative as to the companys one time fee for a service program; and how we could be able to save on a once a year free trouble shooting of plumbing concerns and a free video service to detect any broken lines etc. Also, on how we would be able to save on service calls and labor costs, which my wife and I have plans on taking advantage of after the first of the year!     They havent even done any work yet and they already get 5 stars. Why? Because they called me back after a devastating financial blow with our gas line within our house. My dad died 2 years ago from a heart attack in his sleep and my mother is currently dealing with stage 4 breast cancer. She has two tumors in her brain, tumors on her liver, and shes on borrowed time. But when I called PG&E the guy said there was a leak, and that he was turning off the line. The PG&E guy apologized profusely but I understood. I called another company in the area who wanted to charge $30 just to talk to us, and so I called the Plumbing Doctor. The man came out and he was super nice as well as honest with us. When he told me the cost I was floored, broken, devastated. I apologized for wasting his time and thanked him for his visit. He called back a short time later to say they would help us out while providing us with a financing option that works perfectly. I work really hard, over 40 hours a week, but my income goes to taking care of my mom. I do not really have extra cash laying around for something like this. But these guys understood this and are helping the very best way they can, which is a way that helps immensely. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     We had a catastrophic gas failure at the worst possible time. PG&E shut off our gas and there we were. We called a half dozen others who just couldnt come see us. Thank God for Ron [and his son Elisha] who stopped by on their way home from a long day. The problem was worse than we thought and we were without gas for 3 days [City Permits, etc], but when it was all done the cost was a 1/3 of what we were afraid it would be [it could have been that much, but we got lucky]. At least they were upfront and told us the first night the worst case scenario. Sticker shock hurts, but not as much as a big surprise you werent expecting. This time we paid what we expected, and were glads to do it. Unconditionally recommended.
