Rocky, I am pleased with the electric heat pump system that was installed. Rodney who installed the unit was very good on answering all my questions,very polite, and very knowledgeable. also Jose the electrician was a bonus to the job. you should be very proud of having such good men on your team.

Very honest and professional, the team did a great job and worked very hard doing a new boiler and hot water tank install, also helped with an unforeseen plumbing issue the same day. Rocky and his team genuinely care about the customers needs and wellbeing. Highly recommend this company.

Extremely reasonable prices compared to other companies in the area (received some hugely inflated quotes prior) and no pressure from Rocky to commit to a proposal unlike some other companies in the area who were just too pushy.. especially regarding installation of the ductless mini split system. Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. They completed the work in 2 days and did an absolutely amazing job ,we are extremely pleased with the system ( and our lower gas bill of course !) and will be calling on Fresolo Plumbing without question for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Cant say enough.

I’m so happy. R. Fresolo Plumbing and Heating supplied and installed a new gas steam boiler in my home. They were top-notch, professional, efficient, pleasure to deal with. They installed and piped it perfectly. When it’s cold outside, my house is warm, cozy, quiet. They know steam! I highly recommend R. Fresolo Plumbing and Heating.

Had been without heat & hot water for weeks waiting on another company that kept postponing the job, called Fresolo & I had heat & hot water within a matter of days because I needed a whole new system in which I knew of, Darren & Rodney came & spent the whole day working nonstop to install a new system & very professional, very clean about the job & I can honestly say the nicest guys I have ever had work in my home. I would call them again in an instant if need be. The Best.

We have used Rocky for installation of a new gas furnace and water heater and he work and professionalism were both excellent! He also helped out with two plumbing emergencies: once when we had some rotted pipes and water shut off and once when we had clogged pipes and sewer leakage. We were very pleased all three times and highly recommend this business!!!

Changed from oil to gas needed a whole new system. Rocky Fresolo and the men that work for him were very professional and courteous. Answered all the question and always explained what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. Darren & Rodney were very professional & very good at time management. Despite their boss constantly calling them, I heard the employee trying to explain the circumstances of the job to him. I noticed if the boss would stop calling, they could get a lot more done! They deserve his trust & should just leave them to their work! Great guys! 👍

I will always call them first and I know I can rely on their expertise in guiding me to the best decision for me and my family when it concerns our heating and plumbing needs. They are thorough, timely, and easy to work with. No hidden costs or extras are lurking in the dark with them. I got 3-4 quotes for a boiler and not only was Fresolo better, but guided us with rebates, insurance requirements, and best practices. Our house is safer, wiser, and better prepared for the NE weather because of them. Thanks guys.
