Jose Rodriguez and Angel Torres did an excellent job. They were very professional, prepared, knowledgeable and all around nice guys. They walked us through the new technology, and made it very easy for our whole family to use.

These guys are very accommodating! I have an old house with a tight crawl space and they’ve had one of their technicians crawl under to inspect twice now. Very knowledgeable and good value for the money! Luis and Joseph recently did a great job on their visit and provided in-depth explanations. Joseph did more work later on, re-fitting a hose bib from underneath the house to the outside—everything looks solid! Previously, they were also able to find my water main within a reasonable amount of time.

I was in need of some plumbing help and called Huft Home Services. They got me in the next day, and sent out Sonny to take a look at what I needed. I could tell in the first few minutes that Sonny really knew what he was talking about and felt comfortable with his assessment of my needed fix. Sonny was very personable and had a great attitude and knowledge. Will def be calling back for future work. Update: Sonny came back to fix my problem once parts all came in, he did a fantastic job and explained everything clearly. Great quality work at a very fair price.

Manuel (Manny) came out for a plumbing inspection (a service I wasn’t aware of when I signed up for the Huft Membership) and made everything so easy to understand. He was able to answer all of my questions and was able to provide recommendations in a tiered system (urgent versus can-wait-on) which was really helpful. I appreciated the authenticity and honesty, qualities that are often not seen in industries like this. I never felt pressured to buy anything and I became thankful for the level of information he was able to provide for a relatively new homeowner.Anthony also came out for an electrical inspection and I’m glad he did! He was able to walk me through possible repairs and upgrades that not only would make my home safer but more eco-friendly as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He made sure to take into account what was feasible for my budget when providing different quotes.I had an extremely positive experience with both of them and look forward to doing future business with Huft. I will be personally requesting both Manny and Anthony for anything plumbing- or electrical-specific.

From the start, their service designer Glenn Richards answered questions that I had technical that the other vendors were a little under knowledgeable about or stated what I had to say about air flow., wasn’t a issue.The Huft Team on the HVAC Installation did a great job on the removal and installation of the new system. Their main person went through the step by step process that occurs once a new system is in stalled, inspections by other parties to pass the permit stage of the replacement system.Being a person, as my self in the customer service industry, I will say that the Huft Team of installers is well briefed on knowledge on what the project entails.Mike Biagini

I had a leak that sprung on my water heater. I called Huft and they were at my house within the next 45 minutes. They fixed the leak very quick and were did a complete inspections on my water heater before they left. This was the best experience I ever had with this sort of service! They politely introduced themselves and walked me thru what they were going to do, diagnose the issue, and presented me solutions and additional protection to some areas that may need protection. Also, they informed me on membership, the services Huft provide, scheduled future appointments on certain things I have concerns on. All and all, they’re awesome!

I called to ask for a diagnostic on my AC that wasnt working and they were the only company that offered a waived diagnostic fee if we chose their services. They had someone come out the next day (today) the technician Gabriel called and said he could be here earlier than the quoted time which worked out great. He was friendly and explained everything that was wrong and what he recommended. He installed a new motor same day and now we finally have a working AC again! No more dreaded hot house. Will definitely be using Huft again

After replacing wax rings on both of my relatively new toilets, I kept having issues connecting the tank to the bowl as water kept dribbling down the tank bolts. (The parts were new, yet the universal kind.) Anyway, my dad ordered me two new American Standard tank kits (tank gasket, bolts, etc.) and I called Huft Services to undo the work I did and re-do that part of the toilet install with the new AS parts. Manuel showed up on-time and was very quick, friendly, professional and diligent. He made sure both of my toilets no longer leak again. I am very satisfied in the work that he performed and confident that my toilets should never be a problem again...unless *I* for some reason go messing with it. :-)

We’d just past our warranty, we had an ac unit installed, and realized there was a leak!!! As it’s now the wet season it was especially concerning. So we called up Huft. It went a little something like this;Us: hey guys I think there may be a problem with our ac unit. We seem to have a leak of some sort.Huft: let’s see when we can get a tech out there(a day and a half was all it took). Since your past your warranty it’ll be a $$ cost, possibly more if….Us: ok, send ‘em out.Our tech was wonderful. Didn’t mind our very barky doggos. Located the problem. Spoke with us about the problem and how he could fix it. He fixed it, noted the account that it was a problem on their end and how it was addressed. Then made sure to communicate to us what to look for if for some reason the ‘fix’ didn’t work.Huft has been nothing short of amazing to us. Thank you to all our Huft hero’s!

Joseph’s communication was on point from his first text to the last phone call since I was not on site. he completed the task, left the area clean and discussed the nature of the blockage and offered a solution to fix the problem. We were very satisfied with our experience with Huft!!! I NEVER write reviews, but this job was done so well that I felt I had to!! We hired Huft to replace our sewer line and water line. They took 1 day to dig the trenches, 1 day to remove the old pipe and install the new, and 1 day to work with the city to complete inspection, carry away old pipe, cover trench and clean the area. We asked them to come back and level out the area a little better, and they were happy to and did that the next day. Their price was great—nearly half the price of 2 other competitors we got quotes from! Their team was friendly and easy to talk to and ask any questions I had. All the team was nice to my daughter who has autism and loves to watch and talk with the workers. Ray was the leader of the group and kept me informed of the progress throughout the whole job. He always called or texted with any updates. The team even moved our family’s huge play structure and moved it back when the job was done. (Another company we got a quote from said they could not move it!) We we’re so happy with the job Huft did that my dad hired them again to do another job on one of his rental properties. I anticipate that any work we need done in the future, we will choose Huft!

I placed a call for urgent Plumbing services at 10:54 am and following my explanation of issue was quickly scheduled fir same day service. First level of service during initial call was excellent. The Service Supervisor, Ray Valles IV called back at 11:11 to inform me he was on his way and gave me the anticipated arrival base on maps. Not only did Ray show up in record time, he was courteous, personable, did not up charge for the urgent service request and showed care and concern about our situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Huff to family, friends and neighbors and would request Ray again.

Fidel was really helpful and transparent about what was going on with my heater. He showed me video of every step of what he was doing and gave me options when we determined I was going to need a new motor. The work got done the same day and my house isnt cold anymore. It was a great experience from the get-go! The Office responded quickly with setting up an appointment to speak with a Sales Technician. Before he arrived we were introduced to him through a text about him and his career and family. Trevor Gannon was relaxed and interested in our needs. He took all the time that was needed to answer all of our questions, and to explain what we did not understand. He was thorough with taking in all that was needed for a great installation for the size of our home and the problems we were having with our present system. We had gained a great deal of informtion by checking out rated systems on Consumer Report as well as the BBB for history of HVAC companies and complaints. Huft Home Services checked out well in those catagories. We felt we could truly trust Trevor but let him know that we wanted to get other bids as well. He did not pressure us further and left with a great attitude although he did not get the sale at that time. When we made our decision and contacted him again, he was so helpful in walking us through the next steps as well as just 10 minutes on the phone to set up financing. He then contacted us by text in a short time and set up the installation date, just two days away!!!!! We thought it would be weeks. The Installation team (Justin, Chinda & Kris) that came out for the install were amazing. They worked so well together, no bad language, great attitudes (even when some of it was a challenge because of the builders 2003 of our home). It was a long day for them (9 hours) but they got it all done in one day. We awoke to a quiet running furnace and a warm home this morning. And it wasnt as financially painful or exhausting for us as our fears were when we started the process. Thank you Huft!

Fidel came by for our tune up. He took a ton of pics and gave us the low down on our system. Our system was original to our home (1986) and we totally understood, really in need of replacement. The system has been working, but with many safety concerns and it is NOT energy efficient at all. Fidel provided us a very competitive bid and we decided to move forward with an agreement to install a new HVAC system. Fidel was very knowledgeable and polite and we looking forward to having an awesome experience when they install our new HVAC in July. We will review our final experience with Huft after the install but as of right now we are extremely satisfied.
