We were able to get a technician to come out the same day we called. They gave us a service window of 1 to 3. When the technician was 45 minutes away- they gave us a call. Our technician, Oscar R. was very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and was able fixed our hot water heater. And the charge was very reasonable.

Oscar, is the most polite, attentive to my concerns, person Ive ever had as far as maintenance Ive had. Ive lived here 40 years. I cant give him too many stars. Also, Earls plumbing. Top quality, albeit not cheap, but I dont want cheap products that are going to fail me a few years down the road. I highly recommend them!

Oscar was professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. Furthermore he’s very down to earth. At one point he had a question about the drainage on the water softener near a power junction box and called his supervisor to confirm the location of drainage. Im not saying it was cheap but it was fast and easy and I cant say it would have been cheaper somewhere else since there was no need to try someone else.

So happy I found Earls Performance Plumbing Co. Excellent service from the initial call, to the actual arrival of 2 very professional plumbers. These 2 gentlemen were on time and did exactly what I asked them to do, above and beyond my expectations. They replaced 3 hose bibs, trenched a new water line to relocate and installed a 3rd hose bib. Professional from start to finish. Appreciated their help! The final bill was quite reasonable as well.5 ***** rating!

At my rental house Ryan fixed the plumbing under kitchen sink and installed a new faucet. Plus I did an extra cost of a 1 year maintenance agreement which I think it was good to pay for especially for a rental so plumbing can be inspected by professional plumber and to flush and service water heater and to be more of a priority call. As a landlord at times im not available, Its a good piece of mind to have things maintained and to have a good plumber on call. My renters had a lot of good things to say about Ryan. Very good experience. I found my go to plumbing company to call for any plumbing needs.

Oscar the technician who came second time to fix the issue was very professional and brought back my faith to the plumbing company . He diligently addressed the leakage. Very good job.Overpriced. Started with the quote of $278 and then when they started work it increased to $577. Changed the valve telling that this was the problem, but after change said that problem is with irrigation. Unnecessarily change cost me additional $300 dollars. Did not complete the work to my satisfaction. Do not hire.

So far, so good. This was a visit to our place to create a bid for the job to be done. Earls showed up when expected (actually, a little earlier) and went straight to it! Ive already received the written bid! Lately, weve been experiencing lots of companies showing up the next day or not at all when an appointment with them has been made. So this was a definite plus!

Excellent service. Called ~ 6:00 PM on Friday evening. Got answering service, as expected. Jose called me back shortly. Said someone would call Sat. morning and they did (water well completely non functional). Steve (office manager) said Oscar would be there between 1 & 3PM Saturday. Arrived at 2PM. Analyzed problem and repaired with new parts he had in service truck in approx one hour. Expensive but well worth it. Everything is expensive these days. Very professional company with friendly, competent and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them!!

Four (4) stars because we normally love working with Earls, however the last 2-3 jobs with us have been either incomplete or there was no communication with us at all...none. I can understand not having parts to complete the job at hand or running across an issue that requires more time or an extra technician to help, but this needs to be communicated with us! Not just leave a quick summary with the resident (who are seniors and may not remember what it was that the tech told them OR further stress them out) and then leave without updating either management or maintenance.

I made an appointment to have a Rep come to my house and assess my faulty water heater. He showed up exactly on time. Earlier in the morning my day was planned around removing my dishwasher to make it easier for the Contractor coming to remove all kitchen countertops. It all came to a halt because the water valve under the sink was not shutting off the line leading to the dishwasher. In no time at all, the Rep brought his tools in, got under the sink and changed out the damaged valve! My plan to remove Dishwasher was now back on track! Over time the shut off valves under the sink in the master bedroom had shown signs of an occasional drop of water. He offered to change out both valves! When we finally got around to talking about the water heater, he was amazed that heater was still functioning after 17 years!! He quoted to remove and install a new Unit. I had 2 quotes from other companies. Earl’s price was considerably lower than the others. Not only a great price for the Heater, but the total labor and material cost of the replacement shut off valves, was discounted considerably!! Overall, this was the absolute greatest service call I have ever received.from any company.

I called Earl’s to help with a persistent toilet clog ahead of my mother visiting from out of state. They were able to schedule a visit for the next day, and the technician (Oscar) even came early. He was friendly & accommodating with my-year-old who wanted to watch the entire process, and was able to clear the clog.A week later the clogging issue returned so I called Earl’s back. Again, they scheduled a visit for the next day, and once again called two hours early to see if it was ok that the technician (Zack) come early. This time it was recommended that the toilet be pulled to see if the blockage was accessible from underneath. A half-dozen sticks were discovered (which my 4-year-old confessed to flushing when he was a baby).Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable. In between visits I also received a phone call to inquire about my satisfaction with the first. As long as I’m in the area I will continue to use Earl’s.

Jose was a very good representative of his company. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When we scheduled this appointment the lady would not give us a quote. Your website mentions a senior discount. Zack and Esteban came over to my my mothers house to correct an issue which was going to be a so-called quick clean out of a certain fixture. Turned out to be a lot more work and they did everything they could to accommodate my mother to make sure that she had her plumbing working properly during this heat. They did everything within the time allotted for the original issue and to prevent higher cost of repair and get things working the way it needed to be done until we can make a choice on further repairs. Both men did a great job and provided me confidence that every time I call Earls Plumbing I get somebody that at least knows what theyre doing and on top of that, which I think is more important is they do care about the customer. They helped my mother out a lot and Im grateful.Update 12/5/24... Ryan came out again for another issue that was found during a prior inspection at my mothers home. He spent over an hour there and did not charge a penny which was his decision and I greatly appreciated that because he tried to fix what couldnt be fixed and left the door open to have him come out and properly repair it with a new plumbing fixture. Another company told us the day prior that we would need a new water heater, yet Oscar worked on it for about 15 min. got the pilot light lit! There was no charge !!
