Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with an electrician. We hired Mark to take care of several electrical tasks (running new wire, installing new fixtures, rewiring breaker box to name a few) and I’m so pleased with the work he’s done for us. He was communicative, fair, good value, and just an overall nice pleasant person to deal with. He was also very careful/tidy and didn’t cut into the walls more than what was necessary, which is always appreciated. I’ve been using True Quality Electric over the past couple of months to help repair, update and upgrade a variety of lighting and electric projects. Mark has repaired my front light pole, updated dimmer switches, replaced hardwired smoke alarms and track lighting, and is working with me on many other ongoing projects. He has been accessible, creative, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. One section of the house lost power. We checked the breaker box first and there was no problem there.The owner of True Quality Electric came by to check. He was able to find the source of the problem.The repair was done very quickly and our power was restored. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.

This company is great and Ill be using them for all my future electrical needs. Mark came to my house to install a new ceiling fan and did an excellent job. The price was very fair and he took the time to clearly explain my options. This job involved running a new wire and installing a fan box where none existed and somehow he managed to do this without damaging the drywall so there was nothing left to patch! If I wasnt impressed enough already, he even vacuumed the work area to make sure it was clean before leaving.
