After assessing the situation, they patiently explained the issue to me and then fixed it. They tested the system before and after. They both provided recommendations for other possible maintenance jobs that can be scheduled through the company. 2) The company receptors responds professionally 24/7! So, their availability, clear communication, and professional delivery is exemplary. I spoke to several staff there and they are nice, polite , and professional. Would I recommend them? BIG YES! 👍

We have had a maintenance contract with United Air Temp for many years. They have always been extremely professional and not tried to sell us unnecessary things that we don’t need. We have One repairman that comes out for the most part so we get to know them. We’ve purchased an air conditioning and a heating unit from them. Anytime we called they’ve been right out and have worked diligently to get something fixed as quickly as possible. I just recommended them to a friend of mine and I highly recommend them to you.

Our tech, Barry, was exceptional! He was punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable. He corrected the problem, which was a bathroom toilet, and ensured once fixed we had no additional leakage. He even snaked the pipe and checked it to be sure we had no plumbing issues behind the scene. My only gripe is that it 21 days from the request to complete the work. In the interim, we had a continual leak that occurred even when the water was shut off to the toilet. It took a friend to find it for us and fix it.Barry was quick and efficient. We are appreciative of his expertise.

The technician did a great job in fixing the bath tub faucet in the main master bathroom. I also ask him to check the noise that was coming from the toilet on 2nd floor half bath. He was able to fix that too. Luckily he did look at it because he said something was old and about to break which would have caused a leak. All is good. They came to fix one thing and ended up fixing two things during their service.

Our AC went out on Saturday and we put in an order on Monday for repair through American Home Shield. United Air Temp called and set up an appointment for us.Daniel came out and checked everything inside and out. We needed the fan motor replaced. Daniel explained exactly what he was going to do and what was covered through AHS. While he was replacing the motor he explained to me the new wiring and the age and possible potential problems we might face with our unit from 1995 and freon that is no longer made.He checked our freon levels and gave advice for future maintenance and upkeep.I am very pleased with the service we received today.

Josh from United Air Temp was one the best, HVAC technicians that I’ve me in years. Unfortunately I’ve had HVAC issues for the past couple if years, dealing with home warranty companies and shotty technicians that try to scam me with lying, getting more money out of me, completely misdiagnosing the problem, or lying to the warranty company to sell me new HVAC replacements on the side.Josh, was like night and day. No hidden agenda from the start, straight professionalism and to the point; his troubleshooting skills were on another level compared to about 8 companies I’ve had to deal with in 2 years. Josh took his time but was not slow, while others wanted always just to rush and leave. He showed me exactly what the problem was, with pictures and explained the different solutions.The United Air Temp company rep also reported the issue very promptly to the warranty company where others usually take 24 to 48 hours to do so just to send a report with incorrect information.Kudos to Josh and United Air Temp!

United Air Temp (UAT) and Josh fixed an issue that another company failed to fix after multiple attempts. Josh is extremely intelligent and gifted in analyzing and understanding HVAC. UAT has superior diagnostic tools and investigating abilities. Josh isolated the outside cause and fixed the reason why the fuse kept blowing out. I think UAT did this by hooking many diagnostic devices to the outside unit and then isolating different areas, waiting, assessing, deducing etc. We have been suffering for two weeks and FINALLY UAT SAVED THE DAY! I am SO very thankful for the amazing expert at United Air Temp!
