We hadn’t had heat in 5 days, our usual vendor was not available for another week. I called Regal and spoke to Alexis, who was understanding of our needs and very personable. To me that’s important when someone is reaching out to a company for business. Brad arrived with another young man (I forgot his name) on schedule (7:15a) and kept me informed every step of the way. They had my hear up and running in less than hour! I will definitely be a returning customer. See y’all in September for a fall cleaning!

I called for service on a holiday knowing they were not working that day. I left a message with my problem and asked for return phone call they called me early the next day. I had never done business with them before but they went out of their way to help me. I had a new hot water heater installed by noon that day and was able to get a hot shower by 2:00 that afternoon.the service technician was very courteous and explained everything as he was doing it. I will call them when I need service again.

Randy and his partner were really good. They seemed very knowledgable.The replacement registers were next on the list. Upon their closer inspection, the registers were working well and did not need to be replaced. That type of honesty is to be commended. Hopefully they will also work on my next plumbing project (Installing an additional shower).

Their service people have always been outstanding and being flexible with payments make, what is usually an ill- timed heating/ ac/ plumbing emergency, less stressful. Working with Regal was stress free to complete our whole home repiping. Starting with working with Greg the plumbing manager, who came to provide our free estimate. Greg provided his personal phone number and responded to my wife’s text and calls every time to her satisfaction. Brandon and Forrest were our plumbers and they did great! They were efficient and took their time to come up with a game plan to work efficiently. The other great thing about Regal is their pricing includes replacing the drywall and making it paint ready, which was not included in the estimate for another company. The drywall replacement is scheduled to start tomorrow, and I’m sure it’ll be great! We would highly recommend!

I put in a email request last night through their website. Kim called me back this morning and said they could have some come out this morning. Dustin and Justin were the 2 technicians who showed up. They were on time and explained the issue throughly. They had to run to the shop for part but they completed the job in a timely manner. They fixed 2 issues for me. 1. My hot water heater was leaking water. What started out as a small puddle turned into a large puddle. 2. My kitchen sink has slowly stopped draining over the last month or so. Both issues were resolved in about an hour not counting the time they had to run to the shop. Highly recommend Regal!

Made an appt 3 weeks ago. They called almost weekly because they had spots open to get me in sooner and unfortunately my schedule just didn’t match. But they tried and I appreciate that. My service was done today 11/18/24. They were punctual, friendly and even handled my crazy chihuahua. My hvac unit was fixed and he even explained to me some information on the part. All around, great experience and highly recommend and will be using them in the future. Wanted to add, I belief it was Brad that worked on our unit today. Super nice and friendly!

I had submitted an inquiry through their online request form. I received a response quite promptly about an hour after submitting the request for service. Customer service and onsite technician were very friendly and informative of the entire process. Even the communication of the appointment scheduling along with when the service technician was arriving onsite were comfortably frequent. Lastly, the technician arrived within the scheduled time period and was very respectful. I would highly recommend Regal Plumbing, Heating and A/C for anyone. Since service was so good with my Furnace Im already scheduling a second visit for plumbing.

Our neighbor referred us to Regal. Needed new toilet and shower drain snaked in downstairs bathroom, that has really only been used for laundry in the last few years. Spoke with Kim who was helpful, informative and transparent about pricing etc. Text updates provided and Kas arrived at our home promptly on 12/6. Two glitches occurred that Kas handled without any issues. First, had ordered toilet with round bowl (due to size of bathroom and washer/dryer being there as well) elongated installed. Round toilet seat in the truck. After I saw that elongated was fine, Kas quickly went to exchange toilet seat. Second, shower drain required more snaking than expected and Kas had to get more powerful machine to assist. I appreciated him dealing with these issues patiently and efficiently, and the same day!

Regal has been amazing from the start! Our interaction started with them when we called to have them check our AC as our electrical bill was through the roof. They came out the next morning and was able to address the initial issue. We then found out the next day that there was something else wrong that we didn’t know due to the original broken parts. They had someone out within a few hours on a Saturday to address the new issue. Which lead to us having to replace our entire AC unit and our furnace (our systems were very old to begin with ). My first initial call to them was on a Thursday afternoon and by the following Wednesday the entire system was replaced. So within less than a week’s time they were able to have multiple services and a full replacement. We did have competing quotes but Regal’s knowledge, customer service, and quick responses to all our call won them the job. We highly recommend! Thank you to Amanda, Trey, Brandon, Josh and Reagan for making this as painless as possible!

I had an issue with my furnace over night. I called the office this morning after they opened. The very nice young lady that answered the phone was able to schedule a tech to come out today. Brandon listened to what was going on did a quick inspection said that it needed a new nozzle and filter change. He gave me a price in which included the service call. He was able to do the service get the furnace running as it should. Very please with the service and professionalism. Thank you.Update:My first furnace service as part of the service plan. Brad the oil service technician came out this morning as scheduled. He changed the changed the filter, nozzle checked over the entire furnace. He suggested the exchanger to be cleaned. An extra $80.00 over the plan with discount. Definitely agreed it needed to be done. He did a great job explaining everything as he did it. He cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend them. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Earlier today I was very unhappy with my service, but then Regal reached out to me and apologized and promised to send a different tech out if I had any more issues. They also canceled the service fee for today. That is good customer service so I am revised my 1 star review to a 5 star review.I was charged to get the trap clean out of my main sewer line.Then the next time I run the washing machine, the line is backed up again. Now the guy tells me that it was clogged before the trap so I have to pay for the whole service all over again. Shouldnt that be checked the first time around and you clean the whole line?

He accurately diagnosed the problem and with a minimum of parts he ingeniously quieted the noise significantly and within a matter of a few minutes, the job was done The technician was professional courteous Knowledgeable and double checked everything before leaving. I am very pleased to have Regal as my Plumbing “Go To” I highly recommend them-best insurance ever.

I was super stoked to have my new A/C unit installed since we had no A/C this season. Eric showed up early, and by himself. I almost didnt think I was going to have A/C by the end of the day. Eric is a work horse! This man had the new evaporator coils system in place and the old one ripped out by 0830. The new condenser in place and hooked up by 1100. Then it was just tieing up loose ends. He took time to answer questions, show me how to maintain my new system, and still continue to do what he needed to finish up. Eric is very professional, extremely knowledgable in his field, and one of the hardest workers Ive had the pleasure to meet in a long time. Regal, Eric is a huge asset to your company. I will continue to have Regal service my system for as long as I live here. I have yet to meet anyone from this company that isnt extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Converted traditional water heater to a tankless system. Technician performing annual HVAC maintenance noticed problem with hot water tank that was next to the AC unit being serviced and informed us. After finishing the thorough AC service he gave us an estimate that we accepted the next day (after we were able do research on what Regal was offering and comparing it with like products from other brands and against going with a traditional tank heater). Regal installed the new system on the second business day after we accepted the offer. The team showed up and placed floor coverings. They explained what they were going to do and basic operations of the new system. They informed us of their progress and gave us recommendations as they went along. They completed the work, cleaned up, jointly inspected the work, and went over the operating principles and maintenance requirements of the system. Very pleased.

They performed a sewer line replacement on my neighbors house. While doing do, they damaged part of my line. They got a hold of me through my neighbor and informed me what happened and that they would fix it. The next day it was repaired. 2 days later my sewer line was backed up, running into my back yard. They were professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. I feel that they did a lot more than most would have done to get the clog open. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Max came out to service my furnace after I was having troubles with it for a few days.Regal was able to send someone out the day after I called, they were very professional throughout the entire process, and very informative. Max walked me through everything he was doing, everything I should fix now, and everything that he anticipates could go wrong in the future to keep an eye out on. I would highly recommend using Regal to anyone that would need their services, and I will certainly be using them again.

Regal tech came out to repair a pressure relief valve on our boiler that was leaking. After replacing several faulty valves and a thermostat, the system works well. I am pleased with the speed and expertise with Brad. He did great work.
