We purchased a home in the York area a year ago and weve repeatedly relied on Wilbur Henry Plumbing for our plumbing and HVAC needs. They recently replaced our 20 year old AC and furnace over a two day period. Their technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, and price was a fair market price. Id highly recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC needs.

Awesome people, the person scheduled my appointment was great. Took time to listen to my problem and had a service tech out the same day. The service tech very knowledgeable and fix the issue, also explained what cause it. I will definitely call them again.

The receptionist was very nice and understood the urgency of my situation. Fortunately they were able to squeeze an appointment in the same day. The plumber did an excellent job of explaining everything to me, getting the pipes unclogged, and replaced a portion of pipe in my basement. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

We woke up without heat and I immediately made a call to Wilbur Henry Plumbing and Heating. I was greeted by their friendly answering service. They took my information and immediately at opening, I received a call to schedule an appointment. Jesse was my our mechanic, and he called me to let me know he was on his way. He was fantastic, very professional, friendly, and polite. I will be definitely be using this service for any future needs and would recommend other to do the same. Thank You Jesse

We had Wilbur’s Plumbing to my dad’s home in Mechanicsburg (Larry Nelson) this week for routine maintenance on his central air unit. We were able to schedule them quickly. They go thru a huge list of items they check off as part of their maintenance service.Dad has a maintenance package with Wilbur’s, and this has worked out well for him. They come out twice a year for maintenance. They change the filters, check for worn parts, test everything, clean, etc.Ask for their technician Joe. He knows what he is doing and is very nice.

We are several weeks into the install of the new central air unit. From the day we were given a quote and our first experience with this company was excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable.The day of the install went smoothly. Our A/C unit is working wonderfully in this extreme heat.They come with my highest re commendations. I called Wilbur Henry Plumbing at 2:12 this afternoon about a water pressure problem. Brad came over within 15 minutes, already knew what part to bring (pressure relief valve) after talking with me on the phone, installed the new valve, set the water pressure, wrote out the bill, and was on his way to another job by 3:10pm. I dont think Ive ever had service that fast. Price was reasonable and service was top notch !! Brad is a very experienced plumber and worked very fast even while we were talking. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

They are fast, reliable and reasonable. I had a water heater and expansion tank installed. I had a flood in my basement which knocked out my new water heater. They came twice to relight it because I was having trouble and only charged me for the 2nd call. Always polite when I call and so are the men who come out to do the service.

Awesome... We had a busted copper water line in a real tight crawl space. Mike, the guy who came over had a real positive attitude about the whole thing and was able to get it all fixed in about an hour. Thought we were looking $100s for the job considering how hard it was to get to, but when he handed me the invoice it was way less then expected. Very competent, fast friendly service... definitely happy to use/recommend these guys again...

Ive relied on Wilbur Henry for both my home and business multiple times over the years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them, the service is great, pricing is always fair and they are usually quicker to arrive than I expect during the winter season. One year they even came out to my business Christmas day when the heat quit and the price was very reasonable.

Their workmanship is exceptional, the pricing rates are economical and will compete with any other plumbers in the area. I have never had any experiences with them other than 5++++ stars (off the chart). I cant say enough about them. Call them and once you are a customer you become their family and that will be the last of your Plumbing, Heating & AC worries!

Needed a leaky pipe fixed and a gas line bonded. They took the time to diagnose and be sure what was needed and quickly executed. I fully expected to pay double what I did for the work performed and still would have considered it a deal. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful and they will be my only call from here on out should the need arise.

I cant say enough good things about Wilbur Henry Plumbing. 2.5 years ago, had an expansion tank hanging off my hot water heater explode when the valve on the tank failed. I had gallons and gallons of water flood that second floor utility closet, as well as flood down into the first floor.Wilbur Henry had a plumber out 24 hours later the l next afternoon to install a new expansion pack. The entire bill came to just a little less than $300, which is an incredibly low price.This morning, I discovered that my double kitchen sink was stopped up and wasnt draining and had a small leak undern sink. Wilbur Henry was able to message their plumbers, and one of their plumbers - Brad - was able to arrive 1 hour later. Brad unclogged the sink and fixed the leak.I am so appreciative of the work Wilbur Henry does. Thank you!

Our furnace went out the night before the coldest day of the year. I called Wilbur Henry. They have a 24 hour answering service and an on call technician. The technician (Chad) got back to us quickly and was there in less than 2 hours. He quickly discovered the issue, and showed us what needed to be replaced. He didnt have the item on his truck but called around to the other technicians to see if they had it, and was able to find it. He drove across town to pick it up and was back within 2 hours to finish the job. He even managed to get pur system running in a reduced state until he was able to get back. Service like this on a Sunday over a holiday weekend...Wilbur Henry made a lifelong customer today!
