We’ve had two fantastic experiences with Domination Plumbing. Jeff is incredibly thoughtful and personable, taking the time to listen carefully to understand our issues and come up with quick and permanent solutions. They execute their work exceptionally well, ensuring minimal disruption to our finished basement.Our first issue was an outdoor spigot that had frozen the previous year and was leaking. We wanted to fix the outdoor problem and make the indoor shutoff much easier without causing any damage to the finished basement.Domination Plumbing had Jeff come on-site to inspect the situation and understand the problem. They provided us with a range of quotes for the inside work, including the installation of a high-quality, easy-to-reach shutoff inside and a frost-free spigot. They were transparent about the potential costs and complications, ensuring that we were well-informed.They quickly scheduled the work. Jeff came back to do the work, arrived on time, and was friendly and approachable throughout the process. He walked us through everything step-by-step, making sure we were completely satisfied with the work. It was an absolute relief to finally have this issue resolved after years of frustration.While he was here, he also took the opportunity to look at replacing a toilet upstairs, improving the shutoff and plumbing for the water feed, and installing a new bidet seat.Domination was equally impressive in handling this additional work. Jeff offered to come back and discuss options for the new toilet, suggesting models based on their experience and gathering quotes. After assisting us, they were unable to match the holiday end-of-year deals from Kohler Direct that we had found online. They had us order the toilet directly and scheduled the work for the time the new equipment arrived at our home.On the day of the bathroom installation, Jeff came back with another friendly and knowledgeable technician to complete the job. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality finish. Notably, they took the time to explain how to use the smart bidet seat, going above and beyond to provide comprehensive guidance. Very pleased on how simple this company handles such a big problem. A big boiler in one of my commercial properties there were able to source out and fix with electrical all in the same week. This system feeds 30 apartments so it wasn’t small and could get like a normal house. I do use them for all my rental multi families! I had a leak behind my finished basement wall, I needed someone ASAP, I called a few places, no one could come out and help me that day.I called Domination, they knew l needed help so they fit me in, they had someone at my home in about 45 minutes. The Tech was very friendly and professional, he had my leak fixed in no time. He also informed me of another issue that I had that he also took care of. Dom and Domination Plumbing were incredible to work with from the start. I had a project that involved them repairing a previously poor contracting job in my bathroom in a 275 year old home. They quickly diagnosed the problem by getting through the crawl spaces, then ripped up the floor and removed the vanity to install proper venting, drainage and ran new lines for a half bathroom. They have A+ communication, even better plumbers, and do exceptional work. Id recommend them to all my friends and family, and if you need any sort of plumbing work done, these are your guys!

We came home to a massive flood after a pipe burst in an upstairs bathroom. We called Domination plumbing and they set us up with a company to get the water out and manage the restoration process. The next morning Domination sent Andrew to fix the burst pipe. He also inspected each bathroom and made repairs to prevent future disasters. We had several repairs and upgrades made to the home as well as an installation of a water softener system. Andrew was very thorough with his explanations and made us feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable, and his work is very professional. Domination is a top-notch company from the professionalism of their staff to the quality of their work. We highly recommend them!

I lost heat in my second floor right before a very cold night. I contacted my heating oil supplier for repair. The service technician was supposed to call me back in 30 min but he never did. I called the oil supplier again in the morning and was told to call a plumber. After several phone calls, I was lucky enough to find Domination Plumbing and Heating who was willing to squeeze in a service visit to my house. As promised, Casey showed up with all the tools with him. He was so professional and knew what he was doing. Surely he fixed the problem quickly. He also checked other parts of the heating system to make sure nothing else was malfunctioning. He even purged the air out of the first floor heating system. Great job done. They installed the whole laundry room including the water pipes, gas line and a tub equipped with a pump with the drain out to sewer. Casey has now been out to my house twice to fix separate issues with our boiler. We called Dominic (who was recommended to us) to assist when the previous home owners DIY dishwasher plumbing nearly led to a flood. He showed up quickly, assessed the situation, and made it right. When our new machine arrived and I realized I couldnt put it in myself, I called again and he was at the house within an hour. The new machine was meticulously installed, with all packaging cleared away. He even set up the stove we had also had delivered, right down to removing all the packaging remnants and setting the clock. With an old house, the plumbing issues never seem to end. I feel better having found a reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced professional and will be keeping his number on the fridge for future plumbing woes!

I got to know Scott & Migel as they were at my downstairs neighbors/friends apt for awhile, due to our community getting a batch of faulty tanks. They came and fixed a terrible plumbing set-up in my kitchen and were even able to find an unused drainpipe to re-route my washing machine. It was miraculous to watch them untangle a thoughtless set-up and they fixed everything and provided great recommendation on how to clean it up, and fix the routing.They did a fantastic job at their craft and explaining everything to us along the way. I called Domination to remove a commercial grease trap from a kitchen that no longer needed it. Over several months we called a bunch of different plumbers, pipe fitters and waste management to clean out remove the grease trap and no one would take the job on. We just moved in a few weeks ago, and last Friday evening we discovered a collapsed backwater valve on the sewer line in our basement. The line was also backing up and seeping into our basement. I contacted a couple of plumbers Saturday morning to see who was available on the weekend and to get some quotes. Dominic was immediately available, asked me to text him some photos of the damage, and gave me a quote right away. He was able to come over that morning, and after assessing the extent of the repair explained what he recommended, and gave us updated quotes for each aspect of the job. We had him go ahead, and he dug the old valve out, replaced it, and filled in new concrete in no time at all. On his recommendation we had him go ahead and check the sewer line because of the backing up. Good thing, as there was a large obstruction, more than his equipment was able to handle. He subcontracts a specialist who came out the next morning and cleared a number of roots out of our line, and went well out into the street to make sure we were good to go. Plumbing repairs arent exactly cheap, but Dominic was very upfront about pricing and did a very professional job. We are especially grateful that he was able to come out on the weekend and take care of the situation for us. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Dominic.

Domination did 3 mechanical rooms in a 17,000sf house in Wellesley. It involved commercial 550,000btu boilers, a high pressure gas service with 5,000,000btu service, over 150 radiant loops. Stuff was Lochinvar, Veissmann, Grundfos, Tekmar, TACO, Viega. The other guys on the job and the GC who have done this work for the last 40 years on high end homes throughout New England said these guys are extremely good, and would love working with them on their projects in the future too. This is the top plumbing company right now, hands down.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I am new to the area and had an emergency with frozen pipes. They came almost immediately. Trying to assess the problem warned me it could end being very expensive but let’s see first. They were not looking to gauge a single woman out of money, the price ended up being so reasonable. Problem solved. The owner was in contact with me throughout updating me. My two technicians were so friendly and showed me what they were doing and explained everything. They told me how to prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend them, and call them immediately if service is ever needed in the future.
